Power grid construction projects are distinguished by their wide variety,high investment,long payback period,and close relation to national development and human welfare.To improve the investment accuracy in such projects and effectively prevent investment risks,this paper proposes an investment optimization decision-making method for multiple power grid construction projects under a certain investment scale.Firstly,an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and development requirements of China’s power grid projects was performed.Thereafter,the time sequence and holographic method was adopted to conduct multi-dimensional,multi-perspective risk assessment of different parts of power grid projects,and a holographic risk assessment index system was developed.Moreover,an investment decision model considering the comprehensive risk based on combination weighting was developed according to the output and input of power grid construction projects.A new combination weighting optimization method that takes into account the investment willingness of enterprises was designed to improve the current weighting evaluation methods.Finally,the validity and applicability of the proposed evaluation method were verified by case examples. 展开更多

Forecasting returns for the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Index is of great significance for financial market stability,and the development of the artificial intelligence industry.To provide investors with a more reliable reference in terms of artificial intelligence index investment,this paper selects the NASDAQ CTA Artificial Intelligence and Robotics(AIRO)Index as the research target,and proposes innovative hybrid methods to forecast returns by considering its multiple structural characteristics.Specifically,this paper uses the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)method and the modified iterative cumulative sum of squares(ICSS)algorithm to decompose the index returns and identify the structural breakpoints.Furthermore,it combines the least-square support vector machine approach with the particle swarm optimization method(PSO-LSSVM)and the generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity(GARCH)type models to construct innovative hybrid forecasting methods.On the one hand,the empirical results indicate that the AIRO index returns have complex structural characteristics,and present time-varying and nonlinear characteristics with high complexity and mutability;on the other hand,the newly proposed hybrid forecasting method(i.e.,the EEMD-PSO-LSSVM-ICSS-GARCH models)which considers these complex structural characteristics,can yield the optimal forecasting performance for the AIRO index returns. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the regional eco-environmental quality by using the universal index formula of parameterization combination operator based normalized index values.[Method] Through setting reference values and normalized transformation formulae for typical ecological environmental indexes appropriately,the difference among the standard normalized values would become very small after normalized transformation,and the ecological environmental indices expressed by normalized values can be equivalent to normalized indices.Under certain optimization conditions,shuffled frog leaping based on immune evolutionary particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to optimize the parameters in parameterization combination operator formula,and the universal index formula suited to eco-environmental quality assessment was established finally.[Result] The universal index formula of parameterization combination operator,appropriate for any m(1≤m≤23) ecological environmental indices,was used to assess the eco-environmental quality of towns surrounding Headland Reservoir,and the results were in full accordance with those of unascertained measure method,that is,the eco-environmental quality of five towns around Headland Reservoir was the fourth grade.[Conclusion]The universal index formula of parameterization combination operator,suited to eco-environmental quality evaluation,is simple and intuitive in form,easy in computation and universal in application. 展开更多

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn and As coexisting in red soilon growth of rice (Oryza sativa L.), mung bean (Vigna rabiata (Linn.) Wilczek), alfalfa (Medicago sativaL.), slash pine (Pinus elliottii Engelm.) and aspen (Populus L.). Results showed that rice, mung bean andalfalfa were significantly innuenced by combined pollution of the heavy metals. The contents of Pb, cd andAs in rice grains greatly exceeded the National Standards for Food Hygiene of China. Heavy metals at ahigh concentration seriously retarded growth of mung bean and alfalfa, but not so obviously with slash pineand aspen. The composite index is suggested for evaluating the relativity of combined pollution witll heavymetals in soil. 展开更多

