In order to accurately describe the transverse relaxation characteristic and stress relaxation modulus of HTPB coating during pre-strain thermal aging process,a one month thermal aging test was carried out at70C with pre-strain of 0%,3%,6%and 9%,respectively.The low-field1 H NMR and stress relaxation modulus tests were carried out for HTPB coating at different aging stages.The stress relaxation model considering the molecular chains was proposed according to the changes of crosslinking chain and dangling chain of HTPB coating during pre-strain aging.The results showed that with the increase of aging time,the decay rate of transverse relaxation curve became faster,the transverse relaxation time decreased,the value of combined parameter q Mrl increased,the proportion of crosslinking chain decreased,while the proportion of dangling chain increased.Moreover,the stress relaxation modulus increased,the crosslinking network structure of HTPB coating became denser and the degree of crosslinking increased.At the initial aging stage,the pre-strain will destroy the crosslinking network structure of HTPB coating to a certain extent.With the increase of aging time,the effect of pre-strain will gradually weaken and the influence of aging on materials will gradually increase.The correlations between the stress relaxation model considering the molecular chains and the test results were more than 0.9950,which can accurately describe the stress relaxation modulus of HTPB coating during the pre-strain thermal aging process. 展开更多

In this study, the changes of a vacuum arc's appearance were observed and the volt-ampere characteristics of the vacuum arc at intermediate frequency were analyzed under a transverse magnetic field (TMF). The TMF and phase shift time were calculated by using the TMF contact model and the large phase shift of the magnetic field at a higher frequency was conductive to the dispersion process of residual plasma. The arc velocity was higher at 800 Hz than at 400 Hz. It can be inferred that TMF will encourage arc movement at 800 Hz. Moreover, the arc movement has an impact on the arc voltage. Because of the increasing length of the arc column with a high arc velocity, the elongated arc causes the arc voltage to increase. Specifically, the volt-ampere characteristics of the vacuum arc are divided into three stages in this paper. The higher the frequency, the greater the initial rate of rise in the arc voltage and the larger the area surrounded by arc volt-ampere characteristics. The correlations between the arc voltage and the amplitude and frequency of the current are also presented. 展开更多

The intrinsic transverse relaxation mechanisms of polarized alkali atoms enclosed in the radio-frequency magnetometer cell are investigated.The intrinsic transverse relaxation rate of cesium atoms as a function of cell temperature is obtained.The absorption of alkali atoms by the glass wall and the reservoir effect are the main error factors which contribute to the disagreements between theory and experiments.A modified relaxation model is presented, in which both the absorption of alkali atoms by the glass wall and the reservoir effect are included.This study provides a more accurate description of the intrinsic transverse relaxation mechanisms of polarized alkali atoms, and enlightens the optimization of the cell design. 展开更多

The arcing process greatly affects the breaking ability after current zero.The instability stage is the transition stage from the ignition to the movement stage,which affects the arc movement characteristics.In this paper,the arc characteristics during the instability stage on spiral-type contacts were investigated using a high-speed video camera.A multi-column parallel instability mode and a single-column instability mode were found during the instability stage.The arc appearance and constriction degree changed rapidly.The arc voltage usually increased accompanied by fluctuations.In addition,it was found that the current significantly influenced the arc mode and duration in the instability stage.With increased peak current,the probability of a single-column instability mode increased,and the fluctuation range and average time decreased. 展开更多

页岩核磁共振横向弛豫时间与孔径分布量化关系及应用

核磁共振横向弛豫时间(T2)常用于表征页岩的全孔径分布特征。为确定T2谱与页岩孔径的量化关系,选取济阳坳陷沙河街组7块页岩样品进行低温氮吸附、核磁共振实验。利用T2几何平均值和孔隙比表面积、孔隙体积之间的关系式,获得T2谱计算孔... 核磁共振横向弛豫时间(T2)常用于表征页岩的全孔径分布特征。为确定T2谱与页岩孔径的量化关系,选取济阳坳陷沙河街组7块页岩样品进行低温氮吸附、核磁共振实验。利用T2几何平均值和孔隙比表面积、孔隙体积之间的关系式,获得T2谱计算孔径分布的关键参数——表面弛豫率。7块页岩样品的表面弛豫率为1.52~3.06 nm/ms,平均值为2.53 nm/ms。由表面弛豫率计算的孔径分布结果与低温氮吸附的NLDFT模型计算结果相似度高,证实了页岩表面弛豫率确定方法和取值的合理性。利用上述方法确定了济阳坳陷典型页岩薄层的孔径分布,结合储层物性和地球化学分析结果,认为页岩中泥质薄层主要起到生-储作用,而纤维状方解石薄层、粉晶方解石薄层和长英质薄层则可以作为储-渗通道。在研究页岩油微观富集、流动机制及评价页岩油“甜点”时,需细化分析不同薄层的孔径分布特征及其生-储-渗作用。 展开更多

