By using fuzzy synthetic evaluation methods, functions of farmer cooperatives, which include six functions as follows: providing technology and information, marketing, processing and transportation, standardized services, and credit services and rights protection, are analyzed. The quantitative analysis is conducted on the developmental status of the functions of farmer cooperatives. The evaluation results are taken as evidence to anticipate the problems in the development of farmer cooperatives and then countermeasures are put forward, including intensifying the construction of actual functions of farmer cooperatives; contracting diversified credit and loan services; improving comprehensive strength of farmer cooperatives and taking the path of combining professional and comprehensive developmental paths. This study improves our knowledge on the development of farmer cooperatives and provides new insights to solve the problems that arise following the development.展开更多

For the latest decade, the Chinese government has provided support for CCS- EOR technology through policy, funding and research projects. Under the vigorous guidance of the government, oil companies represented by China National Petroleum Corporation （CNPC） competed to carry out research, demonstration, popularization and operation in major oil fields centering on the CCS-EOR technology and achieved remarkable results. Its scientific and technological achievements are reflected in various sub-projects under the 863 Program, 973 Program and National Science and Technology Major Project. It was found that the development of the corn industry in Shandong also has many problems,such as the mismatch between corn demand and production areas,the excessively small planting area of special corn and the poor communication between technology and demand,resulting in barriers in technology and raw materials in the production and processing links of corn and making it difficult to form a complete industrial chain system. There are about 3 000 foundries and (1.1-1.2) ×105 employees in Liaoning’s foundry industry and the total yield of castings is 2.4 million tons. Foundry plants mainly concentrate in Dalian, Shenyang, Dandong, Anshan, Chaoyang, Fushun, Benxi and other places. The industry enterprises of Liaoning take state-run system as main body. In the process of converting from the plan economy to the market economy, a lot of contradiction has been appearing continuously, which makes the structure of enterprises to occur great changes, at the same time the product’s structure is renewed quickly, and the mode of the foundry production and the types of the castings have also been adjusting. For the foundry enterprises, it will be a huge challenges to face the rigorous situation of sudden change in market. Since the reform and opening in China more than 20 years ago, great changes have occurred in Liaoning’s foundry industry whether in the yield and varieties of castings or production processes, equipment level, people’s quality consciousness and manage character aspect. 文摘In this paper,the present situation of Xieka cattle was investigated,and the body size of Xieka cattle was measured.It was found that there were some problems in Xieka cattle,such as backward feeding and management,and degradation of breeds.The corresponding strategies were put forward in order to promote the resource protection,development and utilization of Xieka cattle.
文摘1 General situation The Liaoning province is famous for the machine building industry and the iron-steel industry in China. The foundry industry also has fully been developed in Liaoning. There are about 3 000 foundries and (1.1-1.2) ×105 employees in Liaoning’s foundry industry and the total yield of castings is 2.4 million tons. Foundry plants mainly concentrate in Dalian, Shenyang, Dandong, Anshan, Chaoyang, Fushun, Benxi and other places. The industry enterprises of Liaoning take state-run system as main body. In the process of converting from the plan economy to the market economy, a lot of contradiction has been appearing continuously, which makes the structure of enterprises to occur great changes, at the same time the product’s structure is renewed quickly, and the mode of the foundry production and the types of the castings have also been adjusting. For the foundry enterprises, it will be a huge challenges to face the rigorous situation of sudden change in market. Since the reform and opening in China more than 20 years ago, great changes have occurred in Liaoning’s foundry industry whether in the yield and varieties of castings or production processes, equipment level, people’s quality consciousness and manage character aspect. The foundry industry has entered into a period of very good development and has been recongnized by more and more customers.
