Grain production space reconstruction referred to the changes in the quantity,quality and pattern of grain produc-tion space caused by functional tradeoffs and conflicts between grain production space,urban-rural development space,and ecological service space.Exploring tradeoffs between land system functions caused by grain produc-tion space reconstruction was particularly important for ensuring food security,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and achieving sustainable development.Therefore,this study identified four relationships of land system functions during the process of grain production space reconstruction(1980-2018)in China by using Set Pair Analysis.Research results showed that the reconstruction of grain production space was achieved mainly through three pathways:Grain for Green,deforestation and reclamation,and urban expansion.Generally,ecological service had spatial negative correlation with grain production,economic development and population carrying capacity(P<0.01),but grain production,economic development and population carrying capacity were positively correlated with each other(P<0.01).In the process of grain production space reconstruction,eco-logical services and economic development,ecological services and population carrying capacity had all shown inverse synergies;there was a tradeoffbetween grain production and ecological services,a codirectional tradeoffbetween grain production and economic development,but a strong synergy between economic development and population carrying capacity.However,the functions of land systems only appeared as synergies or tradeoffs,and there were no inverse synergies and codirectional tradeoffs in the separate processes of Grain for Green,deforestation and reclamation,and urban expansion.It can be concluded that the relationships between land system functions were relatively simple in a single process,but it became complex and diverse when multiple processes were integrated for system analysis. 展开更多

The purpose of the study is to measure the "growth drag" according to the characteristic of Chinese land resource.Romer model (2001) holds that every country is inevitably affected by the "growth drag" due to the limitation of land resource.So it's of profound strategic significance to measure the "growth drag" according to the character of Chinese land resource.Modified two-level CES production function was employed,and this paper modified the hypothesis of the model.The result indicates that the limitation of Chinese land resource casts shadow over the economic development of China,and the growth rate is 0.4618% lower than that without the limitation of land resource.Through implementing the land resource protection policy along with the technology improvement and the substitute effect of other factors to the land resource,China will keep a steady and balanced economic growth. 展开更多

Relationship between cultivated land use functions and land rental behavior of rural households:empirical evidence from different dominant functional regions in central China 被引量:4

This paper analyzes the relationship between the cultivated land use functions and the land rental decisions of rural households in three Dominant Functional Zones of Hubei, China. The results indicate that 41.10% of the rural households in the study areas participated in the land rental market. The land rental market in the Key Development Zone has both a higher participation rate and land rent; the Agricultural Production Zone has a higher participation rate but a lower land rent; and the land rental market in the Key Ecological Zone is underdeveloped. The difference in regional function and economic level leads to a significant difference in the spatial variation of the cultivated land use multifunction. Overall, the cultivated land function of rural households has a significant impact on their land transfer behavior. The higher the Functions of Economic Contribution, Food Production, and Pension & Employment, the more willing the rural households are to rent in the land, while the higher the Function of Inheritance and Retainment of the cultivated land use, the more likely the peasants are to retain their cultivated land resources. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient is significantly higher in the Key Development Zone than in the Key Ecological Zone. 展开更多

Variation in Plant Functional Traits along Altitudinal Gradient and Land Use Types in Sagarmatha National Park and Buffer Zone, Nepal 被引量:3

They represent specific functional adaptations to various environmental stresses. This study deals with the variation in plant functional traits along elevation gradient and land-use types in Sagarmatha National Park and Buffer Zone, Nepal. Two field investigations in April and September, 2011 were made to collect samples. Sampling was done from 2200 - 3800 m asl varying approx. 400 m. East and west facing aspects of each valley were chosen. In each aspect four land-use type categories including disturbed (cultivated land, exploited forest and meadow) and less disturbed natural forest were selected. A transect of 25 m long and 2.5 m wide was laid. Different eight traits of plants including lifeform, plant height, clonality, spinescence, leaf dry matter content, stem specific density, twig dry matter content and twig drying time were examined for 60 plant species belonging to 31 families, collected from 40 sampled plots. Nine different types of growth forms were recorded. Plant height of the investigated species ranged from 0.03 - 15 m. The stolon consisting species were dominant in exploited forests. Diversity of clonal species was more in meadow and non-clonal species were dominant in all the altitudes. Only eight species consisted of spines. In the disturbed land-use categories, we found high variation in a particular trait. Correlation analyses revealed the significant relationship (p < 0.01) among different traits. Herbs and shrubs were dominant at higher elevation and in disturbed land-use categories. Species from high altitude were mostly short basal herbs, while spinescence and tall trees were observed at lower altitudes. Species recorded in meadows and exploited forests showed high variation in traits due to disturbance mainly grazing, fire, litter collection and trampling. Altitudinal variation, climatic conditions and disturbance most strongly influence trait expression in the study area. 展开更多