大跨度铁路桥梁整体变形波长特征分析

针对三座大跨度桥(A桥和C桥为悬索桥、B桥为斜拉桥)分别建立有限元模型,分析在温度、沉降、风、列车等作用下的桥面整体变形波长特征,并采用HHT(Hilbert‐Huang Transform)法、中点弦测法和曲率半径法定量分析桥面变形波长。结果表明:A... 针对三座大跨度桥(A桥和C桥为悬索桥、B桥为斜拉桥)分别建立有限元模型,分析在温度、沉降、风、列车等作用下的桥面整体变形波长特征,并采用HHT(Hilbert‐Huang Transform)法、中点弦测法和曲率半径法定量分析桥面变形波长。结果表明:A桥在整体升降温作用下,产生的变形曲线为波长82~140 m、波幅不超过5.5 mm的曲线段;在静风荷载作用下,产生的变形曲线为波长97~140 m、波幅不超过5.4 mm的曲线段;桥塔沉降作用下A桥不产生显著变形曲线。上述三种荷载作用下B桥均不产生显著变形曲线。C桥在整体升降温作用下,产生的变形曲线为波长70~84 m、波幅不超过2.2 mm的曲线段;桥塔沉降和静风力作用下C桥均不产生显著变形曲线。列车全局荷载对三座桥的桥面变形产生影响,若关注幅值3 mm及以上的曲线段,A桥、B桥、C桥最短波长依次为66、93、53 m。就此三座桥梁而言,荷载引起的桥面垂向变形对行车性能影响的显著程度均依次为列车全局荷载、整体升温、桥塔沉降。 展开更多

区域综合能源系统(regional integrated energy system,RIES)的最优能流计算是求解RIES的设备配置、优化调度、故障分析等问题的基础。考虑供冷/热和供气管道传输能量的动态特性,建立RIES动态最优能流计算模型,其中基于特征线法获得了供... 区域综合能源系统(regional integrated energy system,RIES)的最优能流计算是求解RIES的设备配置、优化调度、故障分析等问题的基础。考虑供冷/热和供气管道传输能量的动态特性,建立RIES动态最优能流计算模型,其中基于特征线法获得了供冷/热管道和供气管道动态偏微分方程的代数解析解。针对基于供冷/热系统质–量调节模式下管道能量传输时滞变量造成RIES的动态能流计算模型难以求解的问题,提出采用分段插值法获得供冷/热管道两端节点温度之间关系的近似表达式并加入动态最优能流计算模型中。此外,针对优化模型中供冷/热系统的流量与温度相乘的双线性项,提出一种能够缩紧松弛间隙的分段凸包络松弛方法将原混合整数非线性优化模型转化为混合整数二次约束规划模型,能够在保证计算精度的同时实现高效求解。最后以某个RIES算例进行分析,验证了所提方法的计算准确性和高效性,并与常用的质调节模式相比,表明在供冷/热系统质–量调节模式下能找到经济性更优的RIES运行点。 展开更多

山区桥梁基础不可避免地建立在陡坡上,不稳定斜坡变形或破坏将会对上覆桥跨结构安全造成严重威胁,亟需研究高效、可靠的力学模型。首先,对横坡段桥梁双桩双柱式结构划分不同特征段,分析其受力特性;其次,考虑桩土相互作用和桩顶变形协调... 山区桥梁基础不可避免地建立在陡坡上,不稳定斜坡变形或破坏将会对上覆桥跨结构安全造成严重威胁,亟需研究高效、可靠的力学模型。首先,对横坡段桥梁双桩双柱式结构划分不同特征段,分析其受力特性;其次,考虑桩土相互作用和桩顶变形协调关系并引入边界条件,建立适用于横坡段桥梁双桩双柱式结构内力及位移的简化模型;第三,综合考虑P-Δ效应及盖/系梁对桩柱受力影响,引入相邻特征段满足的连续条件(即位移、转角、剪力及弯矩连续),建立挠曲微分方程并以MATLAB为平台编制相应计算程序,提出横坡段桥梁双桩双柱式结构基础内力及位移的幂级数解;最后,将模型结果与有限元计算结果对比,验证模型的可靠性。研究结果表明:本文提出的模型将桥墩与桩基础视为整体,对于多道系梁的结构分析该模型同样适用;模型考虑了横向联系对两桩轴向力和弯矩的分配,可获取横向联系中的横向力;模型不需要假设自由段剪力和迭代计算。随着剩余下滑力增大,结构各特征段前后桩位移和弯矩明显增加;横向联系对桩基位移及内力进行了重新分配,有较强的约束作用,能够较好地改善前后桩受力与变形情况。 展开更多

