The objective of this st... The red fruits of Pseudospondias microcarpa (A. Rich) Engl. are widely consumed by the populations of northern Congo for their sweet and tangy flavor as well as for their characteristic smell. The objective of this study was to show the food potential of the fruits of this plant for their valorization. Organic solvent extracts were prepared and subjected to phytochemical screening to determine the nutrients and phytonutrients of this fruit. Raw juice was extracted by trituration without adding water and subjected to physicochemical and biochemical analyses in order to determine its quality and its antiradical activity. The raw juice obtained is moderately acidic (pH 3.28), very cloudy and colored (turbidity of 1019 NTU). It has a dry matter content of 3.771% ± 0.013% reflecting the 70% dominance of water in the weight of the fruit and the presence of dissolved organic matter in its juice. Energy nutrients (sugars, amino acids), carotenoids, coumarins, tannins, flavonoids, terpenes and sterols have been highlighted as nutrients with therapeutic potential commonly called phytonutrients of this fruit. The juice presented a dominance in polyphenols (134.8500 ± 0.0023 mg gallic acid/100 g) than in carotenoids (5.100 ± 0.010 mg carotene/100 g), high levels of mineral macroelements (calcium: 3570.00 ± 2.05 mg and potassium: 4576.00 ± 9.49 mg) and trace elements (copper: 11.13 ± 0.10 mg, iron: 3.02 ± 0.03 mg and zinc: 2.57 ± 0.08 mg). These compounds exhibited good antioxidant activity. The presence of these nutrients and phytonutrients in these fruits is interesting for the proper functioning of certain organs and the prevention of certain diseases. This fruit is therefore an energizing and functional food that can compete with conventional fruits whose juices are marketed. 展开更多

Tilia amurensis is an economically valuable broadleaf tree species in Northeast China.The production of highqualityT.amurensis varieties at commercial scales has been greatly limited by the low germination rates.Thereis thus a pressing need to develop an organogenesis protocol for in vitro propagation of T.amurensis to alleviate ashortage of high-quality T.amurensis seedlings.Here,we established a rapid in vitro propagation system forT.amurensis from mature zygotic embryos and analyzed the effects of plant growth regulators and culture mediain different stages.We found that Woody plant medium(WPM)was the optimal primary culture medium formature zygotic embryos.The highest callus induction percentage(68.76%)and number of axillary buds induced(3.2)were obtained in WPM+0.89μmol/L 6-benzyladenine(6-BA)+0.46μmol/L kinetin(KT)+0.25μmol/Lindole-3-butryic acid(IBA)+1.44μmol/L gibberellin A_(3)(GA_(3)).The multiple shoot bud development achievedthe highest percentage(83.32%)in the Murashige and Skoog(MS)+2.22μmol/L 6-BA+0.25μmol/L IBA+1.44μmol/L GA_(3).The rooting percentage(96.70%)was highest in 1/2 MS medium+1.48μmol/L IBA.Thesurvival percentage of transplanting plantlets was 82.22%in soil:vermiculite:perlite(5:3:1).Our study is the firstto establish an effective organogenesis protocol for T.amurensis using mature zygotic embryos. 展开更多

Fruit infections have an impact on both the yield and the quality of the crop.As a result,an automated recognition system for fruit leaf diseases is important.In artificial intelligence(AI)applications,especially in agriculture,deep learning shows promising disease detection and classification results.The recent AI-based techniques have a few challenges for fruit disease recognition,such as low-resolution images,small datasets for learning models,and irrelevant feature extraction.This work proposed a new fruit leaf leaf leaf disease recognition framework using deep learning features and improved pathfinder optimization.Three fruit types have been employed in this work for the validation process,such as apple,grape,and Citrus.In the first step,a noisy dataset is prepared by employing the original images to learn the designed framework better.The EfficientNet-B0 deep model is fine-tuned on the next step and trained separately on the original and noisy data.After that,features are fused using a serial concatenation approach that is later optimized in the next step using an improved Path Finder Algorithm(PFA).This algorithm aims to select the best features based on the fitness score and ignore redundant information.The selected features are finally classified using machine learning classifiers such as Medium Neural Network,Wide Neural Network,and Support Vector Machine.The experimental process was conducted on each fruit dataset separately and obtained an accuracy of 100%,99.7%,99.7%,and 93.4%for apple,grape,Citrus fruit,and citrus plant leaves,respectively.A detailed analysis is conducted and also compared with the recent techniques,and the proposed framework shows improved accuracy. 展开更多

