Simulation analysis of regional surface mass anomalies inversion based on different types of constraints 被引量:2

Surface mass anomalies estimated by mass concentration(mascon)approach using Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE)observations with regularization constraints generally present higher spatial resolution than the spheric harmonic(SH)solutions.To analyze the influence of different types of constraints on the estimation of mascon solutions,we carried out a closed-loop simulation experiment to estimate surface mass anomalies over South America based on simulated GRACE intersatellite geopotential differences.Tikhonov regularization with spatial constraint(SC),uniform weighting constraint(UWC),and a prior information constraint(APC)were employed to stabilize the mascon solutions,and the corresponding optimal regularization parameters were determined based on the minimum residual root-mean-square(RMS)criterion.The results show that mascon solutions estimated under different types of constraints are consistent and equivalent when the optimal regularization parameters are selected.The spatial distributions and main characteristics of regional surface mass anomalies estimated by the three types of constraints agree well,and the values of residual RMS with different constraints are very close.But due to the smoothing effect of regularization,the signal strength of mascon solutions is a bit weaker than that of original true signal,especially in the regions with strong signals.In addition,due to the ill-conditioned problem is more serious for higher grid resolution,the relative contribution of the three types of constraints to the final mascon solutions would be stronger.The results show that the averages of relative contribution percentages of these constraints for 2°×2° mascon grids are 80%-90%,while the corresponding values for 4°×4° mascon grids are 30%-60%.However,based on the minimum residual RMS criterion,the accuracy of estimation results is not affected by the type of constraints and their relative contribution to the final mascon solutions. 展开更多

In order to solve the problems of rolling forming accuracy and fillet thinning of alloy steel rim, a three-dimensional model of three pass rolling process was established, and the influence of different process parameters on forming quality was analyzed by using the finite element software, and the optimal process parameter combination was obtained. On this basis, the simulation results of wheel rim stress and strain for each pass rolling are analyzed, and the particle tracking technology is introduced to analyze the variation rule of stress in each incremental step. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the simulation thickness is basically consistent with the actual thickness, which improves the accuracy of rim rolling forming, and further verifies the correctness of rolling process simulation. 展开更多

To analyze the mechanical characteristics of differential brake, automotive subsystem models were built by applying ADAMS/CAR, and automotive mechanics simulation model was built by setting the main subsystems such as body, engine and brake. The simulation model studied the distribution mode of three kinds of differential brake, and beeline braking stability and turning braking stability were simulated. It shows that differential brake can amend turning shortage of automobile brake and improve its braking stability, but the effect of automobile mass on its braking stability is great. So the distribution mode of braking force and the effect of mass change should be considered while differential brake is applied. 展开更多

In this work,the evolution of melt pool under single-point and single-line printing in the laser engineered net shaping(LENS)process is analyzed.Firstly,the basic structure of the melt pool model of the LENS process is established and the necessary assumptions are made.Then,the establishment process of the multi-physical field model of the melt pool is introduced in detail.It is concluded that the simulation model results are highly consistent with the online measurement experiment results in terms of melt pool profile,space temperature gradient,and time temperature gradient.Meanwhile,some parameters,such as the 3D morphology and surface fluid field of the melt pool,which are not obtained in the online measurement experiment,are analyzed.Finally,the influence of changing the scanning speed on the profile,peak temperature,and temperature gradient of the single-line melt pool is also analyzed,and the following conclusions are obtained:With the increase in scanning speed,the profile of the melt pool gradually becomes slender;The relationship between peak temperature and scanning speed is approximately linear in a certain speed range;The space temperature gradient at the tail of the melt pool under different scanning speeds hardly changes with the scanning speed,and the time temperature gradient at the tail of the melt pool is in direct proportion to the scanning speed. 展开更多

Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)are largely used in various applications because of their pollution-free products and high energy conversion efficiency.In order to improve the related design,in the present work a new spiral flow field with a bypass is proposed.The reaction gas enters the flow field in the central path and diffuses in two directions through the flow channel and the bypass.The bypasses are arranged incrementally.The number of bypasses and the cross-section size of the bypasses are varied parametrically while a single-cell model of the PEMFC is used.The influence of the concentration of liquid water and oxygen in the cell on the performance of different flow fields is determined by means of Computational fluid dynamics(COMSOL Multiphysics software).Results show that when the bypass number is 48 and its cross-sectional area is 0.5 mm^(2),the cell exhibits the best performances. 展开更多

