Summer precipitation in the Three Rivers Source Region(TRSR)of China is vital for the headwaters of the Yellow,Yangtze,and Lancang rivers and exhibits significant interdecadal variability.This study investigates the influence of the East Asian westerly jet(EAWJ)on TRSR rainfall.A strong correlation is found between TRSR summer precipitation and the Jet Zonal Position Index(JZPI)of the EAWJ from 1961 to 2019(R=0.619,p<0.01).During periods when a positive JZPI indicates a westward shift in the EAWJ,enhanced water vapor anomalies,warmer air,and low-level convergence anomalies contribute to increased TRSR summer precipitation.Using empirical orthogonal function and regression analyses,this research identifies the influence of large-scale circulation anomalies associated with the Atlantic–Eurasian teleconnection(AEA)from the North Atlantic(NA).The interdecadal variability between the NA and central tropical Pacific(CTP)significantly affects TRSR precipitation.This influence is mediated through the AEA via a Rossby wave train extending eastward along the EAWJ,and another south of 45°N.Moreover,the NA–CTP Opposite Phase Index(OPI),which quantifies the difference between the summer mean sea surface temperatures of the NA and the CTP,is identified as a critical factor in modulating the strength of this teleconnection and influencing the zonal position of the EAWJ. 展开更多

[目的]观察大黄白及三草止血汤联合西药治疗上消化道出血(脾胃积热)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将51例门住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组,保持呼吸道通畅、抗休克、迅速补充血容量,保持水、电解质平衡,禁食、卧位。对照组2... [目的]观察大黄白及三草止血汤联合西药治疗上消化道出血(脾胃积热)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将51例门住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组,保持呼吸道通畅、抗休克、迅速补充血容量,保持水、电解质平衡,禁食、卧位。对照组25例去甲肾上腺素1~3mL+适量冷盐水,口服,3次/d;雷尼替丁,50mg/次,1次/6~8h,肌注;有条件时可行胃镜下止血。治疗组26例大黄白及三草止血汤(白及、海螵蛸、乌贼骨各20g,仙鹤草、茜草根、紫珠草各15g,大黄~生10g),水煎300mL,1剂/d,2次温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、呕血消失时间、黑便消失时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程(7d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈10例,显效12例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.15%;对照组临床痊愈7例,显效8例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率80.00%;呕血消失时间、黑便消失时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]大黄白及三草止血汤联合西药治疗上消化道出血(脾胃积热),疗效满意,无严重不良反应。 展开更多

在诸如"大三石"和岩石等复杂地层中施工灌注桩,常采用冲孔法。有时也采用爆破法、回转钻进、潜孔锤钻进,或采用冲钻爆抓等复合方法,但工序复杂,成桩工效较低。将韩国生产的上下旋转动力头及高压潜孔锤与合金钻头和螺旋钻杆整... 在诸如"大三石"和岩石等复杂地层中施工灌注桩,常采用冲孔法。有时也采用爆破法、回转钻进、潜孔锤钻进,或采用冲钻爆抓等复合方法,但工序复杂,成桩工效较低。将韩国生产的上下旋转动力头及高压潜孔锤与合金钻头和螺旋钻杆整合到国产液压步履或履带行走的桩机上,同时将护壁钢管设计成具有高切削能力的钻具,形成了双动钻具,提高了对复杂地层的钻凿能力。钻凿的岩屑通过螺旋钻杆从出土口排出,克服了常规潜孔锤法在潮湿地层钻进中排渣不畅的缺陷。护壁钢管的快速插接技术既减少其接长耗时,又降低沉拔管启动摩阻力。新技术实现了全桩长钢管护壁干取土,是一种无泥浆污染的环保施工技术。工程实践表明,新技术1天可完成5~7根复杂地层条件下的嵌岩桩,相比冲孔法,工效大增。 展开更多

