BACKGROUND Extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma is extremely rare in clinical practice.These cells consist of both epithelial and mesenchymal cells.Patient-derived cell lines that maintain tumor characteristics are...BACKGROUND Extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma is extremely rare in clinical practice.These cells consist of both epithelial and mesenchymal cells.Patient-derived cell lines that maintain tumor characteristics are valuable tools for studying the molecular mechanisms associated with carcinosarcoma.However,cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell lines are not available in cell banks.AIM To establish and characterize a new extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell line,namely CBC2T-2.METHODS We conducted a short tandem repeat(STR)test to confirm the identity of the CBC2T-2 cell line.Furthermore,we assessed the migratory and invasive properties of the cells and performed clonogenicity assay to evaluate the ability of individual cells to form colonies.The tumorigenic potential of CBC2T-2 cells was tested in vivo using nonobese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficient(NOD/SCID)mice.The cells were injected subcutaneously and tumor formation was observed.In addition,immunohistochemical analysis was carried out to examine the expression of epithelial marker CK19 and mesenchymal marker vimentin in both CBC2T-2 cells and xenografts.The CBC2T-2 cell line was used to screen the potential therapeutic effects of various clinical agents in patients with cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma.Lastly,whole-exome sequencing was performed to identify genetic alterations and screen for somatic mutations in the CBC2T-2 cell line.RESULTS The STR test showed that there was no cross-contamination and the results were identical to those of the original tissue.The cells showed round or oval-shaped epithelioid cells and mesenchymal cells with spindle-shaped or elongated morphology.The cells exhibited a high proliferation ratio with a doubling time of 47.11 h.This cell line has migratory,invasive,and clonogenic abilities.The chromosomes in the CBC2T-2 cells were polyploidy,with numbers ranging from 69 to 79.The subcutaneous tumorigenic assay confirmed the in vivo tumorigenic ability of CBC2T-2 cells in NOD/SCID mice.CBC2T-2 cells and xenografts were positive for both the epithelial marker,CK19,and the mesenchymal marker,vimentin.These results suggest that CBC2T-2 cells may have both epithelial and mesenchymal characteristics.The cells were also used to screen clinical agents in patients with cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma,and a combination of paclitaxel and gemcitabine was found to be the most effective treatment option.CONCLUSION We established the first human cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell line,CBC2T-2,with stable biogenetic traits.This cell line,as a research model,has a high clinical value and would facilitate the understanding of the pathogenesis of cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma.展开更多

To evaluate yield and tillering response, Liangyoupeijiu(super hybrid rice) was grown in Hunan, China during 2011–2012 under different methods of tillage(conventional and no-tillage system) and crop establishment methods(transplanting at a spacing of 20 cm × 20 cm with one seedling per hill and direct seeding at a seeding rate of 22.5 kg ha-1). Our results revealed that, at maximum tillering(Max.) and at maturity(MA) stages, direct seeding(DS) resulted in 22% more tillers than transplanting(TP) irrespective of tillage system. Tiller mortality reached a peak between panicle initiation(PI) and booting(BT) stages, and was 16% higher under conventional tillage(CT) than under no-tillage(NT). Transplanting required 29% more time for the completion of tillering and less for DS. Tillering rate was 43% higher in DS than TP under either CT or NT. There was a positive correlation between panicle number per m2and maximum tiller number per m2, but not panicle-bearing tiller rate. The panicle bearing tiller rate was higher under DS than TP and higher under NT than CT. Tiller dry weight gradually increased up to heading(HD) stage, and was 14% higher under TP than DS. Leaf area(cm2tiller-1) gradually increased from Max. to HD stage and then decreased by 34% in conventional tillage transplanting(CTTP) and 45% in no-tillage transplanting(NTTP) from 12DAH–24DAH(days after heading), but was similar(35%) under DS under either CT or NT. Grain yield was higher under CTTP owing to the larger sink size(heavier panicle, more spikelets in per cm length of panicle) than under DS.展开更多

