This transition is due to advancements in refined anatomy, enlarged field of view, faster recovery, and comparable oncological outcomes. Several high-quality clinical studies have demonstrated the safety and effectiveness of laparoscopy in the treatment of both early and locally advanced gastric cancer. The role of perioperative chemotherapy in managing locally advanced gastric cancer has been widely recognized, and there have been continuous breakthroughs in the exploration of targeted therapy and immunotherapy for perioperative treatment. Additionally, the application of indocyanine green near-infrared imaging technology, 3D laparoscopic technology, and robotic surgery systems has further improved the accuracy and minimally invasive nature of gastric cancer surgeries. 文摘Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system.The pathogenesis of AD is complex and diverse,and its occurrence and development is the result of the interaction of multiple factors.A number of studies have shown that mTOR signaling pathway is closely related to AD.In recent years,people in exploring relevant methods for the treatment of AD and the process of drugs,more and more studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine compound traditional Chinese medicine monomer,and can be applied to mTOR signaling pathway to improve symptoms in patients with AD.This paper will review the mechanism of action and treatment of TCM in Alzheimer's disease based on mTOR signaling pathway in recent years,so as to provide reference and expand thinking for the prevention and treatment of AD.

文摘Heart failure(HF)is a kind of continuous development syndrome of cardiac insufficiency caused by various heart diseases.Not only does the prevalence continue to rise,but the mortality rate and readmission rate remain high.Heart failure is also the end-stage of cardiovascular disease and the main cause of death of patients,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of people all over the world.Ventricular remodeling plays a key role in the occurrence and development of heart failure.Therefore,by improving ventricular remodeling,it is of important research value to explore the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the development of heart failure.Studies have shown that the mediation of multiple signaling pathways can lead to progressive aggravation of ventricular remodeling,and experimental studies often confirm the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine usually achieves the therapeutic effect of heart failure through multiple targets and multiple approaches.In recent years,there have been more and more researches on the role and mechanism of Chinese medicine intervention in heart failure.However,it is concluded that Chinese medicine intervention has less influence on heart failure signal pathways.This article summarizes the understanding of Chinese medicine on heart failure and the five signal pathways related to Chinese medicine intervention in heart failure.The 5 signaling pathways in the world,namely transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)/signal transduction protein(Smads)signaling pathway,Toll-like receptor(TLR)/nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)inflammation signaling pathway,Renin-angiotensinaldosterone(RAAS)system,phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)-serine/threonine protein kinase(AKT)signaling pathway and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)dependent signaling pathway.
文摘Sijunzi Decoction,as one of the classic Chinese traditional prescriptions,has been used clinically by major physicians since the Song Dynasty.This article reviewed and sorted out the literature on the effective chemistry of Sijunzi Decoction and the mechanism of its prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases.At present,its effective chemical components are derived from the saponins and flavonoids in ginseng and licorice,and are effective for gastrointestinal mucosal injury diseases and malignant digestive system.Digestive system diseases such as tumors,functional gastrointestinal diseases,non-alcoholic fatty liver,acute liver injury,and liver failure show a multi-path,multi-target effect mechanism.This article reviews the effective chemical components and research of Sijunzi Decoction and the related mechanisms of prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases,and provides valuable clues for the follow-up research of Sijunzi Decoction.

文摘Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common metabolic disorder reproductive endocrine disease in puberty and women of childbearing age.At present,metformin is mainly used in clinical to treat PCOS.From recent researches,many natural products,such as flavonoids,alkaloids,cumarins,etc,showed curing effects on PCOS.These have been attracting more and more attention.By searching the researches from database of CNKI,PubMed etc,this paper aims at providing a reference for PCOS drug research and development.

文摘Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a reproductive endocrine disease characterized by ovulation disorder,hyperandrogenism and/or polycystic ovary.Follicular development disorder caused by PCOS accounts for up to 75%of anovulatory infertility,which is a common cause of infertility and affects up to 15%of reproductive aged women worldwide.Oxidative stress,chronic inflammation,endoplasmic reticulum stress and other pathological conditions coexist in the ovarian microenvironment of PCOS,which are further aggravated under the action of high levels of androgens,synergistically deteriorating the follicular microenvironment,leading to ovulation disorders in PCOS patients.This paper briefly reviewed the research on the mechanism of PCOS ovulation disorder in recent years.

文摘Traumatic brain injury is a brain injury caused by biomechanics effects on brain tissue,In addition to primary brain injury,secondary brain injury caused by local brain injury,edema and high intracranial pressure on surrounding brain tissue further aggravates the disease.The improvement of modern medical equipment and medical technology can provide early intervention treatment for patients.However,due to the particularity of the disease and the complexity of pathological and physiological reactions,irreversible damage often occurs in the central nervous system,with high disability rate and mortality.In recent years,it has been found that the related biological markers in the process of TBI are related to brain tissue injury and neurological function,and have important clinical application value in judging the severity of brain injury and prognosis evaluation,which has been widely studied.This paper intends to summarize the clinical research progress of TBI-related prognostic markers.
文摘Water is an important material resource for human survival,and with the increasing development of society,the amount of urban industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is gradually increasing.However,wastewater collection and treatment facilities lag behind,so that a large number of wastewater enters urban water,making urban water become gradually black and smelly.In order to provide a good living environment for human beings,a large number of scholars actively explore the treatment technology of black and smelly water.In this paper,the evolution process of black and smelly water was introduced firstly,and then the treatment technology of black and smelly water was summarized.Finally,the prospects for the development of the treatment technology were put forward.