Green campus design has become an essential strategy to enhance campus life and learning.However,noise pol-lution remains a troubling aspect that impacts teaching and learning processes,even causing harm to the health of students and teachers.Therefore,acoustic environment quality design is crucial.This article focuses on the expansion project of a school campus in Shenzhen.We simulated and analyzed the outdoor noise environment separately for the proposed teach-ing building,as well as the existing buildings like the dining hall,teaching building,and laboratory building.The results showed that the proposed teaching building was mainly affected by surrounding noise,with the worst outdoor noise being in classrooms adjacent to the teaching building in the south and the basketball court at the west of the classroom,with maximum noise values reaching 73 dB and 66 dB,respectively.In the future,these rooms should be renovated to achieve an excellent indoor soundproof environment. 展开更多

Meta-lens are a new type of planar optical element that can flexibly manipulate the phase, polarization and amplitude of the beam, and are currently receiving a great deal of attention as they are easier to process and manufacture. Off-axis meta-lens are a special type of meta-lens with a certain degree of dispersion that can be used as a beam-splitting element, providing a unique and feasible way to realize micro-miniature instruments. We analyze the effects of different numerical apertures and off-axis angles on the spectral resolution, focusing efficiency and simulation results of off-axis meta-lens to provide ideas for subsequent research and application of off-axis meta-lens. A number of off-axis meta-lens with parameters NA = 0.408 α = 13°, NA = 0.18 α = 13°<sup></sup> and NA = 0.408 α = 20° were simulated through Lumerical software. The results show that the off-axis angle is related to the resolution;the larger the angle, the better the spectral resolution but the lower the focusing efficiency;when the numerical aperture is smaller, the smaller the coverage of the phase distribution, which will lead to a larger deviation between simulation and theory. The designer needs to balance the numerical aperture, off-axis angle and other parameters reasonably according to the requirements in order to achieve the desired effect. The findings of this study have important reference values for the theoretical analysis of off-axis meta-lens and the design of parameters in practical applications. . 展开更多

Traditional clothing design models based on adaptive meshes cannot reflect.To solve this problem,a clothing simulation design model based on 3D image analysis technology is established.The model uses feature extraction and description of image evaluation parameters,and establishes the mapping relationship between image features and simulation results by using the optimal parameter values,thereby obtaining a three-dimensional image simulation analysis environment.On the basis of this model,by obtaining the response results of clothing collision detection and the results of local adaptive processing of clothing meshes,the cutting form and actual cutting effect of clothing are determined to construct a design model.The simulation results show that compared with traditional clothing design models,clothing simulation design based on 3D image analysis technology has a better effect,with the definition of fabric folds increasing by 40%.More striking contrast between light and dark,the resolution increasing by 30%,and clothing details getting a more real manifestation. 展开更多

The design strategies for powertrain mounting systems play an important role in the reduction of vehicular vibration and noise. As stiffness and damping elements connecting the transmission system and vehicle body, the rubber mount exhibits better vibration isolation performance than the rigid connection. This paper presents a complete design process of the mounting system, including the vibration decoupling, vibration simulation analysis, topology optimization, and experimental verification. Based on the 6?degrees?of?freedom vibration coupling model of the powertrain mounting system, an optimization algorithm is used to extract the best design parameters of each mount, thus rendering the mounting system fully decoupled and the natural frequency well configured, and the optimal parameters are used to design the mounting system. Subsequently, vibration simulation analysis is applied to the mounting system, considering both transmission and road excitations. According to the results of finite element analysis, the topological structure of the metal frame of the front mount is optimized to improve the strength and dynamic characteristics of the mounting system. Finally, the vibration bench test is used to verify the availability of the optimization design with the analysis of acceleration response and vibration transmissibility of the mounting system. The results show that the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system can be improved effectively using the vibration optimal decoupling method, and the structural modification of the metal frame can well promote the dynamic characteristics of the mounting system. 展开更多

The kinematic redundancy is considered as a way to improve the performance of the parallel mechanism.In this paper,the kinematics performance of a three degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism with kinematic redundancy(3-DOF PM-KR)and the influence of redundant parts on the PM-KR are analyzed.Firstly,the kinematics model of the PM-KR is established.The inverse solutions,the Jacobian matrix,and the workspace of the PM-KR are solved.Secondly,the influence of redundancy on the PM-KR is analyzed.Since there exists kinematic redundancy,the PM-KR possesses fault-tolerant performance.By locking one actuating joint or two actuating joints simultaneously,the fault-tolerant workspace is obtained.When the position of the redundant part is changed,the workspace and singularity will be changed.The results show that kinematic redundancy can be used to avoid singularity.Finally,the simulations are performed to prove the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