Objective:To induce pluripotent stem(IPS)cells from fibrocytes that are separated from liver cancer patients.Methods:The fibrocytes were reprogrammed to IPS cells by lentiviral vector,stained and identified by immunoh...Objective:To induce pluripotent stem(IPS)cells from fibrocytes that are separated from liver cancer patients.Methods:The fibrocytes were reprogrammed to IPS cells by lentiviral vector,stained and identified by immunohistochemistry.Results:The IPS cells were successfully established from fibrocytes after infection,and IPS cell clones formed in round shape under a microscopy.The induction rate was 0.013%±0.007%.No tumor formed at the back of nude mice within 8 weeks after the inoculation of cell clone.However,tetatoma appeared in nude mice within 1 week after IPS inoculation.A few tumors formed in nude mice within 4 weeks after the inoculation of cell clones.However,subcutaneous tumors formed within 1 week after IPS inoculation.The induced IPS cells showed three germ layers in tetatoma.Nanog and OCT4 in the induced IPS cells showed hypomethylation.SSEA-A,TRA-1-6-,TRA-1-81 and Nanog were highly expressed in the induced IPS cells,indicating the IPS cells possessed the similar ability as the stem cells.Conclusion:The IPS cells of liver cancer patients can be established effectively from fibrocytes and can be cultured stably in vitro,which provides an approach for the treatment of intermediate or advanced stage liver cancer.展开更多
Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)is primarily associated with administering antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs.Despite significant research on MRONJ,its pathogenesis and effective treatments are s...Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)is primarily associated with administering antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs.Despite significant research on MRONJ,its pathogenesis and effective treatments are still not fully understood.Animal models can be used to simulate the pathophysiological features of MRONJ,serving as standardized in vivo experimental platforms to explore the pathogenesis and therapies of MRONJ.Rodent models exhibit excellent effectiveness and high reproducibility in mimicking human MRONJ,but classical methods cannot achieve a complete replica of the pathogenesis of MRONJ.Modified rodent models have been reported with improvements for better mimicking of MRONJ onset in clinic.This review summarizes representative classical and modified rodent models of MRONJ created through various combinations of systemic drug induction and local stimulation and discusses their effectiveness and efficiency.Currently,there is a lack of a unified assessment system for MRONJ models,which hinders a standard definition of MRONJ-like lesions in rodents.Therefore,this review comprehensively summarizes assessment systems based on published peer-review articles,including new approaches in gross observation,histological assessments,radiographic assessments,and serological assessments.This review can serve as a reference for model establishment and evaluation in future preclinical studies on MRONJ.展开更多

Qualitative determination was performed according to retention time and selective ion abundance ratio,and quantification was performed by external standard method. The results showed that progesterone had a good linear relation in the range of0. 1-5. 0 ng/ml,with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The detection limit of the established method was 0. 02 μg/kg,and the quantification limit was0. 04 μg/kg. In the standard addition range of 0. 1-5. 0 ng/ml,the recovery ranged from 79. 6% to 105. 1%,with relative standard deviation≤8. 9%. Compared with the industry standard,the detection limit and the quantification limit of the established method are significantly reduced,and the sensitivity of the method is enhanced,so this method is suitable for the detection of progesterone residue in fresh milk in pastures.展开更多

The relation of horizontal crustal deformation to tectonic movement, stress-field variation and seismicity has been analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the accuracy of GPS measurement has reached the order of 10-9 and the annual rate of horizontal crustal deformation in North China is about 4 ~5 mm. Horizontal crustal movement is a direct indication of the regional stress field. Therefore, by monitoring the time-sequence variation of horizontal crustal motion, it would be possible to investigate the change in the stress field, to analyze the tendency of seismicity and to determine the seismogenic zones.展开更多

