Process equipment placing in industrial premises leads to essential change of room acoustic characteristics: mean length of sound rays’ free runs, reverberation time and mean absorption factor in a room. The changes influence distribution of the reflected sound energy in premise volume. Failure to take account of the given circumstance results in errors at definition of sound pressure levels and an estimation of efficiency of building-acoustic measures of noise abatement. In the paper the results of computer modeling of acoustic processes in premises with the process equipment are considered and influence of the equipment on a sound absorption indoors is analyzed. The computer simulation is carried out on the basis of the ray tracing method with taking into account rays’ energy distribution in a room. It is shown that such approach allows determining objectively the integral acoustic characteristics of industrial premises, takes into account influencing to them the room parameters, the presence and scattering characteristics of the equipment and makes more accurate the equations putting into engineering practice. 展开更多

An Integrated Scheduling Algorithm for the Same Equipment Process Sequencing Based on the Root-Subtree Vertical and Horizontal Pre-Scheduling

Given the existing integrated scheduling algorithms,all processes are ordered and scheduled overall,and these algorithms ignore the influence of the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the product process tree on the product scheduling effect.This paper presents an integrated scheduling algorithm for the same equipment process sequencing based on the Root-Subtree horizontal and vertical pre-scheduling to solve the above problem.Firstly,the tree decomposition method is used to extract the root node to split the process tree into several Root-Subtrees,and the Root-Subtree priority is set from large to small through the optimal completion time of vertical and horizontal pre-scheduling.All Root-Subtree processes on the same equipment are sorted into the stack according to the equipment process pre-start time,and the stack-top processes are combined with the schedulable process set to schedule and dispatch the stack.The start processing time of each process is determined according to the dynamic start processing time strategy of the equipment process,to complete the fusion operation of the Root-Subtree processes under the constraints of the vertical process tree and the horizontal equipment.Then,the root node is retrieved to form a substantial scheduling scheme,which realizes scheduling optimization by mining the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the process tree.Verification by examples shows that,compared with the traditional integrated scheduling algorithms that sort the scheduling processes as an overall,the integrated scheduling algorithmin this paper is better.The proposed algorithmenhances the process scheduling compactness,reduces the length of the idle time of the processing equipment,and optimizes the production scheduling target,which is of universal significance to solve the integrated scheduling problem. 展开更多

The rules such as process parameters affecting joint properties and theevolution principle of weld's microstructure have been researched by adopting diffusion weldingprocess to connect SiC_w/6061Al composite. Experimental results show that there exists a criticaltemperature region between solid and liquid phase line of SiC_w/6061Al composite, and the regionwill shrink with the increasing of welding pressure. When diffusion welding occurred under thecritical temperature region, welding joint exhibits bad property of bonding, and the matrix and thereinforcement can't bond effectively. When diffusion welding occurred in the critical temperatureregion, the strength of welding joint changes widely with the variation of welding temperature. Whenwelding temperature varies in 10 deg C, the strength of welding joint will change obviously. Onlywhen welding temperature is higher than the critical temperature region, stable joint properties canbe obtained. Simultaneously the matrix and the reinforcement has better interfacial bonded indiffusion welding interface, and no obvious interface reaction occurred, and thus diffusion weldingof SiC_w/6061 Al composite can be successfully realized. 展开更多

In order to improve water quality of middle ancient canal in Zhenjiang city a pollution control project was carried out.The research area is the middle catchment area of the ancient canal river system in the old town of Zhenjiang. The specific research object is the runoff of the outfall of rainwater-sewage confluence in the area. On the basis of detecting and analyzing the water yield and water quality of the runoff of rainwater-sewage confluence a combined technology which contains four independent continuous processes for lowering pollution load was developed and system equipment was established and put into operation. The processing effects of the project were monitored and analyzed.The results show that the pollution control project of outfall runoff is efficient which decreases the pollution load including chemical oxygen demand COD total phosphorus TP suspended solids SS and ammonia-nitrogen NH3-N .As a result the water environment of the ancient canal is protected. 展开更多

Rotating packed bed has high efficiency of gas-liquid mass transfer.So it is significant to investigate fluid motion in rotating packed bed.Numerical simulations of the effects of packing feature size on liquid flow characteristics in a rotating packed bed are reported in this paper.The particle image velocimetry is compared with the numerical simulations to validate the turbulent model.Results show that the liquid exists in the packing zone in the form of droplet and liquid line,and the cavity is droplet.When the radial thickness of the packing is less than 0.101 m,liquid line and droplets appear in the cavity.When rotational speed and radial thickness of the packing increase,the average diameter of the droplets becomes smaller,and the droplet size distribution becomes uniform.As the initial velocity of the liquid increases,the average droplet diameter increases and the uniformity of particle size distribution become worse.The droplet velocity increases with the radial thickness of the packing increasing,and gradually decreases when it reaches the cavity region.The effect of packing thickness is most substantial through linear fitting.The predicted and simulated values are within±15%.The cumulative volume distribution curves of the experimental and simulated droplets are consistent with the R-R distribution. 展开更多