Previous studies have revealed a combination mode (C-mode) occurring in the Indo-Pacific region, arising from nonlinear interactions between ENSO and the western Pacific warm pool annual cycle. This paper evaluates the simulation of this C-mode and its asymmetric SST response in HadGEM3 and its resolution sensitivity using three sets of simulations at horizontal resolutions of N96, N216 and N512. The results show that HadGEM3 can capture well the spatial pattern of the C-mode associated surface wind anomalies, as well as the asymmetric response of SST in the tropical Pacific, but it strongly overestimates the explained variability of the C-mode compared to the ENSO mode. The model with the three resolutions is able to reproduce the distinct spectral peaks of the C-mode at the near annual combination frequencies, but the performance in simulating the longer periods is not satisfactory, presumably due to the unrealistic simulation of the ENSO mode. Increasing the horizontal resolution can improve the consistency between atmospheric and oceanic representations of the C-mode, but not necessarily enhance the accuracy of C-mode simulation compared with observation. 展开更多

Meat Production Performances of Geese in Different Crossbred Combinations

[ Objective] To study the meat production performance of geese in different crossbred combination, and provide a reference for cultivating new multiplication strains of meat geese. [Method] A total of five goose breeds including Taihu goose (T), Wulong goose (WL), Wanxi white goose (WX), Sichuan white goose (SC) and Sanhua goose (SH) were used as research objects, and eight crossbred combinations were designed. The body measurements, slaughter performance, conventional meat quality and muscle composition of 90-day-old geese in eight crossbred combinations were determined and comparatively analyzed. [ Result] All the body measurement indexes except thud width of WXSC combination were the biggest in the eight crossbred combinations. Contrarily, the body measurement indexes of SHSC combination, including average body weight, body slope length, breast depth, breast width, shank length, neck length and half-diving depth were the lowest in the eight crossbred combinations. The live weight, slaughter weight and abdomen fat weight of WXSC combinations ware 3 291.36, 2 956.46 and 77.84 g, respectively, which were the biggest in eight crossbred combinations. The slaughter rate of SHWL combinations was 92.96%, and more than other crossbred combinations. The shear force of SHT and WXWL combinations were the lowest (3.09 kg) and the highest (3.78 kg), respectively. The water holding capacities of SCWL and WXSC combinations were the highest (66.46%) and the lowest (61.48%), respectively. The percentage of moisture content of SHWL and SCT combinations were the highest (73.05%) and the lowest (66.77%), respectively. The crude protein content of SHT and SHWL combinations were the highest (23.32%) and the lowest (21.94%), respectively. The percentage of crude fat content of SHT and SCWL combinations were the highest (3.06%) and the lowest (1.67%), respectively. [ Concusion] The growth rate of WXSC combination is the fastest, and the meat performance of SHT combination is the best. 展开更多

Risk factors and ankle brachial indexes in cerebral infarction combined with peripheral arterial disease