Rice(Oryza sativa)plants acquired excess photosynthates in the form of nonstructural carbohydrates(NSCs)in their stems and grain.Despite keen interest in rice NSC,the dynamics of NSC accumulation,translocation and re-...Rice(Oryza sativa)plants acquired excess photosynthates in the form of nonstructural carbohydrates(NSCs)in their stems and grain.Despite keen interest in rice NSC,the dynamics of NSC accumulation,translocation and re-accumulation have not yet been well investigated.AG1 and AG2 QTLs associated with flooding tolerance through catalyzing starch into soluble sugar in germinating seeds.Here we conducted three experiments,greenhouse and field to lay the groundwork for large-scale diversity studies on grain NSC and some agronomic traits under direct-seeded rice(DSR)system,using elite lines incorporating AG1,AG2 and AG1-AG2 QTLs into the popular varieties PSB Rc82 and Ciherang-Sub1 along with the donors Kho Hlan On(AG1)and Ma-Zhan Red(AG2).In germinating seedlings,soluble sugars increased,while starch concentration decreased gradually especially in the tolerant checks and AG1-AG2 introgression lines under flooded soil.Soluble sugar accumulation in stem started to increase from the vegetative stage and peaked at the panicle initiation stage then gradually decreased towards the maturity stage.But Sub1-AG lines had higher sugar and starch concentrations at different growth stages than other genotypes in wet season 2016 and dry season 2017.Plant survival rate was positively correlated with the stem NSC at the early vegetative stage(21 days after sowing),and stem NSC was positively associated with plant height at different growth stages.Among the tested seeding rate,the most suitable seeding rate,4 g/m2 with shallow burial depth(0.5 cm),resulted in better seedling establishment,relatively higher seedling vigor index and higher leaf area index under flooding in DSR system.Introgression of AG1-AG2 QTLs had no any negative impact on nonstructural carbohydrate,germination rate,and growth and biomass production.展开更多

Background:Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease with a high incidence rate in the Chinese army,which directly disturbs military training and affects soldiers’health.Influenza surveillance systems are ...Background:Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease with a high incidence rate in the Chinese army,which directly disturbs military training and affects soldiers’health.Influenza surveillance systems are widely used around the world and play an important role in influenza epidemic prevention and control.Methods:As a theater centers for disease prevention and control,we established an influenza monitoring platform(IMP)in 2014 to strengthen the monitoring of influenza-like illness and influenza virus infection.In this study,we introduced the constitution,influenza virus detection,and quality control for an IMP.The monitoring effect was also evaluated by comparing the monitoring data with data from national influenza surveillance systems.The experiences and problems associated with the platform also were summarized.Results:A theater IMP was established based on 3 levels of medical units,including monitoring sites,testing laboratories and a checking laboratory.A series of measures were taken to guarantee the quality of monitoring,such as technical training,a unified process,sufficient supervision and timely communication.The platform has run smoothly for 3 monitoring years to date.In the 2014–2015 and 2016–2017 monitoring years,sample amount coincided with that obtained from the National Influenza Surveillance program.In the 2015–2016 monitoring year,due to the strict prevention and control measures,an influenza epidemic peak was avoided in monitoring units,and the monitoring data did not coincide with that of the National Influenza Surveillance program.Several problems,including insufficient attention,unreasonable administrative intervention or subordination relationships,and the necessity of detection in monitoring sites were still observed.Conclusion:A theater IMP was established rationally and played a deserved role in the prevention and control of influenza.However,several problems remain to be solved.展开更多
Strong seedlings are essential for high yield.To explore the foundation of strong seedlings,we investigated various factors influencing the conversion and distribution of seed storage reserves during seedling establis...Strong seedlings are essential for high yield.To explore the foundation of strong seedlings,we investigated various factors influencing the conversion and distribution of seed storage reserves during seedling establishment in maize inbred lines.Three maize inbred lines were used to explore the effects of seed size,seed vigor,illumination duration,temperature,water content,and salt concentration of the seedling medium on the utilization of seed storage reserves during seedling establishment.The results showed that the conversion rate of small seeds was 3.69 to 17.71%higher than that of large seeds.Moreover,prolonged illumination time was conducive to the formation of strong seedlings.However,low temperature,drought stress and salt stress reduced the conversion rate of seed storage reserves and increased the root/shoot ratio.These results could be used to guide field management during seedling emergence and develop improved germplasm with a high conversion rate of seed storage reserves.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma is extremely rare in clinical practice.These cells consist of both epithelial and mesenchymal cells.Patient-derived cell lines that maintain tumor characteristics are valuable tools for studying the molecular mechanisms associated with carcinosarcoma.However,cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell lines are not available in cell banks.AIM To establish and characterize a new extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell line,namely CBC2T-2.METHODS We conducted a short tandem repeat(STR)test to confirm the identity of the CBC2T-2 cell line.Furthermore,we assessed the migratory and invasive properties of the cells and performed clonogenicity assay to evaluate the ability of individual cells to form colonies.The tumorigenic potential of CBC2T-2 cells was tested in vivo using nonobese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficient(NOD/SCID)mice.The cells were injected subcutaneously and tumor formation was observed.In addition,immunohistochemical analysis was carried out to examine the expression of epithelial marker CK19 and mesenchymal marker vimentin in both CBC2T-2 cells and xenografts.The CBC2T-2 cell line was used to screen the potential therapeutic effects of various clinical agents in patients with cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma.Lastly,whole-exome sequencing was performed to identify genetic alterations and screen for somatic mutations in the CBC2T-2 cell line.RESULTS The STR test showed that there was no cross-contamination and the results were identical to those of the original tissue.The cells showed round or oval-shaped epithelioid cells and mesenchymal cells with spindle-shaped or elongated morphology.The cells exhibited a high proliferation ratio with a doubling time of 47.11 h.This cell line has migratory,invasive,and clonogenic abilities.The chromosomes in the CBC2T-2 cells were polyploidy,with numbers ranging from 69 to 79.The subcutaneous tumorigenic assay confirmed the in vivo tumorigenic ability of CBC2T-2 cells in NOD/SCID mice.CBC2T-2 cells and xenografts were positive for both the epithelial marker,CK19,and the mesenchymal marker,vimentin.These results suggest that CBC2T-2 cells may have both epithelial and mesenchymal characteristics.The cells were also used to screen clinical agents in patients with cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma,and a combination of paclitaxel and gemcitabine was found to be the most effective treatment option.CONCLUSION We established the first human cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma cell line,CBC2T-2,with stable biogenetic traits.This cell line,as a research model,has a high clinical value and would facilitate the understanding of the pathogenesis of cholangiocarcinoma sarcoma.

