With the official entry into force of RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) for Myanmar on May 1, 2022, the reduction of trade tariffs on goods and flexible rules of origin between China and Myanmar will undoubtedly bring more practical results to China Myanmar economic and trade cooperation. However, the implementation of RCEP in Myanmar may face a series of challenges such as poor business environment, weak human resource management, and outdated infrastructure construction. Antibiotics are widely used in the process of human medical treatment,livestock and poultry breeding,and aquaculture.With the excretion of urine and feces,they enter the water environment of human life and become an i...Antibiotics are widely used in the process of human medical treatment,livestock and poultry breeding,and aquaculture.With the excretion of urine and feces,they enter the water environment of human life and become an important source of water environment pollution.Antibiotic residues in the environment have high ecological and health risks.Through the pilot monitoring of antibiotics in the main stream of the Yangtze River,Chaohu Lake and the drinking water source of Hefei City,the current situation and impact of antibiotic pollution were analyzed.The results show that 32 kinds of antibiotics and their derivatives of the six major categories involved were detected to varying degrees,and the concentrations at some points reached 1.26μg/L.Finally,the prevention and control of antibiotic pollution in the surface water of the Yangtze River basin in a province of central China were summarized,and relevant suggestions were given.展开更多

The climate impact assessment and monthly and annual reports of surface meteorological observation of cities and counties were reviewed,and there were no records of lightning disasters in Shaoyang from 1978 to 2000.Si...The climate impact assessment and monthly and annual reports of surface meteorological observation of cities and counties were reviewed,and there were no records of lightning disasters in Shaoyang from 1978 to 2000.Since 2001,there have been few records of lightning disasters,with only about 10 times in various regions.In this paper,a total of 143 investigation reports on lightning accidents since 2002 were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted based on the loss,location of occurrence,damaged industries,and social impact.In particular,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of lightning in Shaoyang area have been clearly understood,and the main characteristics and laws of lightning accidents in Shaoyang area were revealed.The results showed that the most lightning accidents occurred in June,and no lightning accidents occurred in December.Dongkou,Longhui,and Shaoyang urban areas were the lightning prone areas,and the impact of lightning on agriculture was the largest,followed by commerce.The prevention countermeasures of lightning disasters were proposed to provide reference for disaster prevention and reduction.展开更多

Local scour at monopile foundations of offshore wind turbines is one of the most critical structural stability issues.This article reviews the contemporary methods of scour countermeasures at monopile foundations.Thes...Local scour at monopile foundations of offshore wind turbines is one of the most critical structural stability issues.This article reviews the contemporary methods of scour countermeasures at monopile foundations.These methods include armouring countermeasures(e.g.,riprap protection)to enhance the anti-scour ability of the bed materials and flow-altering countermeasures(e.g.,collars and sacrificial piles)to reduce downflow or change flow patterns around the monopiles.Stability number and size-selection equations for riprap armour layers are summarised and compared.Moreover,other alternative methods to riprap are briefly introduced and presented.A typical graph of the scour depth reduction with different collar sizes and elevations under specific test conditions is summarised and compared with a plot for a pile founded on a caisson.Reduction rates for different flow-altering countermeasures,including the collar,are listed and compared.A newly developed soil improvement method,namely microbially induced calcite precipitation(MICP),is also reviewed and introduced as a scour protection method.As a popular bio-soil treatment method,MICP has a good potential as a scour countermeasure method.Bio-soil treatment methods and traditional armouring methods are defined as active and passive soil enhancement scour countermeasures,respectively.展开更多

文摘Engineering mechanics is as a basic course,and the learning effect of this course directly affects the learning of subsequent professional courses.However,the teaching quality of engineering mechanics in vocational colleges has been subpar for a long time.In this study,we explored the teaching situation of engineering mechanics by using questionnaires,pointing out the challenges faced in the teaching of engineering mechanics and putting forward four targeted suggestions,which include stimulating students’interest and increasing the investment in laboratory equipment,to improve the teaching quality.The findings of this study may provide some reference for the teaching reform of engineering mechanics.
文摘As a modern means of transportation,cars have made travelling much easier.However,cars also lead to many traffic accidents,which are often dangerous.Through an investigation and analysis of traffic accidents,it was found that the hidden dangers of driving are one of the main causes of car accidents.In order to better ensure the safety of driving,the hidden dangers of driving should be better prevented,traffic safety measures should be improved,and better protection should be provided for people’s lives and property.Therefore,we analyzed the hazards of driving and proposed prevention measures,in hopes of improving driving safety.