BACKGROUND: Ankle brachial index (ABI) is widely involved in researches and clinical application of peripheral vascular injury of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM); however, the application in cerebral infarction (CI) is rare. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible risk factor of cerebral infarction plus peripheral arterial disease (PAD), compare metabolic characteristics of patients who having CI plus PAD or only having CI, and understand the significance of ABI on screening and diagnosing CI plus PAD of lower limb. DESIGN: Contrast observation based on CI patients. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 124 CI patients were selected from Department of Neurology, Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2005 to April 2006, including 72 males and 52 females aged from 45 to 88 years. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease established by National Academic Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995 and determined as cerebral infarction with MRI or CT examination. All patients provided informed consent. There were 46 cases (37.2%) with CI plus PAD and 78 cases (62.8%) only with CI. METHODS: Blood pressure of bilateral ankles and upper extremities was measured at plain clinostatism with DINAMAP blood pressure monitor (GE Company). The ratio between average systolic pressure of lateral ankle and average systolic pressure of both upper extremities was regarded as ABI. The normal ABI was equal to or more than 0.9. If ABI < 0.9 occurred at one side, patients were diagnosed as PAD. On the second morning after hospitalization, blood was collected to measure fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (PBG2h), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Among them, blood glucose, lipid and other biochemical markers were measured with enzyme chemistry assay and HbA1c was measured with HbA1c meter based on high liquid phase. Measurement data and enumeration data were compared with t test and Chi-square test, and multiple factors were dealt with Logistic regression analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Results of correlation between ABI and metabolic markers with multivariate linear regression analysis; risk factors of CI plus PAD with Logistic regression analysis; comparisons of metabolic markers between PAD and non-PAD patients. RESULTS: All 124 patients with acute CI were involved in the final analysis. ① Comparisons of metabolic markers: Levels of serum LDL-C and uric acid (UA) were higher of PAD patients than those of non-PAD patients (t =2.051 9, 3.339 1, P < 0.05); however, there were no significant differences among other metabolic markers (P > 0.05). ② Results of multivariate linear regression analysis: PBG2h, LDL-C and UA were obvious correlation with ABI of posterior tibial artery of lower limb and dorsal pedis artery (partial regression coefficient = -0.231 to -1.010, P < 0.05). ③ Risk factors of CI plus PAD with Logistic regression analysis: Age, smoking history, sum of CI focus (≥3) and LDL-C were independent risk factor of CI plus PAD (OR =1.524-5.422, P < 0.05-0.01). CONCLUSION: ① Levels of serum LDL-C and UA of patients with CI plus PAD are high. ② ABI of lower limbs is correlation with PBG2h, LDL-C and UA. In addition, measuring ABI is beneficial for early diagnosing PAD of lower limbs of patients who have poorly controlled blood glucose, abnormal lipid and poor renal function. ③ Age, LDL-C and sum of CI focus (≥3) are independent risk factors of CI plus PAD. It is of significance for screening non-PAD patients to evaluate risk degrees and prognosis and select therapeutic methods based on ABI measurement. 展开更多

Association between Systolic Blood Pressure Difference ≥10 mm Hg and Ankle-Brachial Index

Background: In new outpatients, blood pressure should be measured in both arms. A previous study reported that an inter-arm systolic blood pressure difference (ΔSBP) of ≥10 mm Hg is associated with an increased risk of mortality. Aim: The aim was to identify the associations with absolute values of ΔSBP (|ΔSBP|) ≥10 mm Hg. Subjects and Methods: This study included 2481 patients. Patients with a body mass index ≥25 kg/m<sup>2</sup> were defined as obese. The group of A was defined as following: ankle-brachial index (ABI) was <0.9 or ≥1.3. ΔSBP was expressed as right arm BP minus left arm BP. |ΔSBP| ≥10 mm Hg were analyzed using multivariate logistic analysis. Results: |ΔSBP| ≥10 mm Hg was found in 6.0% of patients and |ΔSBP| < 5 mm Hg in 80.4%. In multivariate analysis, the odds ratios (ORs) of the associations with |ΔSBP| ≥10 mm Hg were significantly associated with abnormal ABI and obesity regardless of sex and age. Moreover, the OR of the combined effects of abnormal ABI and obesity was higher than that of abnormal ABI and obesity alone. Conclusion: |ΔSBP| ≥10 mm Hg was associated with abnormal ABI and obesity. In a primary care setting, blood pressure should be actively measured in both arms. This study suggests that the associations with |ΔSBP| ≥10 mm Hg may be a useful part of screening for abnormal ABI. 展开更多

Identification of Probable Type of Bituminous Mix Depending on Higher Combined Index of Stone Aggregates