文摘Tillering is an important agronomic trait for rice grain production. To evaluate yield and tillering response, Liangyoupeijiu(super hybrid rice) was grown in Hunan, China during 2011–2012 under different methods of tillage(conventional and no-tillage system) and crop establishment methods(transplanting at a spacing of 20 cm × 20 cm with one seedling per hill and direct seeding at a seeding rate of 22.5 kg ha-1). Our results revealed that, at maximum tillering(Max.) and at maturity(MA) stages, direct seeding(DS) resulted in 22% more tillers than transplanting(TP) irrespective of tillage system. Tiller mortality reached a peak between panicle initiation(PI) and booting(BT) stages, and was 16% higher under conventional tillage(CT) than under no-tillage(NT). Transplanting required 29% more time for the completion of tillering and less for DS. Tillering rate was 43% higher in DS than TP under either CT or NT. There was a positive correlation between panicle number per m2and maximum tiller number per m2, but not panicle-bearing tiller rate. The panicle bearing tiller rate was higher under DS than TP and higher under NT than CT. Tiller dry weight gradually increased up to heading(HD) stage, and was 14% higher under TP than DS. Leaf area(cm2tiller-1) gradually increased from Max. to HD stage and then decreased by 34% in conventional tillage transplanting(CTTP) and 45% in no-tillage transplanting(NTTP) from 12DAH–24DAH(days after heading), but was similar(35%) under DS under either CT or NT. Grain yield was higher under CTTP owing to the larger sink size(heavier panicle, more spikelets in per cm length of panicle) than under DS.
文摘Based on TBB data from Meteorological Institute Research of Japan, study is carried out of the features of seasonal transition of Asian-Australian monsoons and Asian summer monsoon establishment,indicating that the transition begins as early as in April, followed by abrupt change in May-June; the Asian summer monsoon situation is fully established in June. The winter convective center in Sumatra moved steadily northwestward across the "land bridge" of the maritime continent and the Indo-China Peninsula as time goes from winter to summer, thus giving rise to the change in large scale circulations that is responsible for the summer monsoon establishment over SE Asia and India; the South China Sea to the western Pacific summer monsoon onset bears a close relation to the active convection in the Indo China Peninsula and steady eastward retreat of the subtropical TBB high-value band,corresponding to the western Pacific subtropical high.