Based on the analysis of the conjugate gradient algorithm, we implement a threedimensional (3D) conjugate gradient inversion algorithm with magnetotelluric impedance data. During the inversion process, the 3D conjugate gradient inversion algorithm doesn' t need to compute and store the Jacobian matrix but directly updates the model from the computation of the Jacobian matrix. Requiring only one forward and four pseudo-forward modeling applications per frequency to produce the model update at each iteration, this algorithm efficiently reduces the computation of the inversion. From a trial inversion with synthetic magnetotelluric data, the validity and stability of the 3D conjugate gradient inversion algorithm is verified. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to research effects of P fertilizer and lime on growth of Trrifolium repens, Chamaecrista rotundifolia and Macroptilium atropur- pureum, to provide references for cultivation of the three plants. [Method] Pot experiments were conducted with Trrifolium repens, Charnaecrista rotundifolia and Macroptilium atropurpureum in 2010 in order to research effects of lime and P fer-tilizer mixture on growth of the plants in southern hilly acidic red soils. [Result] With lime amount fixed, application of P fertilizer would enhance plant height, total tiller number and dry matter. When P fertilizer was not applied, however, plant height of the three plants achieved the peak by lime at 1.4 g/kg which proved best for improvement of acidity of red soils. With P fertilizer at 200 mg/kg was applied, biomass of Trifolium repens and Macroptilium atropurpureum achieved the highest by lime at 2.1 g/kg, but total biomass of Chamaecrista rotundifolia was the highest by lime at 1.4 g/kg. [Conclusion] The research provides references for planting and production of Trifolium repens, Chamaecrista rotundifolia and Macroptilium atropur-pureum in southern hilly regions. 展开更多

Three-dimensionally ordered macro-/mesoporous alumina(3DOM Al2O3)-supported cobalt oxide and platinum nanocatalysts(xPt/yCo3O4/3DOM Al2O3,Pt mass fraction(x%)= 0-1.4%,Co3O4 mass fraction(y%) = 0-9.2%) were prepared using poly(methyl methacrylate) templating,incipient wetness impregnation and polyvinyl alcohol-protected reduction.The resulting xPt/yCo3O4/3DOM Al2O3 samples displayed a high-quality 3DOM architecture with macropores(180-200 nm in diameter) and mesopores(4-6 nm in diameter) together with surface areas in the range of 94 to 102m^2/g.Using these techniques,Co3O4 nanoparticles(NPs,18.3 nm) were loaded on the 3DOM Al2O3 surface,after which Pt NPs(2.3-2.5 nm) were uniformly dispersed on theyCo3O4/3DOM Al2O3.The1.3Pt/8.9Co3O4/3DOM Al2O3 exhibited the best performance for toluene oxidation,with a T(90%) value(the temperature required to achieve 90%toluene conversion) of 160 ℃ at a space velocity of20000 mL g^(-1) h^(-1).It is concluded that the excellent catalytic performance of the 1.3Pt/8.9Co3O4/3DOM Al2O3 is owing to well-dispersed Pt NPs,the high concentration of adsorbed oxygen species,good low-temperature reducibility,and strong interaction between the Pt and Co3O4 NPs,as well as the unique bimodal porous structure of the support. 展开更多

[ Metbod] By employing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method, the expressions of AMY and SOD isozymes during seed germination process were analyzed. ~ Result] The main AMY bands remained strong during the whole peri- od and a new band A2 appeared in the middle and late period of seed germination. Some new SOD bands occurred at the early stage, then be- came weak or disappeared in the middle period, and band S6 became intense in the late peried. A series of K-doped Mn0.5Ce0.5Oδ (K-MCO) catalysts with three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) structure and different K loadings were successfully synthesized using simple methods. These catalysts exhibited well-defined 3DOM nanostructure, which consisted of extensive interconnecting networks of spherical voids. The effects of the calcination temperature and calcination time on the morphological characteristics and crystalline forms of the catalysts were systematically studied. The catalysts showed high catalytic activity for the combustion of soot. 3DOM 20% K-MCO-4h catalyst, in particular, showed the highest catalytic activity of all of the catalysts studied (e.g., Ts0 = 331 ~C and Smco2 = 95.3%). The occurrence of structural and synergistic effects among the K, Mn, and Ce atoms in the catalysts was favorable for enhancing their catalytic activity towards the combustion of diesel soot. Furthermore, the temperatures required for the complete combustion of the soot (〈400 ℃) were well within the exhaust temperature range (175-400 ℃), which means that the accumulated soot can be removed under the conditions of the diesel exhaust gas. These catalysts could therefore be used in numerous practical applications because they are easy to synthesize, exhibit high catalytic activity, and can be made from low cost materials. 展开更多

