By means of both a theory for pressure-induced shifts(PS) energy spectra and a theory for shifts of energy spectra due to electron-phonon interaction(EPIP.the pure electronic PS and the PS due to EPI of R1 line,R2 lin...By means of both a theory for pressure-induced shifts(PS) energy spectra and a theory for shifts of energy spectra due to electron-phonon interaction(EPIP.the pure electronic PS and the PS due to EPI of R1 line,R2 line,and U band of GSGG:Cr^3+ at 300 K have been calculated,respectively.The calcualted results are in good agreement with all the experimental data.Their physical origins have also been explained.It is found that the mixingdegree of t2^2(^3T1)e^4T2) and |t2^3 3E>base-wavefunctions in the wavefunctions of R1 level of GSGG:Cr^3+ at 300K is remarkable under normal pressure,and the mixing-degree rapidly decreases with increasing pressure.The change of the mixing-degree with pressure plays a key role not only for the pure electronic'PS of R1 line and R2 line but also the PS of R1 line and R2 line due to EPI.The pressure-dependent behaviors of the pure electronic 'PS of R1 line(or R2 line) and the PS of R1 line(or R2 line) due to EPI are quite different.It is the combined effect of them that gives rise to the total PS of R1 line(or R2 line).In the range of about 15 kar-45kbar,the mergence and /or order-reversal between t2^2(3T1)e^4T2 levels and t2^32T1 levels take place,which cause the fluctuation of the rate of PS for t2^2(3T1)e^4T2(or t2^32T1) with pressure,At 300K,both the temperature-dependent contribution to R1 line(Or R2 line or U band) from EPI and the temperature-independent one are important.展开更多

E2A is involved in promoting forkhead box P3(FOXP3) and retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma t(RORγt) gene transcription, which are pivotal transcription factors of T regulatory cells and Th17 cells, respectively. ...E2A is involved in promoting forkhead box P3(FOXP3) and retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma t(RORγt) gene transcription, which are pivotal transcription factors of T regulatory cells and Th17 cells, respectively. Little is known about the involvement of E2 A in pregnancy process. This study aimed to investigate the expression of E2 A, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4(CTLA-4), and Foxp3 in luteal phase endometrium of women suffering recurrent miscarriage(RM)(n=21) and control group(n=11) by immunohistochemistry, with the Vectra? automated quantitative pathology imaging system for analysis. The percentage of E2 A+ cells and CTLA-4+ cells was significantly higher in the endometrium of women with RM than in the controls. There was positive correlation between E2 A and CTLA-4(r=0.523, P=0.002), E2 A and FOXP3(r=0.380, P=0.032), and FOXP3 and CTLA-4(r=0.625, P=0.000) in the mid-secretory phase of endometrium for all subjects. It was concluded that the abnormal expression of endometrial E2 A existed in mid-secretory endometrium of women with RM, and there was a positive correlation between E2 A and FOXP3, and E2 A and CTLA-4, suggesting the possible regulation role of E2 A involved in regulating endometrium receptivity.展开更多
As one of the 2D transition metal sulfides,1T phase MoS_(2) nanosheets(NSs)have been studied because of their distinguished conductivity and suitable electronic structure.Nevertheless,the active sites are limited to a...As one of the 2D transition metal sulfides,1T phase MoS_(2) nanosheets(NSs)have been studied because of their distinguished conductivity and suitable electronic structure.Nevertheless,the active sites are limited to a small number of edge sites only,while the basal plane is catalytically inert.Herein,we report that boron(B)doped 1T phase MoS_(2) NSs can replace precious metals as a co-catalyst to assist in photocatalytic H_(2) production of 2D layered g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets(g-C_(3)N_(4) NSs).The H_(2) evolution rate of prepared B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4) composites with 15 wt%B-MoS_(2)(B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15,1612.75μmol h^(−1) g^(−1))is 52.33 times of pure g-C_(3)N_(4) NSs(30.82μmol h^(−1) g^(−1)).Furthermore,the apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15 composites under the light atλ=370 nm is calculated and reaches 5.54%.The excellent photocatalytic performance of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4)–15 composites is attributed to the B ions doping inducing the distortion of 1T phase MoS_(2) crystal,which can activate more base planes to offer more active sites for H_(2) evolution reaction(HER).This work of B-MoS_(2)@g-C_(3)N_(4) composites offers experience in the progress of effective and low-price photocatalysts for HER.展开更多