文摘An ideal leaf shape is beneficial to the yield of rice.Molecular understanding of the leaf primordia and polarity establishment plays a significant role in exploring the genetic regulatory network of leaf morphogenesis.In recent years,researchers have cloned an array of coding genes and a few non-coding small RNAs involved in rice leaf development through regulating the development of leaf primordia,vascular bundles,sclerenchyma cells,bulliform cells,cell walls and epidermis cells.These genes and their interactions play critical roles in rice leaf development through the determination and regulatory role in gene expression,and their coordination with other genetic networks or signal pathways.But the relationship among these genes is poorly defined and the underlying network is still unclear.In this review,we introduced the regulatory pathways of leaf primordium development and leaf polarity establishment,mainly the relationship between cell development mechanism and leaf polarity establishment,focusing on how leaf tissue affects leaf shape.Hopefully,the regulation network reviewed here has immediate implications for future research and genomic design breeding.

文摘Objective:To induce pluripotent stem(IPS)cells from fibrocytes that are separated from liver cancer patients.Methods:The fibrocytes were reprogrammed to IPS cells by lentiviral vector,stained and identified by immunohistochemistry.Results:The IPS cells were successfully established from fibrocytes after infection,and IPS cell clones formed in round shape under a microscopy.The induction rate was 0.013%±0.007%.No tumor formed at the back of nude mice within 8 weeks after the inoculation of cell clone.However,tetatoma appeared in nude mice within 1 week after IPS inoculation.A few tumors formed in nude mice within 4 weeks after the inoculation of cell clones.However,subcutaneous tumors formed within 1 week after IPS inoculation.The induced IPS cells showed three germ layers in tetatoma.Nanog and OCT4 in the induced IPS cells showed hypomethylation.SSEA-A,TRA-1-6-,TRA-1-81 and Nanog were highly expressed in the induced IPS cells,indicating the IPS cells possessed the similar ability as the stem cells.Conclusion:The IPS cells of liver cancer patients can be established effectively from fibrocytes and can be cultured stably in vitro,which provides an approach for the treatment of intermediate or advanced stage liver cancer.

文摘Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)is primarily associated with administering antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs.Despite significant research on MRONJ,its pathogenesis and effective treatments are still not fully understood.Animal models can be used to simulate the pathophysiological features of MRONJ,serving as standardized in vivo experimental platforms to explore the pathogenesis and therapies of MRONJ.Rodent models exhibit excellent effectiveness and high reproducibility in mimicking human MRONJ,but classical methods cannot achieve a complete replica of the pathogenesis of MRONJ.Modified rodent models have been reported with improvements for better mimicking of MRONJ onset in clinic.This review summarizes representative classical and modified rodent models of MRONJ created through various combinations of systemic drug induction and local stimulation and discusses their effectiveness and efficiency.Currently,there is a lack of a unified assessment system for MRONJ models,which hinders a standard definition of MRONJ-like lesions in rodents.Therefore,this review comprehensively summarizes assessment systems based on published peer-review articles,including new approaches in gross observation,histological assessments,radiographic assessments,and serological assessments.This review can serve as a reference for model establishment and evaluation in future preclinical studies on MRONJ.
文摘The constitutive relationship for MP159 alloy, a kind of high strength cobalt-base superalloy, was studied based on the experimental results of compression tests carried out in the THERMECMASTER-Z hot work simulating test machine. The constitutive relationship model using Zener-Hollomon parameter as primary variable is proposed, and the constitutive equation for MP159 alloy is firstly form ulized. This equation well represents the relationship of flow stress with thermomechanical parameters, i.e. strain, strain rate and temperature, in a large deforma tion (a true strain of 1.10) and a wide range of deformation temperatures and strain rates. It can be used for the finite element simulation of plastic forming process and the dissipative structure theory and dynamic material