The stone aggregates constitute over 90% of the mass of a pavement and hence its properties play a very vital role in design of satisfactory unbound as well as bituminous mixes. Also since the aggregates availability is continuously becoming scarce, attempts have to be made to identify use of some marginal as well as inferior aggregates without sacrificing the desirable qualities of resulting mixes. One of the most important properties therefore is the combined index of aggregates which deals with aggregates shape and is the sum of flakiness and elongation indices of aggregates measured related to their thickness and length respectively. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) specifies an upper limit of 30% combined index for different types of bituminous mixes. In the field, many times the aggregates supplied have combined index of more than 30%. A pre determined mix such as bituminous concrete, dense or semi dense bituminous macadam etc. has to be designed using such aggregates. It may be easy to design the mix but to get the aggregates with desirable combined index is often very difficult. In order to overcome this, in many projects, secondary crushers are used to crush the aggregates for the second time just to bring down the combined index. This obviously increases the project cost. It is quite possible that the aggregates with higher combined index may be suitable for a particular type of mix. It is therefore appropriate to study what type of a bituminous mix can be satisfactorily prepared depending on the availability of aggregates with generally higher values of combined index. Hence, it was attempted to determine the usual Marshall test properties of two most commonly used types of bituminous mixes namely bituminous concrete and dense bituminous macadam using aggregates with combined index 30%, 40% and 50%. It was found that aggregates with higher combined index are more suitable to design dense bituminous macadam mix than bituminous concrete. 展开更多

目的 观察针刺联合艾灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法 将60例急性期周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用针刺联合药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用按摩灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后面部House-Brackmann(H-B)... 目的 观察针刺联合艾灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法 将60例急性期周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用针刺联合药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用按摩灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后面部House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、肌电图、面部残疾指数(facial disability index,FDI)量表评分变化,比较两组治疗前后炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞(white blood cell, WBC)计数、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, NLR)和血小板与淋巴细胞的比值(platelet-to-lymphoccyte ratio, PLR)]变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后H-B面神经功能分级优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组的H-B面神经功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后口轮匝肌、眼轮匝肌、额肌肌电图潜伏期明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后口轮匝肌、眼轮匝肌、额肌患健侧肌电图波幅比值高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后FDI躯体功能评分(facial disability index physical function,FDIP)和社会功能评分(facial disability index social function, FDIS)评分优于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后炎性因子水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在药物治疗的基础上,针刺联合艾灸可有效促进急性期周围性面瘫患者面神经功能和社会功能的恢复,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,其机制可能与改善急性期面神经炎症反应有关。 展开更多

目的旨在分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清miR-550a-5p、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板计数与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)和系统性免疫性炎性指数(SII)水平变化,并探讨各指标联合对NSCLC患者脊柱转移发生的诊断价值。方法收集2018年1月... 目的旨在分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清miR-550a-5p、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板计数与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)和系统性免疫性炎性指数(SII)水平变化,并探讨各指标联合对NSCLC患者脊柱转移发生的诊断价值。方法收集2018年1月至2023年至1月于承德医学院附属医院脊柱外科住院治疗的154例NSCLC患者。根据全身骨显像检查结果,发生脊柱转移者65例(转移组),未发生脊柱转移者89例(无转移组)。收集所有患者的一般资料。采用反转录定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测外周血miR-550a-5p水平。采用受试者工作特征曲线分析各指标对脊柱转移发生的诊断价值。采用多因素logistic回归分析确定与乳腺癌发生的独立危险因素。使用R程序建立列线图预测模型,并对模型的预测准确性及区分度进行验证。结果与无转移组相比,转移组患者血清miR-550a-5p、NLR、PLR和SII水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与肺鳞癌、Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者相比,肺腺癌、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的脊柱转移组患者血清miR-550a-5p水平明显升高(P<0.05)。miR-550a-5p、CEA、CYFRA21-1、NLR、PLR和SII诊断NSCLC患者脊柱发生的AUC分别为0.943、0.825、0.767、0.700、0.661、0.833。miR-550a-5p诊断NSCLC脊柱转移的效能高于CEA(P=0.003)、CYFRA21-1(P<0.001)、NLR(P<0.001)、PLR(P<0.001)和SII(P<0.001)。多因素回归分析显示,miR-550a-5p(OR=8.506)、NLR(OR=2.976)和SII(OR=1.013)均是NSCLC患者脊柱转移发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。miR-550a-5p、NLR和SII联合的AUC为0.985(0.952~0.998);当最佳截断值为0.928时,敏感度为98.46%,特异度为94.38%。基于血清miR-550a-5p、NLR和SII构建列线图预测模型具有良好的预测准确性(AUC=0.992)和一致性(C-index=0.992)。Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合优度检验表明模型具有较好的校准度(P=0.739)。结论血清miR-550a-5p与NLR、SII联合应用可以提高NSCLC脊柱转移的临床诊断效能,具有作为NSCLC患者脊柱转移辅助筛查生物标志物的应用前景。 展开更多

