Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine a possible connection between relationship satisfaction and sleep quality and to test a theoretical model of sleep quality as related to relationship and psychological well-being. Methods: Fifty-one heterosexual, cohabitating couples between 24 and 70 years old participated. The relationship quality was measured by the German short version of relationship questionnaire. To determine the sleep quality, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and a two-week sleep diary were implemented. To gather information about psychological well-being, especially depression and anxiety, the German Symptom Checklist was used. Results: Sleep quality was measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and relationship quality correlated significantly negative. In addition, the study found a positive correlation between sleep duration and relationship quality. In a multiple regression model, fighting and mental strain explained 38% of variance of sleep quality. Depression, anxiety and relationship quality showed no further improvement of the model. These findings suggested that relationship quality, constructive partnership behavior and mental strain played an essential role in sleep quality.展开更多

In this paper, from the angle of incomplete contract, the influencial factors of farmer breaking contract are analyzed. It is found that farmer sex, age, culture degree and farming period have obvious effects on the behavior of breaching contract. Under regulating effect of relationship quality, farmer assest specificity, exogenous uncertainty and endogenous uncertainty affect farmer's breaking behavior. That is,the higher the farmer assest specificity, the lower the farmer breaching tendency; higher exogenous uncertainty causes that farmer is easy to generate breaching behavior; higher endogenous uncertainty causes that farmer is also easy to take breaching behavior.展开更多

There are gaps in literatures: (1) Most of the researches try to study CSR for small- and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) business related to general society. Thus, no paper has studied CSR for a specific community, where the small grocery stores are located; and (2) Papers studying the relationship of marketing as the successful strategy for small grocery stores in competing among grocery retailing industry are scarce. Therefore, the author proposes a new variable---community responsibility and the model of the effects of community responsibility on the long-term performance, in order to reduce the serious problem. By testing the model with the survey data, the author finds that the effects of community responsibility of grocery stores (product) on the long-term relationship are strongly and positively significant. While the effects of community responsibility of grocery stores (environment) on the long-term relationship are not significant.展开更多