The freshness of fruits is considered to be one of the essential characteristics for consumers in determining their quality,flavor and nutritional value.The primary need for identifying rotten fruits is to ensure that only fresh and high-quality fruits are sold to consumers.The impact of rotten fruits can foster harmful bacteria,molds and other microorganisms that can cause food poisoning and other illnesses to the consumers.The overall purpose of the study is to classify rotten fruits,which can affect the taste,texture,and appearance of other fresh fruits,thereby reducing their shelf life.The agriculture and food industries are increasingly adopting computer vision technology to detect rotten fruits and forecast their shelf life.Hence,this research work mainly focuses on the Convolutional Neural Network’s(CNN)deep learning model,which helps in the classification of rotten fruits.The proposed methodology involves real-time analysis of a dataset of various types of fruits,including apples,bananas,oranges,papayas and guavas.Similarly,machine learningmodels such as GaussianNaïve Bayes(GNB)and random forest are used to predict the fruit’s shelf life.The results obtained from the various pre-trained models for rotten fruit detection are analysed based on an accuracy score to determine the best model.In comparison to other pre-trained models,the visual geometry group16(VGG16)obtained a higher accuracy score of 95%.Likewise,the random forest model delivers a better accuracy score of 88% when compared with GNB in forecasting the fruit’s shelf life.By developing an accurate classification model,only fresh and safe fruits reach consumers,reducing the risks associated with contaminated produce.Thereby,the proposed approach will have a significant impact on the food industry for efficient fruit distribution and also benefit customers to purchase fresh fruits. 展开更多

A new method for screening and identification 420 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)were developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile/acetic acid(99:1,V/V),and clean-up by SinChERS-Nano(single-step,cheap,effective,rugged,safe,nano)column,determined by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS.The accurate mass database and MS/MS database which contains 420 pesticides were established,the automatic retrieval of detection results was carried on according to the accurate mass,retention time,isotope ratio,ion fragment information,and so on.Method verification was performed on leeks samples.The results showed that 420 pesticides had good linearity in the range of 0.1-100μg/L,and the correlation coeffificients(R2)was greater than 0.990.The limits of detections(LODs)and limits of quantifications(LOQs)of 420 pesticides were in range of 0.05-2.0 and 0.1-5.0μg/L,respectively.The average spike recoveries at 3 levels were 70.1%to 119.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were lower than 20%(n=6).With this method,a survey of pesticide residues was conducted for 110 samples of 10 different fruits and vegetables,which provided scientific data for ensuring pesticide residue safety of the fruits and vegetables consumed daily by the public.This method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for rapid screening of 420 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables. 展开更多

They have high water contents, thus, naturally vulnerable to rapid food spoilage. Food preservation and processing play a vital role in the inhibition of food pathogens in fruits and vegetables that are prevalent in Malaysia. Lactic acid fermentation is generally a local-based bioprocess, among the oldest form and well-known for food-processing techniques among indigenous people there. The long shelf life of fermented vegetables and fruits improves their nutritional values and antioxidant potentials. Fermented leaves and vegetables can be utilized as a potential source of probiotics as they are host for several lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus confusus, Weissella paramesenteroides, Enterococcus faecalis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus buchneri, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus pentosus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Pediococcus pentosaceus and Leuconostoc mesenteroides. These strains may be more viable in metabolic systems whereby they can contribute to a substantial increase in essential biologically active element than industrial starter cultures. This review is aimed to address some essential fermented fruits and vegetables in Malaysia and their remarkable reputations as a potential sources of natural probiotics. 展开更多

Therefore, it is important to research the chemical composition of these species. In the article, based on our research, the analysis of the quantitative calculation of flavonoids and amino acids of the fruits of the “Elegant” and “Svetlyachok” cherry varieties was carried out. It was found that the amount of amino acids in the fruits of Cornus mas L., introduced in Uzbekistan, is higher in the variety “Svetlyachok” 2.643235 mg/g. In “Elegant” variety it was 1.794235 mg/g. The amount of 4 different flavonoids in the fruit was also determined. It has been established that the Elegant variety has a high concentration of lutein and rutin, and the svetlyachok has a high concentration of apigenin and quercetin. 展开更多