In order to carry out those dead pigs from the pig field fast and efficient,to achieve the purpose of health cultivation,in this paper,we designed a dead pig vehicle to handle those dead pigs. The dead pig vehicle consists of chassis,lifting device,driving device,rotating device,power system and control system. The vehicle adopts self-propelled structure,which is equipped with two lead-acid batteries as power. Loading,transportation,unloading and other dead pig handling full operations can finished by only one person. The result of simulation shows that the dead pig vehicle has a good performance and a good stability,it also can satisfy the requirements of the narrow aisle. This paper makes an analysis of the impact on the structure of the corridortype train working diagram by increasing the 350 km/h train pairs of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway(HSR).According to the requirements of operation speed diversity,the multi-station receiving characteristics of cross-line trains and different train stopping schemes,this paper proposes a scheme of adding 350 km/h train pairs via computer analysis of carrying capability mode.The scheme is divided into three stages:(1)Initial stage:It is planned to increase trains running at 350 km/h,with 15~26 pairs of trains put into operation;(2)Rapid increase stage:27~142 pairs of 350 km/h trains are put into operation;(3)Full replacement stage:143~195 pairs of 350 km/h trains are put into operation,during which the number of cross-line trains under operation is controlled,the number of cross-line trains in each section is determined,the operation and connection scheme of cross-line trains is adjusted and the train stopping scheme is optimized.The results of this study were used for the adjustment of the train working diagram in the third quarter of June 25,2021 to increase the number of 350 km/h train pairs from 19 to 30 on Beijing-Shanghai HSR.350 km/h trains are evenly arranged during 7:00—19:00 on the train working diagram and 300 km/h trains are arranged by making full use of every time and space,to improve the travelling speed on Beijing-Shanghai HSR as a whole. 展开更多

An underconstrained cable-driven parallel robot(CDPR)suspension system was designed for a virtual flight testing(VFT)model.This mechanism includes two identical upper and lower kinematic chains,each of which comprises a cylindrical pair,rotating pair,and cable parallelogram.The model is pulled via two cables at the top and bottom and fixed by a yaw turntable,which can realize free coupling and decoupling with three rotational degrees of freedom of the model.First,the underconstrained CDPR suspension system of the VFT model was designed according to the mechanics theory,the degrees of freedom were verified,and the support platform was optimized to realize the coincidence between the model’s center of mass and the rotation center of the mechanism during the motion to ensure the stability of the support system.Finally,kinematic and dynamical modeling of the underconstrained CDPR suspension system was conducted;the system stiffness and stability criteria were deduced.Thus,the modeling of an underconstrained,reconfigurable,passively driven CDPR was understood comprehensively.Furthermore,dynamic simulations and experiments were used to verify that the proposed system meets the support requirements of the wind tunnel-based VFT model.This study serves as the foundation for subsequent wind tunnel test research on identifying the aerodynamic parameters of aircraft models,and also provides new avenues for the development of novel support methods for thewind tunnel testmodel. 展开更多

Fully mechanized mining with large mining height(FMMLMH)is widely used in thick coal seam mining face for its higher recovery ratio,especially where the thickness is less than 7.0 m.However,because of the great mining height and intense rock pressure,the coal wall rib spalling,roof falling and the instability of support occur more likely in FMMLMH working face,and the above three types of disasters interact with each other with complicated relationships.In order to get the relationship between each two of coal wall,roof,floor and support,and reduce the occurrence probability of the three types of disasters,we established the system dynamics(SD)model of the support-surrounding rock system which is composed of"coal wall-roof-floor-support"(CW-R-F-S)in a FMMLMH working face based on the condition of No.15104 working face in Sijiazhuang coal mine.With the software of Vensim,we also simulated the interaction process between each two factors of roof,floor,coal wall and the support.The results show that the SD model of"CW-R-F-S"system can reveal the complicated and interactive relationship clearly between the support and surrounding rock in the FMMLMH working face.By increasing the advancing speed of working face,the support resistance or the length of support guard,or by decreasing the tipto-face distance,the stability of"CW-R-F-S"system will be higher and the happening probability of the disasters such as coal wall rib spalling,roof falling or the instability of support will be lower.These research findings have been testified in field application in No.15104 working face,which can provide a new approach for researching the interaction relationship of support and surrounding rock. 展开更多