文摘In order to establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for detecting progesterone in raw milk,raw milk was extracted with methanol,and then determined by HPLC-MS/MS after the purification with a C18 solid phase extraction column. Qualitative determination was performed according to retention time and selective ion abundance ratio,and quantification was performed by external standard method. The results showed that progesterone had a good linear relation in the range of0. 1-5. 0 ng/ml,with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The detection limit of the established method was 0. 02 μg/kg,and the quantification limit was0. 04 μg/kg. In the standard addition range of 0. 1-5. 0 ng/ml,the recovery ranged from 79. 6% to 105. 1%,with relative standard deviation≤8. 9%. Compared with the industry standard,the detection limit and the quantification limit of the established method are significantly reduced,and the sensitivity of the method is enhanced,so this method is suitable for the detection of progesterone residue in fresh milk in pastures.

The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes.
文摘In the paper, the establishment, measurement, data-processing program and monitoring accuracy of the GPS seismic monitoring network in North China, especially in the Capital-Circle area, have been presented briefly. The relation of horizontal crustal deformation to tectonic movement, stress-field variation and seismicity has been analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the accuracy of GPS measurement has reached the order of 10-9 and the annual rate of horizontal crustal deformation in North China is about 4 ~5 mm. Horizontal crustal movement is a direct indication of the regional stress field. Therefore, by monitoring the time-sequence variation of horizontal crustal motion, it would be possible to investigate the change in the stress field, to analyze the tendency of seismicity and to determine the seismogenic zones.
文摘In Pangs of Love by David Wong Louie, the identity of Chinese immigrants in America is as fluid and unstable as the perfume Musk 838. The Chinese-born mom harbors deep love for China. Though living in America for forty years, she is still persisting in the Chinese tradition while her American-born sons, on the contrary, are trying to integrate into American life, seemingly ignoring the Chinese origin. By looking at the ideological difference under the Chinese and American historical context, this paper aims to reveal that translating the past, old, what's Chinese into something meaningful to the present, the new and the reality makes it possible that the first-generation integrates into American culture and the second-generation understands Chinese tradition. It illuminates the ways for possible transformation and demonstrates the possibility to establish a Chinese-American identity to transcend the pangs for embracing each other.

文摘Rice(Oryza sativa)plants acquired excess photosynthates in the form of nonstructural carbohydrates(NSCs)in their stems and grain.Despite keen interest in rice NSC,the dynamics of NSC accumulation,translocation and re-accumulation have not yet been well investigated.AG1 and AG2 QTLs associated with flooding tolerance through catalyzing starch into soluble sugar in germinating seeds.Here we conducted three experiments,greenhouse and field to lay the groundwork for large-scale diversity studies on grain NSC and some agronomic traits under direct-seeded rice(DSR)system,using elite lines incorporating AG1,AG2 and AG1-AG2 QTLs into the popular varieties PSB Rc82 and Ciherang-Sub1 along with the donors Kho Hlan On(AG1)and Ma-Zhan Red(AG2).In germinating seedlings,soluble sugars increased,while starch concentration decreased gradually especially in the tolerant checks and AG1-AG2 introgression lines under flooded soil.Soluble sugar accumulation in stem started to increase from the vegetative stage and peaked at the panicle initiation stage then gradually decreased towards the maturity stage.But Sub1-AG lines had higher sugar and starch concentrations at different growth stages than other genotypes in wet season 2016 and dry season 2017.Plant survival rate was positively correlated with the stem NSC at the early vegetative stage(21 days after sowing),and stem NSC was positively associated with plant height at different growth stages.Among the tested seeding rate,the most suitable seeding rate,4 g/m2 with shallow burial depth(0.5 cm),resulted in better seedling establishment,relatively higher seedling vigor index and higher leaf area index under flooding in DSR system.Introgression of AG1-AG2 QTLs had no any negative impact on nonstructural carbohydrate,germination rate,and growth and biomass production.