The present work deals with the study of the thermal performances of a convective dryer for fruits and vegetables. This dryer, operating with energy generated from the combustion of biomass in a boiler connected to a water/air heat exchanger could be a solution to the problematic of energy related to drying. An experimental and theoretical study is carried out on the temperature profile inside the dryer. For this purpose, 10.3 kg of tomatoes were dried on the experimental setup. The operation lasted about 16 hours and reduced the moisture content from 93.8% to 12% in wet basis. The overall thermal efficiency of the convective dryer during the trial is 10.76%. For the theoretical study, the dryer components (boiler, water/air exchanger and drying chamber) are first modeled individually;the different sub-programs are then coupled to form the convective dryer program. The method of global heat balances combined with the one called “ε-NUT” is used. The set of equations is discretized using the implicit method of finite differences, then solved with the Gauss algorithm in Fortran 90. The theoretical results obtained are in good agreement with those measured. 展开更多

A few studies have highlighted the degradation of shea tree fruits mainly due to insects in Burkina Faso. The insects associated with these non-timber forest products are still poorly known, hence the interest of this study. The objective of the study is to make a qualitative inventory of the biodiversity of insect pests of shea fruits during the ripening period in two different ecosystems. It was carried out in 2021 in three locations of the Ziro province. 30 shea fruit trees distributed in 9 sites listed in agrosystems and protected areas were selected for monitoring and collecting insects infested with the fruits. The inventory identified 25 species in 13 families clustered in 5 orders. The order of Diptera, composed of 6 families with 15 species recorded, is the most dominant order in this diversity. Among the different families, 3 of them, Calliphoridae, Tephritidae and Muscidae, present at least 3 species each. 7 species are mainly associated with fruit damage with a predominance of Ceratitis silvestrii Bezzi (Diptera: Tephritidae). 91.33% of the emergences from infested fruits and 43.41% of the individuals trapped belong to this species. C. silvestrii, which presents a homogeneity in its distribution between locations and ecosystems, is therefore the main pest species of shea fruits in production in this zone. The results suggest the need to determine the economic importance of Tephritidae infesting shea fruits. 展开更多

Genetic transformation with mature material as the explants could shorten the transgenic period and avoid seed dependence compared with genetic transformation using the epicotyl seedling stem segments as the receptor. Here, we constructed an Agrobacterium tumefaciensmediated transformation for generation of marker-free transgenic plants from navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck) mature stems using a CreloxP recombination system. To efficiently recover the regenerated buds from mature tissues, five recovery methods were compared: in vitro micrografting of 0.1-0.5(1-2 weeks), > 0.5 cm(3-4 weeks) and > 1 cm long lignified bud and in vitro micrografting of explants with a bud and rooting regenerated bud. The data showed that in vitro micrografting of > 1 cm long regenerated bud with expanded leaves after one month of continuous culture for lignification was the optimal solution for plant recovery from mature tissues. Transgenic plants without selectable marker genes were created from navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck) tissue using a transformation vector PLI-35SPR1aCB containing a Cre/loxP system recombination together with genes encoding the selectable marker isopentenyl transferase(IPT) and an anti-bacterial peptide(PR1aCB).Using IPT positive selection, the transformation efficiency determined by PCR was 0.9%, and in total, 20 transgenic plants were obtained.Southern blotting confirmed further their transgenicity. PCR and sequencing analysis demonstrated that both the Cre and IPT genes had been successfully removed from the transgenic plants(deletion efficiency 100%). Over all, using Cre/loxP system recombination together with the IPT positive selection, marker-free transgenic plants can be recovered efficiently from mature tissues of navel orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck), which provides a potential method for production of transgenic plants from citrus mature tissue. 展开更多

