We are reporting, along with a literature review, a 39-year-old male, who presented with diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with rhabdomyolysis and acute kidney injury. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case reported in the United Arab Emirates. We highlight the syndrome because it is curable with early detection and proper treatment.展开更多