In recent decades, the control of floods is an efficient management practice for the rehabilitation of rangelands in most arid and semiarid areas. To evaluate the benefits, we used the Landscape Function Analysis (LFA) method to assess the function of patches and qualitative capability of a rangeland ecosystem in Gareh Bygone region, Fars province, southwestern Iran. Landscape functionality depends on soil, water and nutrient (collectively called "resources") conservation and use within a given ecosystem. Many landscapes are naturally heterogeneous in terms of resource control and possess patches, where resources tend to accumulate, and inter-patches. Assessing rangeland health and function of landscape patches in response to environment and management can give rise to correct management decisions for qualitative improvement of the ecosystem. Therefore, our study area was divided into two parts, i.e. water spreading and control parts, and sampling was done using LFA method in each part separately. Structural parameters, including the number, length and width of patches, and the mean length of inter-patches, were determined by the method to characterize the functional status of the monitoring sites. For each patch/inter-patch type identified in the transect organization log, we recorded its soil surface properties classified according to the Soil Surface Assessment Method. The density, canopy cover and composition of plants were then assessed. The results showed that the number of ecological patches and their dimensions were significantly increased in the water spreading site. Soil stability and the values of nutrient cycling indices were increased but the infiltration values were decreased in the water spreading site. It could be related to the effect of suspended materials transported by floods to the soils in the study area. The improvement of ecological patches and rangeland ecosystem was achieved where water spreading systems were practiced. Therefore it can be concluded that water spreading as a management plan plays an important role in arid land ecosystem functionality. 展开更多

Changes in Transformation of Soil Organic C and Functional Diversity of Soil Microbial Community Under Different Land Uses 被引量:22

Changes in soil biological and biochemical properties under different land uses in the subtropical region of China were investigated in order to develop rational cultivation and fertilization management. A small watershed of subtropical region of China was selected for this study. Land uses covered paddy fields, vegetable farming, fruit trees, upland crops, bamboo stands, and forestry. Soil biological and biochemical properties included soil organic C and nutrient contents, mineralization of soil organic C, and soil microbial biomass and community functional diversity. Soil organic C and total N contents, microbial biomass C and N, and respiration intensity under different land uses were changed in the following order: paddy fields (and vegetable farming) > bamboo stands > fruit trees (and upland). The top surface (0-15 cm) paddy fields (and vegetable farming) were 76.4 and 80.8% higher in soil organic C and total N contents than fruit trees (and upland) soils, respectively. Subsurface paddy soils (15-30 cm) were 59.8 and 67.3% higher in organic C and total N than upland soils, respectively. Soil microbial C, N and respiration intensity in paddy soils (0-15 cm) were 6.36, 3.63 and 3.20 times those in fruit tree (and upland) soils respectively. Soil microbial metabolic quotient was in the order: fruit trees (and upland) > forestry > paddy fields. Metabolic quotient in paddy soils was only 47.7% of that in fruit tree (and upland) soils. Rates of soil organic C mineralization during incubation changed in the order: paddy fields > bamboo stands > fruit trees (and upland) and soil bacteria population: paddy fields > fruit trees (and upland) > forestry. No significant difference was found for fungi and actinomycetes populations. BIOLOG analysis indicated a changing order of paddy fields > fruit trees (and upland) > forestry in values of the average well cell development (AWCD) and functional diversity indexes of microbial community. Results also showed that the conversion from paddy fields to vegetable farming for 5 years resulted in a dramatic increase in soil available phosphorus content while insignificant changes in soil organic C and total N content due to a large inputs of phosphate fertilizers. This conversion caused 53, 41.5, and 41.3% decreases in soil microbial biomass C, N, and respiration intensity, respectively, while 23.6% increase in metabolic quotient and a decrease in soil organic C mineralization rate. Moreover, soil bacteria and actinomycetes populations were increased slightly, while fungi population increased dramatically. Functional diversity indexes of soil microbial community decreased significantly. It was concluded that land uses in the subtropical region of China strongly affected soil biological and biochemical properties. Soil organic C and nutrient contents, mineralization of organic C and functional diversity of microbial community in paddy fields were higher than those in upland and forestry. Overuse of chemical fertilizers in paddy fields with high fertility might degrade soil biological properties and biochemical function, resulting in deterioration of soil biological quality. 展开更多

This paper studies the functional classification of land use surrounding parking facility, which is fundamentally important for indepth research on parking behavior. 37 parking facilities located between the second and sixth ring roadway in Beijing were selected for this study. Based on the surveys conducted at these parking facilities, various parking behavior were analyzed, based on which the scope of the different parking was determined. The information on location, land use characteristics, public transport, the surrounding parking situations are collected for each investigated parking facility. Applying the SPSS clustering method, the threshold was developed for the classification. Totally, five categories are proposed for the land use functionality surrounding parking facility as the results of this study. 展开更多