目的:探索超声联合弹性成像炎症活动度相关A指数对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的诊断效能。方法:回顾分析代谢减重中心2020年10月—2021年4月住院患者的临床基线、超声联合弹性成像A指数、实验室检查和肝脏组织病理学数据。比较NASH组和非... 目的:探索超声联合弹性成像炎症活动度相关A指数对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的诊断效能。方法:回顾分析代谢减重中心2020年10月—2021年4月住院患者的临床基线、超声联合弹性成像A指数、实验室检查和肝脏组织病理学数据。比较NASH组和非NASH组的临床特征及实验室检查。以病理诊断为金标准,分析NASH组和非NASH组A指数的差异,绘制受试者操作特征曲线,探索A指数对于NASH的诊断效能。结果:纳入研究的53名患者中,NASH组有18例,非NASH组35例,平均年龄34.8±9.3岁。平均体重指数(BMI)为37.0±5.5kg/m^(2)。A指数的中位数为1.02,范围0.62~1.33。NASH组和非NASH组A指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。A指数诊断NASH的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.889。临界值为1.035时,诊断的灵敏度为0.722,特异度为0.800。结论:联合弹性成像炎症活动度相关A指数能够较好地鉴别非酒精性脂肪肝病中的单纯性脂肪肝和NASH,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的:评估经密度梯度离心联合上游法优化处理后的精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)与辅助生殖体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)胚胎质量及妊娠结局的关系。方法:回顾性分析2022年4月至12月在郑州大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心因单纯输卵管因素行IVF-ET的... 目的:评估经密度梯度离心联合上游法优化处理后的精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)与辅助生殖体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)胚胎质量及妊娠结局的关系。方法:回顾性分析2022年4月至12月在郑州大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心因单纯输卵管因素行IVF-ET的257个周期,比较男方精液优化前后精液参数和精子DFI;按优化后精子DFI将其分为高DFI组(DFI>5)与低DFI组(DFI≤5),比较两组的胚胎发育及妊娠结局;根据临床妊娠情况分为妊娠组与非妊娠组、持续妊娠组及早期流产组,比较精子DFI情况。结果:与处理前相比,精液优化处理后前向运动精子及正常形态精子百分比提高,精子DFI下降(P<0.001)。精子优化处理后高DFI组的早期流产率高于低DFI组(P<0.05)。105例临床妊娠周期中早期流产组精液优化处理前、后DFI均高于持续妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论:密度梯度离心联合上游优化处理是一种有效的精液制备方法,可提高精子前向运动能力和正常形态精子比例,降低精子DFI;优化后精子高DFI可能增加临床妊娠后早期流产的风险。 展开更多

我国填埋场具有高水位、高气压的特征,现有规范和研究中虽提出了不同的稳定性评价指标和分级标准,但对指标权重和综合风险评估缺乏系统性研究。为此,建立了涵盖填埋场几何构型、垃圾土抗剪强度、液气赋存情况和降雨4类7个指标的填埋场... 我国填埋场具有高水位、高气压的特征,现有规范和研究中虽提出了不同的稳定性评价指标和分级标准,但对指标权重和综合风险评估缺乏系统性研究。为此,建立了涵盖填埋场几何构型、垃圾土抗剪强度、液气赋存情况和降雨4类7个指标的填埋场失稳风险评价指标体系,通过参数敏感性分析实现5级分类(稳定、较稳定、基本稳定、不稳定、极不稳定),并采用集对分析构建指标联系度函数。采用指标重要性排序法,通过参数敏感性分析、工程失稳事故、文献关注度统计和博弈论组合赋权,确定了评价指标的综合权重。最后,将指标综合权重与指标联系度函数耦合,建立了填埋场失稳风险综合评价模型,并应用于一实际填埋场工程中,与现场实际监测数据结果一致,验证了评价模型的准确性和有效性。 展开更多