Background: Respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality, affecting approximately 1% of all live births and 10% of all preterm infants. Lamellar bodies represent a storage form of pulmonary surfactant within Type II pneumocytes, secretion of which increases with advancing gestational age, thus enabling prediction of the degree of FLM. Preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) complicates approximately 1/3 of all preterm births. Birth within 1 week is the most likely outcome for any patient with PPROM in the absence of adjunctive treatments. Respiratory distress has been reported to be the most common complication of preterm birth. Sepsis, intraventricular haemorrhage, and necrotizing enterocolitis also are associated with prematurity, but these are less common near to term. Objective: To assess the efficacy of the amniotic fluid lamellar body counting from a vaginal pool in predicting fetal lung maturity in women with preterm premature rupture of membranes. Methods: This study was conducted at Ain Shams University Maternity Hospital in the emergency ward from January 2019 to September 2019. It included 106 women with singleton pregnancies, gestational age from 28 - 36 weeks with preterm premature rupture of membranes. This study is designed to assess the efficacy of the amniotic fluid lamellar body counting (LBC) from a vaginal pool in predicting fetal lung maturity in women with preterm premature rupture of membranes. Results: The current study revealed a highly significant increase in the lamellar body count in cases giving birth to neonates without RDS compared to that cases giving birth to neonates with RDS. Also, no statistically significant difference between LBC and age, parity and number of previous miscarriages in the mother was found. Gestational age at delivery was significantly lower among cases with respiratory distress. Steroid administration was significantly less frequent among cases with respiratory distress. However, lamellar bodies had high diagnostic performance in the prediction of respiratory distress. Conclusion: Lamellar body count (LBC) is an effective, safe, easy, and cost-effective method to assess fetal lung maturity (FLM). It does not need a highly equipped laboratory or specially trained personnel, it just needs the conventional blood count analyzer. Measurement of LBC is now replacing the conventional Lecithin/Sphyngomyelin L/S ratio. LBC cut-off value of ≤42.5 × 10<sup>3</sup>/μL can be used safely to decide fetal lung maturity with sensitivity of 95.7% and specificity of 97.6%. 展开更多

为探明环嗪酮在蓝莓上的最终残留量,在我国浙江、吉林、辽宁和北京4地开展了75%环嗪酮水分散粒剂的田间残留实验。采用电喷雾电离正离子模式,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蓝莓中环嗪酮残留量的方法。样品经乙腈涡旋提取、盐包盐析... 为探明环嗪酮在蓝莓上的最终残留量,在我国浙江、吉林、辽宁和北京4地开展了75%环嗪酮水分散粒剂的田间残留实验。采用电喷雾电离正离子模式,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蓝莓中环嗪酮残留量的方法。样品经乙腈涡旋提取、盐包盐析,再用装有十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))和乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷材料的净化管净化后测定。考察方法的线性、基质效应、定量限、正确度和精密度(相对标准偏差)。在0.0001~0.01 mg/L范围内,环嗪酮的标准曲线方程的线性关系良好,r>0.9998;基质效应为-7.7%;方法定量限为0.01 mg/kg。在0.01、0.1mg/kg和1.0mg/kg添加量范围内,环嗪酮在蓝莓中平均回收率为87%~91%,相对标准偏差不高于3.7%。4个实验点(浙江、北京、辽宁、吉林)最终残留实验结果显示:环嗪酮在实验点药后90d和100d的蓝莓样品中残留量均低于0.01mg/kg,低于美国、日本和韩国制定的最大残留限量值(分别为0.6、0.2mg/kg和0.05mg/kg)。膳食风险评估结果表明:普通人群环嗪酮的国家估算每日摄入量为0.0022mg,膳食摄入风险的风险熵为0.084%,膳食风险小。因此,建议75%的环嗪酮水分散粒剂在蓝莓园使用时,最高施药剂量为有效成分1800g/hm^(2),施药1次,安全间隔期为90d。 展开更多

Due to the rapid growth of the economy and society,the burden of social security has been increasingly escalating,resulting in a continuous rise in parenting stress among certain groups of parents.On one hand,these parents aspire for their young children to grow through play;on the other hand,they are acutely aware that early childhood education constitutes the foundational stage of basic education and serves as the commencement phase of lifelong learning.Thus,they recognize the importance of emphasizing early childhood education.Therefore,preschool education has been given important significance.Parents place particular emphasis on education during this stage.They actively leverage their educational,financial,and social advantages to create favorable educational resources and opportunities for their young children.However,to a certain extent,this exacerbates educational anxiety among a segment of parents.Despite the implementation of various governmental measures,it appears that these initiatives have not fundamentally addressed parental educational anxiety at its root.This study employs interview techniques and literature review methodologies to gain a profound understanding of parental educational anxiety during the transition from early childhood to primary education.By integrating Gesell's Maturation Theory,this research aims to scientifically explicate the developmental patterns of children.Consequently,it endeavors to enable non-professional parents to adopt a"professional"perspective in their approach towards early childhood education. 展开更多