开发区是实体经济发展的重要载体。研究不同主导功能开发区的土地集约利用对促进产业转型升级和区域高质量发展有重要意义。文章以江苏省188个省级及以上开发区为例,构建了基于不同主导功能的具有可比性的开发区土地集约利用评价指标体... 开发区是实体经济发展的重要载体。研究不同主导功能开发区的土地集约利用对促进产业转型升级和区域高质量发展有重要意义。文章以江苏省188个省级及以上开发区为例,构建了基于不同主导功能的具有可比性的开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用AHP-CRITIC组合赋权法测算开发区土地利用集约度,并从开发区主导功能视角对比产城融合型和工业主导型开发区土地集约利用差异构建回归模型,探讨开发区主导功能对土地集约利用的影响。研究表明:(1)江苏省开发区土地集约利用水平空间差异明显,不论是全部开发区还是不同主导功能开发区,土地利用集约度均呈现出苏南高、苏中次之、苏北最低的特点;(2)江苏省工业主导型开发区土地利用集约度高于产城融合型开发区;(3)开发区主导功能对土地集约利用水平具有显著影响,表现为产城融合型开发区对土地利用集约度有显著负效应。 展开更多

“城乡两栖”视角下农村宅基地“三权分置”问题研究

“三权分置”改革有助于化解“城乡两栖”背景下宅基地的制度困境。在我国城镇化进程和乡村振兴过程中,城乡人口双向流动以及异地居住的“城乡两栖”现象日益明显。人口迁居带来了宅基地及其地上房屋所承载的居住功能弱化,而它们的财产... “三权分置”改革有助于化解“城乡两栖”背景下宅基地的制度困境。在我国城镇化进程和乡村振兴过程中,城乡人口双向流动以及异地居住的“城乡两栖”现象日益明显。人口迁居带来了宅基地及其地上房屋所承载的居住功能弱化,而它们的财产功能和社会情感功能则逐渐增强。总体来看,现有部分制度抑制了宅基地的产权权能开发和资产价值挖掘,造成了闲置、低效利用与隐性流转共存的困局,需要合理推进“三权分置”改革。宅基地“三权分置”改革受到乡村治理机制不完善、产权边界不清晰、农民宅基地权属观念模糊等因素掣肘,面临所有权主体虚置、过度“资本化”等诸多问题,阻碍了相关体制机制创新。为此,“三权分置”改革需要清晰界定“三权”边界,明确宅基地的法权属性,在保障农户资格权的基础上适度拓展宅基地使用权,推动实现宅基地的财产价值;引入市场机制多元盘活闲置宅基地,进而提高土地资源利用效率。 展开更多

[目的]揭示快速城市化发展下耕地功能性流失现象的阶段性特征,探讨流失类型和流失等级的时空格局与管控策略,为优化区域耕地保护、保障粮食安全提供思路借鉴。[方法]基于快速城市化地区耕地功能性流失的类型特征解析,从“用途—产能—储量”三维视角构建其综合测度体系,监测耕地功能的流失程度并预测流失风险,进一步针对各级流失区域提出管控策略,以江苏省江阴市为研究区开展了实证研究。[结果](1)统筹考虑耕地功能流失的阶段性特征,以此划分耕地功能性流失的主要类型,探索定量表征快速城市化进程下耕地功能性流失程度和风险的方法,对缓解耕地保护与经济发展冲突具有重要理论支撑。(2)江阴市用途流失维中种植非粮食作物面积占比最大,共涉及267个村;产能流失维涉及的村域较少,仅59个村;储量流失中,中低风险类型区涉及的村域较多且数量相当,分别为104个村和115个村。(3)基于综合评价体系,江阴市村域中二级流失占比最大(71.17%),在未来发展中需对不同流失程度实施完善农业建设、优化农业空间布局、加强流失风险监测等差异化治理策略。[结论]耕地功能性流失现象在发生时间、受干扰因素和表现形式等方面存在阶段性特征,其时空格局在分维和综合维度上各具差异,因地施策可为促进区域耕地保护与利用,完善耕地功能风险监测与预警,进而优化国土空间合理布局等提供理论支撑。 展开更多