文摘Objective:This paper aims to explore the investigation,analysis,and countermeasures of the psychological pressure of college teachers.Method:From March 2023 to May 2023,3266 college teachers in our city were selected as the research objects,and the sources of their psychological stress were analyzed through a questionnaire survey.Results:In this paper,there were 500 cases of education and teaching pressure accounting for 15.31%,600 cases of research pressure accounting for 18.37%,1000 cases of professional title evaluation pressure accounting for 30.62%,and 1266 cases of life pressure accounting for 35.70%.Conclusion:The psychological pressure on teachers in colleges and universities in our city is relatively high,and this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures for this problem.
文摘Objective To systematically analyze the current development status of biopharmaceutical industrial park in China,sort out the problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods Relevant literature was searched and reviewed to find out the problems faced by the development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks in China.Results and Conclusion Biopharmaceutical industrial parks are developing rapidly due to their unique industrial clustering advantages,but there are problems such as lack of overall planning at the top level,insufficient government support,imperfect talent support services and weak innovation capacity of the parks.It is recommended to promote the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks and biopharmaceutical enterprises by strengthening top-level design,increasing government support,focusing on talent introduction,and enhancing the innovative strength of the parks.

文摘Local scour at monopile foundations of offshore wind turbines is one of the most critical structural stability issues.This article reviews the contemporary methods of scour countermeasures at monopile foundations.These methods include armouring countermeasures(e.g.,riprap protection)to enhance the anti-scour ability of the bed materials and flow-altering countermeasures(e.g.,collars and sacrificial piles)to reduce downflow or change flow patterns around the monopiles.Stability number and size-selection equations for riprap armour layers are summarised and compared.Moreover,other alternative methods to riprap are briefly introduced and presented.A typical graph of the scour depth reduction with different collar sizes and elevations under specific test conditions is summarised and compared with a plot for a pile founded on a caisson.Reduction rates for different flow-altering countermeasures,including the collar,are listed and compared.A newly developed soil improvement method,namely microbially induced calcite precipitation(MICP),is also reviewed and introduced as a scour protection method.As a popular bio-soil treatment method,MICP has a good potential as a scour countermeasure method.Bio-soil treatment methods and traditional armouring methods are defined as active and passive soil enhancement scour countermeasures,respectively.
文摘This paper mainly analyzes the main limiting factors in the development of biological herbicides,such as narrow herbicidal spectrum,vulnerable to environmental impacts,difficulties in preparing dosage forms,difficult separation and low yield of active substances,biological safety,etc.Moreover,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including strengthening the study of biological screening of herbicidal activity,microbial metabolites and their use as lead compounds,dosage forms,fungi complex formulation,fungi and herbicide complex formulation,and fermentation technology.

文摘By summarizing current situation of modern agriculture in Linyi City,problems faced by the development of modern agriculture in Linyi City under the background of helping poverty alleviation are analyzed.They are mainly the low degree of farmers'organization and the low level of agricultural industrialization;the low overall quality of farmers and the weak ability to absorb science,technology and culture;weak agricultural infrastructure and deterioration of agricultural ecological environment;inadequate agricultural scientific and technological innovation and slow popularization and application of achievements.A series of solutions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the degree of farmers'organization,enhance farmers'quality,increase investment in agricultural infrastructure,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
文摘At this stage,with the continuous improvement of the quality of life and education,students at all levels of education are facing great pressure of learning and competition in life.If these pressures are not relieved orsolved in a timely manner,the lighter they affect daily life and learning,the more serious they cause mental health problems such as depression and anxiety,and even the horrible idea of ending their lives prematurely.Therefore,educators must pay great attention to students'learning status and mental health,and if students are found to have bad learning attitudes,they must promptly understand the causes of their balearning attitudes and,on that basis,develop and implement effective psychologicalguidance and mental health education programs to alleviate students'learning stress and mental health problems.In social psychology,students'behavior is the main influencing factor of learning mental health,behavior and mental health have a close relationship,through student behavior patterns and changes in learning attitudes can understand the psychological characteristics and health status of students.Therefore,many educators analyze the causes of students'poor learning attitudes based on socialpsychology,and develop and implement effective mental health education countermeasures to improve and transform poor learning attitudes.