Aim To establish a reversed phase liquid chromatographic method forsimultaneous determination of three main medicinal constituents, baicalin, berberine and rhein, inSanhuang tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a Kromasil C_(18) column with TEA-adjusted0.02 mol·L^(-1) H_3PO_4 (pH 6.78)-acetonitrile-methanol (40 : 9 : 7) as mobile phase at aflow-rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1), with detection at 254 ran. Considering interaction between acidic andalkaline compounds, three standard markers were added respectively and the volume of samplesolution was doubled in recovery experiments. Results Three regression equations revealed excellentlinear relationship between the peak areas and concentrations and the correlation coefficients allsurpassed 0.999 8. The average recovery was 96.1% (RSD = 2.1%) baicalin, 98.5% (RSD = 2.4%) forberberine, and 101.5% (RSD =1.3%) for rhein. Conclusion The method developed can be used to controlthe quality of Sanhuang tablets comprehensively. 展开更多

And then, the chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff of the SeaWiFS pixels on Jan. 29, 2003 corresponding to the in-situ sites of Jan. 25 and 26, 2003 were synchronously retrieved, with average relative errors of 14.9%, 12.1% and 13.6% for chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff, respectively. The research results indicated that the optimal retrieval algorithm established here was relatively fit for the retrieval of the chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff of case Ⅱ waters in the Pearl River estuary, and had quite good retrieval accuracy. 展开更多

We test the parallel rapid relaxation algorithm with synthetic and real data. The execution efficiency of the algorithm for several different situations is also compared. The results indicate that the parallel rapid relaxation algorithm for 3D magnetotelluric inversion is effective. This parallel algorithm implemented on a common PC promotes the practical application of 3D magnetotelluric inversion and can be suitable for the other geophysical 3D modeling and inversion. 展开更多

Damage mechanism of soil-rock mixture after freeze-thaw cycles 被引量:20

As a widely distributed geological and engineering material,the soil-rock mixture always undergoes frequentative and short-term freeze-thaw cycles in some regions.Its internal structure is destroyed seriously,but the damage mechanism is not clear.Based on the damage factor,the damage research of properties of soil-rock mixture after different times of freeze-thaw cycles is investigated.Firstly,the size-distributed subgrade gravelly soil samples are prepared and undergo different times of freeze-thaw cycles periodically(0,3,6,10),and indoor large-scale triaxial tests are completed.Secondly,the degradation degree of elastic modulus is considered as a damage factor,and applied to macro damage analysis of soil-rock mixture.Finally,the mesoscopic simulation of the experiments is achieved by PFC3D,and the influence on strength between soil-rock particles caused by freeze-thaw cycles is analyzed.The results show that freeze-thaw cycles cause internal damage of samples by weakening the strength between mesoscopic soil-rock particles,and ultimately affect the macro properties.After freeze-thaw cycles,on the macro-scale,elastic modulus and shear strength of soil-rock mixture both decrease,and the decreasing degree is related to the times of cycles with the mathmatical quadratic form;on the meso-scale,freeze-thaw cycles mainly cause the degradation of the strength between soil-rock particles whose properties are different significantly. 展开更多

Au/3DOM(three-dimensionally ordered macroporous) Al2O3 and Au/CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 were prepared using a reduction-deposition method and characterized using scanning electron microscopy,N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,temperature-programmed hydrogen reduction,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Au nanoparticles of similar sizes were well dispersed and supported on the inner walls of uniform macropores.The norminal Au loading is 2%.Al-Ce-O solid solution in CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 catalysts can be formed due to the incorporation of Al^3+ ions into the ceria lattice,which causes the creation of extrinsic oxygen vacancies.The extrinsic oxygen vacancies improved the oxygen-transport properties.The strong metal-support interactions between Au and CeO2 increased the amount of active oxygen on the Au nanoparticle surfaces,and this promoted soot oxidation.The activities of the Au-based catalysts were higher than those of the supports(Al2O3 or CeO2/3DOM Al2O3) at low temperature.Au/CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 had the highest catalytic activity for soot combustion,with T(10),T(50),and T(90) values of 273,364,and 412℃,respectively. 展开更多