南京市高淳区村域尺度土地利用功能变化及生态系统服务价值响应研究

基于2009—2019年土地利用调查数据,以高淳区145个行政村为研究单元,利用土地利用变化模型和生态系统服务价值评估方法,研究高淳区土地利用功能转型的时空演变格局,并评估该区域生态系统服务的价值损益情况,同时,利用敏感性系数来衡量... 基于2009—2019年土地利用调查数据,以高淳区145个行政村为研究单元,利用土地利用变化模型和生态系统服务价值评估方法,研究高淳区土地利用功能转型的时空演变格局,并评估该区域生态系统服务的价值损益情况,同时,利用敏感性系数来衡量生态系统服务价值对土地利用功能转型的敏感程度。结果表明:①高淳区生产生态功能、生态生产功能既是研究区分布最广的土地利用功能类型,也是转型最剧烈的土地利用功能类型。生产生态功能的转移面积和比重最大,而且转移速率远高于其同期的新增速率,属于转型收缩型土地利用功能;生态生产功能空间、生活生产功能空间和生态功能空间的新增速度大于同期转移速度,属于转型扩张型功能空间。②2009—2019年,高淳区生态系统服务价值增加了33.78亿元,其中,水域用地、耕地和林地是对生态系统服务价值贡献最大的3种土地类型;水文调节和废物处理是高淳区最主要的生态系统服务功能。③当土地利用功能从低利用指数向高利用指数转变时,生态系统服务价值减少,此时土地利用程度引起区域生态系统服务价值的变化强度也较小。当土地利用功能呈现高利用指数向低利用指数的转变趋势时,生态系统服务价值呈现增加的趋势,土地利用程度变化对区域生态系统服务价值的贡献率越大。④具体来说,高淳区生态系统服务价值呈现增加显著,生态系统服务价值对不同土地利用功能转型的响应程度不尽相同,生产生态功能空间转向生活生产功能空间对生态系统服务价值降低的贡献度达到15.02%,生产生态功能空间转为生态生产功能空间对生态系统服务价值增加的贡献度达到44.57%。 展开更多

土地利用功能分区是国土空间开发保护与利用的重要前提。将最小累积阻力模型引入广西贺州市土地利用功能分区研究中,基于阻力约束视角开展建设用地、生态用地、农业用地扩张阻力评价,通过分析不同用地扩张的适宜性划分土地利用功能区。... 土地利用功能分区是国土空间开发保护与利用的重要前提。将最小累积阻力模型引入广西贺州市土地利用功能分区研究中,基于阻力约束视角开展建设用地、生态用地、农业用地扩张阻力评价,通过分析不同用地扩张的适宜性划分土地利用功能区。结果表明:(1)生态用地扩张阻力以各生态保护源为中心向四周扩张,农业用地扩张阻力由贺州市中部向四周递增,建设用地扩张阻力呈中部低、四周高的特点;(2)依据各类用地扩张的适宜性将贺州市划分为生态保护核心区、农业生产核心区、建设开发核心区、生态保护涵养区和生产生态拓展区,其空间分布与贺州市现状用地布局相符且契合相关规划的用途分区及管控要求。与传统适宜性评价相比,基于扩张阻力评价的适宜性分析综合考虑了各用地类型的垂直自然要素和水平扩张作用,为具体的土地利用功能分区提供了更为科学的依据;研究明确了各功能区的分布并提出对应的发展建议,能够为贺州市土地利用结构优化提供依据与指导。 展开更多

基于“三生空间”的福州市土地利用功能转型与生态环境效应研究

基于2000、2010、2020年3期土地利用现状遥感监测数据,按照“生产—生活—生态”土地利用主导功能分类,通过土地利用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数、土地利用转型的生态贡献率等方法,定量分析了2000—2020年间福州市“三生空间”结构转型... 基于2000、2010、2020年3期土地利用现状遥感监测数据,按照“生产—生活—生态”土地利用主导功能分类,通过土地利用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数、土地利用转型的生态贡献率等方法,定量分析了2000—2020年间福州市“三生空间”结构转型的时空演化特征与生态环境效应。结果表明:(1)福州市“三生空间”分布格局基本保持一致,生态空间分布最广泛呈缩减趋势,生活空间主要分布在市辖区呈扩张趋势,生产空间主要分布在福州主城区和东部地区呈先减后增趋势。(2)“三生空间”的转换以生态空间的转出、生活空间的转入为主,转入量和转出量并不平衡,转换较为活跃的地区主要分布在福州主城区和东部地区,其他地区转换较为零散。(3)福州市生态环境质量改善和退化趋势并存,但两者发生区域在空间上并不重叠,整体的生态环境质量指数下降,生态环境质量空间分异显著,高值区主要位于永泰县,低值区集中于主城区。生态环境质量的改善主要以农业生产用地、草地生态用地转为林地生态用地为主,林地生态用地和农业生产用地转为工矿生产用地则是导致生态环境质量退化的主要影响因素。 展开更多