文摘Background:Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease with a high incidence rate in the Chinese army,which directly disturbs military training and affects soldiers’health.Influenza surveillance systems are widely used around the world and play an important role in influenza epidemic prevention and control.Methods:As a theater centers for disease prevention and control,we established an influenza monitoring platform(IMP)in 2014 to strengthen the monitoring of influenza-like illness and influenza virus infection.In this study,we introduced the constitution,influenza virus detection,and quality control for an IMP.The monitoring effect was also evaluated by comparing the monitoring data with data from national influenza surveillance systems.The experiences and problems associated with the platform also were summarized.Results:A theater IMP was established based on 3 levels of medical units,including monitoring sites,testing laboratories and a checking laboratory.A series of measures were taken to guarantee the quality of monitoring,such as technical training,a unified process,sufficient supervision and timely communication.The platform has run smoothly for 3 monitoring years to date.In the 2014–2015 and 2016–2017 monitoring years,sample amount coincided with that obtained from the National Influenza Surveillance program.In the 2015–2016 monitoring year,due to the strict prevention and control measures,an influenza epidemic peak was avoided in monitoring units,and the monitoring data did not coincide with that of the National Influenza Surveillance program.Several problems,including insufficient attention,unreasonable administrative intervention or subordination relationships,and the necessity of detection in monitoring sites were still observed.Conclusion:A theater IMP was established rationally and played a deserved role in the prevention and control of influenza.However,several problems remain to be solved.

文摘Strong seedlings are essential for high yield.To explore the foundation of strong seedlings,we investigated various factors influencing the conversion and distribution of seed storage reserves during seedling establishment in maize inbred lines.Three maize inbred lines were used to explore the effects of seed size,seed vigor,illumination duration,temperature,water content,and salt concentration of the seedling medium on the utilization of seed storage reserves during seedling establishment.The results showed that the conversion rate of small seeds was 3.69 to 17.71%higher than that of large seeds.Moreover,prolonged illumination time was conducive to the formation of strong seedlings.However,low temperature,drought stress and salt stress reduced the conversion rate of seed storage reserves and increased the root/shoot ratio.These results could be used to guide field management during seedling emergence and develop improved germplasm with a high conversion rate of seed storage reserves.
文摘Maximizing network lifetime is measured as the primary issue in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks(MANETs).In geographically routing based models,packet transmission seems to be more appropriate in dense circumstances.The involvement of the Heuristic model directly is not appropriate to offer an effectual solution as it becomes NP-hard issues;therefore investigators concentrate on using Meta-heuristic approaches.Dragonfly Optimization(DFO)is an effective meta-heuristic approach to resolve these problems by providing optimal solutions.Moreover,Meta-heuristic approaches(DFO)turn to be slower in convergence problems and need proper computational time while expanding network size.Thus,DFO is adaptively improved as Adaptive Dragonfly Optimization(ADFO)to fit this model and re-formulated using graph-based m-connection establishment(G-𝑚𝑚CE)to overcome computational time and DFO’s convergence based problems,considerably enhancing DFO performance.In(G-𝑚𝑚CE),Connectivity Zone(CZ)is chosen among source to destination in which optimality should be under those connected regions and ADFO is used for effective route establishment in CZ indeed of complete networking model.To measure complementary features of ADFO and(G-𝑚𝑚CE),hybridization of DFO-(G-𝑚𝑚CE)is anticipated over dense circumstances with reduced energy consumption and delay to enhance network lifetime.The simulation was performed in MATLAB environment.
文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study the establishment of a kind of three-dimensional thunderstorm cloud electrification-discharge mode.[Method] Based on a kind of three-dimensional strong convective cloud mode,several parameterization schemes of electrification-discharge mechanism which were mature and had experimental basis were coupled into the strong convective cloud mode.The three-dimensional strong convective mode could simulate electrification-discharge process,and the three-dimensional thunderstorm cloud electrification-discharge mode was established.[Result] By numerical simulation method,a kind of three-dimensional thunderstorm cloud electrification-discharge mode was established.The mode not only could assess the relative importance of various kinds of electrification mechanisms under different environments,but also described formation of charge center and electrical field within the thunderstorm cloud,occurrence position,propagation process and influence on charge distribution of lightning.The most important thing was that it could quantitatively describe the complicated relative relationships between power,microphysics and electric process in the evolution process of thunderstorm cloud.[Conclusion] The research provided powerful foundation for further studying the lightning characteristics of different thunderstorm clouds,the relationships between lightning characteristics and power,microphysical process,and deeply discussing the early-warning forecasting technology of thunderbolt activity.