为揭示煤岩组合体冲击倾向性程度对超低摩擦型冲击地压的影响机制,以不同冲击倾向性煤岩组合体为研究对象,在对煤岩组合试件进行冲击倾向性测定的基础上,采用自行研制的煤岩界面超低摩擦试验装置,以发生超低摩擦效应时的水平位移、动能... 为揭示煤岩组合体冲击倾向性程度对超低摩擦型冲击地压的影响机制,以不同冲击倾向性煤岩组合体为研究对象,在对煤岩组合试件进行冲击倾向性测定的基础上,采用自行研制的煤岩界面超低摩擦试验装置,以发生超低摩擦效应时的水平位移、动能、摩擦力为指标,探究煤岩组合体冲击倾向性与垂直应力波扰动频率、扰动振幅之间的关系特征。研究结果表明:(1)受扰动频率影响,弱、强冲击倾向煤岩组合体易发生超低摩擦效应的频率显著影响区分别为2.0~3.0,2.5~3.5 Hz,且随着冲击倾向性程度的增强,频率显著影响区逐渐右移。(2)相比于弱冲击倾向性煤岩组合体,强冲击倾向性煤岩组合体发生超低摩擦效应时水平位移、动能和摩擦力降幅较大,煤块易发生超低摩擦滑动。(3)随着煤岩组合体剩余能量指数的增大,冲击倾向性程度逐渐增强,动能呈指数规律增大,煤块越易发生超低摩擦滑动。研究结果可为超低摩擦型冲击地压的预测和防治提供参考。 展开更多

老年髋部骨折术后1年病死率的危险因素分析及年龄矫正查尔森合并指数对其的预测价值

目的分析影响老年髋部骨折患者手术后1年病死率的危险因素及年龄矫正查尔森合并指数对其的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年11月在北京市顺义区医院创伤骨科行髋部骨折手术治疗的老年患者的病历资料,符合纳入标准共652例,收... 目的分析影响老年髋部骨折患者手术后1年病死率的危险因素及年龄矫正查尔森合并指数对其的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年11月在北京市顺义区医院创伤骨科行髋部骨折手术治疗的老年患者的病历资料,符合纳入标准共652例,收集年龄、性别、骨折侧别、骨折类型、美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级、住院天数、麻醉方式、术后白蛋白、术后白细胞、术后血红蛋白、年龄矫正查尔森合并指数(ACCI)和是否发生肺炎等信息,分析与患者1年病死率相关的危险因素。结果652例患者术后1年的病死率为21.5%(140/652)。单因素Cox回归分析显示年龄、住院时间、ACCI及术后是否发生肺炎与术后1年病死率有统计学意义。多因素Cox回归分析显示年龄(HR=1.087,95%CI:1.060~1.114,P=0),ACCI(HR=1.645,95%CI:1.548~1.747,P=0),术后发生肺炎(HR=2.353,95%CI:1.624~3.408,P=0)是老年髋部骨折患者1年内死亡的危险因素。ACCI预测老年髋部骨折患者术后1年病死率的AUC为0.912,最佳阈值为5.5时的特异度为0.834,敏感度为0.871。结论年龄、ACCI、术后发生肺炎时老年髋部骨折术后1年死亡的独立危险因素,ACCI对预测老年髋部骨折术后1年病死率有一定价值,可为临床病情评估提供方法。 展开更多