Aiming at actual condition of poor effect of hole sealing for the reason of poor cement paste fluidity in the process of coal mine gas drainage,by adding a water reducing agent,cement paste for hole sealing was produced.The changes of initial distribution,weighted average values and total relaxation signal intensity of transverse relaxation time(T 2) of water in pure cement paste and water reducing agent added cement paste were studied with low field proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The results show that there are four peaks in T2 distribution curves of cement paste:the first peak is related to the bound water in flocculation,the second and the third peaks are related to the water in flocculation,water reducing agent makes it extending towards the long relaxation time,increasing its liquidity,and the fourth peak is related to the free water.By using weighted average values of T2 and total relaxation signal intensity,hydration process of cement pastes could be roughly divided into four stages:the initial period,reaction period,accelerated period and steady period.By analyzing the periods,it makes sure that the grouting process should be completed in the reaction period in the site,and the drainage process should be started in the steady period.The results have great guiding significance to the hole sealing and methane drainage. 展开更多

The morphological similarities of Pampus fishes have led to considerable confusion in species-level identification,and no accurate information on neotype or DNA barcoding of Pampus echinogaster is available. Two hundred and seven specimens of P. echinogaster were collected from the coastal waters of Dandong, Dongying, Qingdao,Nantong, Zhoushan, Wenzhou, Changle, Taiwan, and Wakayama(Japan), from June 2010 to April 2013. The diagnostic characteristics of P. echinogaster are as follows: dorsal fin VIII-XI-43–51, anal fin V-VIII-43–49, pectoral fin 22–27, caudal fin 19–22, pelvic fin absent; first gill rakers sparse, slender(pointed), 3–4+12–16=15–20; vertebrae39–41; transverse occipital canal on top of head moderately small, wavy ridges not reaching upper origin of pectoral fin; ventral branch of lateral line canal spare, shorter than dorsal branch of lateral line canal. By combining congener sequences of the cytochrome oxidase I(COI) gene from Gen Bank, two absolute groups were detected among all specimens, which further indicated that two valid species were present based on genetic differences in amino acid sequences and the distance between the groups. The sequences of Group 1 can be regarded as DNA barcoding of P. echinogaster. The correct morphological redescription and DNA barcoding of P.echinogaster are presented here to provide a guarantee for efficient and accurate studies, a theoretical basis for classification, and enable appropriate fishery management and conservation strategies for the genus Pampus in the future. 展开更多

Conventional test of the peak wavelength of a laser used to be applied immediately after a device is injected current. However, the results can not be considered as an accurate description to temperature characteristic. This passage puts forward a concept of relaxation time in wavelength texts, mainly based on the experiment of 940 nm strain quantum well laser, confirming that under constant current, wavelength will get through a process of rising, and then, reach the limit. This process brings the effect on spectral characteristics of a device which cannot be ignored and the accumulated heat in relaxation time will gradually impact the emission wavelength of the laser, even crest split to form bimodal phenomenon. 展开更多

Hydrodynamic Lubrication of Elastic Foil Gas Bearing Using Over Relaxation Iteration Method and Non-Dimensional Equation

The purpose is to accurately predict the performance of foil bearing and achieve accurate results in the design of foil bearing structure.A new type of foil bearing with surface microstructure is used as experimental material.First,the lubrication mechanism of elastic foil gas bearing is analyzed.Then,the numerical solution process of the static bearing capacity and friction torque is analyzed,including the discretization of the governing equation of rarefied gas pressure based on the non-dimensional modified Reynolds equation and the over relaxation iteration method,the grid planning within the calculation range,the static solution of boundary parameters and static solution of the numerical process.Finally,the solution program is analyzed.The experimental data in National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)public literature are compared with the simulation results of this exploration,so as to judge the accuracy of the calculation process.The results show that under the same static load,the difference between the minimum film thickness calculated and the test results is not obvious;when the rotor speed of the bearing is 60000 r/min,the influence of the boundary slip effect increases with the increase of the micro groove depth on the flat foil surface;when the eccentricity or the micro groove depth of the bearing increases,the bearing capacity will be strengthened.When the eccentricity is 6µm and 14µm,the viscous friction torque of the new foil bearing increases significantly with the increase of the depth of the foil micro groove,but when the eccentricity is 22µm,the viscous friction torque does not change with the change of the depth of the foil micro groove.It shows that the bearing capacity and performance of foil bearing are improved. 展开更多

According to generalized characteristic theory,a characteristic analysis for stress wave propagation in transversely isotropic fluid-saturated porous media was performed.The characteristic differential equations and compatibility relations along bicharacteristics were deduced and the analytical expressions for wave surfaces were obtained.The characteristic and shapes of the velocity surfaces and wave surfaces in the transversely isotropic fluid-saturated porous media were discussed in detail.The results also show that the characteristic equations for stress waves in pure solids are particular cases of the characteristic equations for fluid-saturated porous media. 展开更多