氯吡苯脲对贵妃杧果果实产量、品质和采后贮运特性的影响

氯吡苯脲(forchlorfenuron,CPPU)是杧果生产上使用的膨大剂,由于使用不规范,造成了品质下降、果实畸形等诸多问题。本研究选用12 a树龄的贵妃杧果树为试材,在盛花期后15 d,喷施不同质量浓度(10、20、60 mg/L)的CPPU,花后15、25、35d各喷... 氯吡苯脲(forchlorfenuron,CPPU)是杧果生产上使用的膨大剂,由于使用不规范,造成了品质下降、果实畸形等诸多问题。本研究选用12 a树龄的贵妃杧果树为试材,在盛花期后15 d,喷施不同质量浓度(10、20、60 mg/L)的CPPU,花后15、25、35d各喷1次,共喷3次,生理成熟期后采摘,研究CPPU对贵妃杧果果实产量、品质和采后贮运特性的影响。结果表明:幼果期经10~20 mg/L CPPU处理后能够增加杧果的果形指数、促进果实膨大和产量增加,当CPPU浓度增加至60 mg/L时,果实膨大明显,但会导致产量下降。CPPU处理后,果实采摘时(生理成熟期)果实的叶绿素、类红萝卜素含量明显升高,花色苷明显降低,果皮红度值(a^(*))偏小,其颜色偏绿;完熟期杧果的叶绿素、类红萝卜素含量高,花色苷含量低,高浓度CPPU处理果实果面红色偏少,黄色偏多,果皮a^(*)值偏小,部分果实偏绿色;完熟期的可溶性固形物含量降低,总酸增加,固酸比下降,口感甜度下降,低浓度影响较小,高浓度CPPU处理对内在影响较大。CPPU处理可降低杧果采后病害的发生,果实采后保持较高的硬度,明显延缓杧果储藏期果实软化,明显延长了杧果的贮藏时间,提高了其采后贮运特性。综合以上结论,幼果期喷施CPPU的适宜浓度为10~20 mg/L,盛花期后15~50d果实细胞旺盛分裂期效果最佳,可显著增加单果重和产量,对果实品质和果实转色影响不显著,并能延长贮藏时间,更利于采后贮运保鲜。 展开更多

福建地区不同栽培模式下百香果的产量与品质特征

为探究多级结果蔓栽培模式和单级结果蔓栽培模式下百香果大田生长时间、产量与品质相关指标表现特征,于2020—2021年开展百香果大田生产试验,并以紫果类主栽品种台农1号百香果和黄果类品种芭乐味百香果为材料,观察或测定2种栽培模式下... 为探究多级结果蔓栽培模式和单级结果蔓栽培模式下百香果大田生长时间、产量与品质相关指标表现特征,于2020—2021年开展百香果大田生产试验,并以紫果类主栽品种台农1号百香果和黄果类品种芭乐味百香果为材料,观察或测定2种栽培模式下百香果开花、结果、产量与品质相关指标,并分析果实品质指标间,以及果实品质指标与果实成熟期内温度、光照等气象因子的相关性。结果表明:1)与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,单级结果蔓栽培模式下,百香果植株现蕾期、始花期和始果期的时间均较迟,果实发育成熟所需时间缩短,成花率和坐果率显著增加,且花蕾期、成花率、果实发育成熟期和坐果率的变异系数均较低,台农1号和芭乐味从定植到采收结束时所需时间分别比多级结果蔓栽培模式缩短69~71 d和51~58 d;2)从实收总产量及其产量构成因素看,单级结果蔓栽培模式下单株产量显著低于多级结果蔓栽培模式,且其全部由一级蔓产量组成,而多级结果蔓栽培模式下单株产量由主蔓、一级蔓、二级蔓和三级蔓产量组成,各级结果蔓产量在总产量占比上表现不一致;与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,单级结果蔓栽培模式下百香果单株结果数量显著减少,但平均单果重和中大果比率显著提高;3)与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,在单级结果蔓栽培模式下,果实总酸含量显著降低,果皮重、果汁量、可食率、总糖、糖酸比提高,且果实品质中7项指标值的变异系数均较低,温度、光照等气象因子与果实品质存在极显著相关性。综上所述,百香果在单级结果蔓栽培模式下可缩短大田生长时间,而且开花、结果、产量与品质相关指标表现特征均优于多级结果蔓栽培模式,各项指标值变异系数相对稳定。 展开更多

成熟恒牙牙髓切断术的疗效及影像学评价

目的:观察不同年龄患者牙髓切断术的临床疗效,探讨牙髓钙化发生的情况和特点。方法:选择2019年10月到2022年8月就诊于北京大学口腔医院综合科龋源性露髓的成年恒前磨牙、恒磨牙行牙髓切断术的患者共77例,使用iRoot BP Plus生物陶瓷类材... 目的:观察不同年龄患者牙髓切断术的临床疗效,探讨牙髓钙化发生的情况和特点。方法:选择2019年10月到2022年8月就诊于北京大学口腔医院综合科龋源性露髓的成年恒前磨牙、恒磨牙行牙髓切断术的患者共77例,使用iRoot BP Plus生物陶瓷类材料作为盖髓剂,一次法完成牙髓切断术。将患者按年龄分为3组,青少年组(11~20岁)25例,平均年龄(15.88±2.19)岁;中年组(21~50岁)27例,平均年龄(34.59±8.67)岁;老年组(51~83岁)25例,平均年龄(63.84±7.40)岁。术后1年复查,评价临床疗效,记录钙化桥形成、钙化桥厚度,以及牙髓钙化指数(pulp calcification index,PCI)。结果:3组患者在性别、牙列及牙位分布上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1年随访率为85.71%(66/77),其中青少年组随访率为88.00%(22/25),中年组随访率为85.19%(23/27),老年组随访率为84.00%(21/25)。3组病例1年复查临床成功率分别为95.45%(21/22)、91.30%(21/23)、95.24%(20/21),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床成功病例中,钙化桥出现率青少年组12例(57.14%,12/21),中年组8例(38.10%,8/21),老年组3例(15.00%,3/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.810,P=0.020<0.05)。3组间钙化桥厚度比较差异有统计学意义(F=4.434,P=0.020<0.05)。钙化桥厚度与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.516,P<0.05)。3组间PCI变化(ΔPCI)分别为0.67±0.58、0.43±0.51、0.25±0.52,差异有统计学意义(F=3.404,P=0.040<0.05)。结论:老年患者龋源性露髓牙髓切断术同样能够获得较高的成功率;牙髓切断术后钙化桥的发生率以及牙髓钙化的加速程度与年龄相关;青少年组更易形成钙化桥,同时也出现更明显的根管钙化加速现象。 展开更多

为优化羊粪堆肥腐熟度与温室气体减排协同的技术工艺参数,以2种不同热解温度制备的稻壳生物炭为堆肥辅料,与羊粪、食用菌渣混合,进行了43 d的堆肥试验。设置了3个处理,羊粪与食用菌渣质量比9∶1混合体作为预备物料,在预备物料上分别添加... 为优化羊粪堆肥腐熟度与温室气体减排协同的技术工艺参数,以2种不同热解温度制备的稻壳生物炭为堆肥辅料,与羊粪、食用菌渣混合,进行了43 d的堆肥试验。设置了3个处理,羊粪与食用菌渣质量比9∶1混合体作为预备物料,在预备物料上分别添加450、650℃热解的稻壳生物炭(占预备物料质量百分比15%)为BC450、BC650处理,在预备物料上添加未热解炭化的稻壳(与稻壳生物炭同等体积)为CK处理。监测了堆肥温度、腐熟度指标(NH_(4)^(+)-N/NO_(3)^(-)-N、EC值、种子发芽指数)、温室气体(CH_(4)、CO_(2)、N_(2)O)排放的变化动态,分析了不同热解温度稻壳生物炭对堆肥腐熟度与温室气体减排的协同效果。结果表明:添加450、650℃热解的稻壳生物炭,缩短了堆肥体NH_(4)^(+)-N/NO_(3)^(-)-N、T值、EC值及种子发芽指数达到腐熟度推荐值的所需时间,与CK处理相比,BC450、BC650处理的腐熟周期分别缩短了15.0%、32.5%;羊粪堆置43 d后,BC450、BC650处理的综合温室效应较CK处理分别显著降低了6.56%、24.36%,且BC650处理综合温室效应比BC450处理显著降低了19.05%(P<0.05);添加稻壳生物炭对羊粪堆肥腐熟度及温室气体减排具有协同促进作用,建议优选650℃制备的稻壳生物炭。 展开更多
