The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.Th...The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance.展开更多

In order to adapt to the trend of "energy saving and emission reduction" and impel the practical application of semi-solid processing (SSP) in China, the progress and application of semi-solid theory in Chin...In order to adapt to the trend of "energy saving and emission reduction" and impel the practical application of semi-solid processing (SSP) in China, the progress and application of semi-solid theory in China have been reviewed briefly and systematically.It was emphasized on basic theories, such as formation of globular grains, rheology, high pressure solidification and plastic deformation and applications, such as material design, preparation of semi-solid billets (slurries), thixoforming and application status, which are based on the advantage of semi-solid processing.The results show that the gap of SSP between world level and China exists, especially in application technologies, including market recognition, application fields exploiting, developing of billets (slurries) preparation technologies with low cost and special equipments.The prospect of semi-solid forming development path in China is presented.And we hope that application of SSP has great new breakthrough and development and China will be changed from a large metal processing country to a powerful metal processing country.展开更多

On the basis of potential theory and on the assumption of an ideal and irrotational fluid, this paper drives a method for calculating air cavity formation using slender ship theory then points out the parameters directly related to the formation of air cavities and their interrelationships. Simulations showed that the formation of an air cavity is affected by cavitation number, velocity, groove geometry and groove size. When the ship’s velocity and groove structure are given, the cavitation number must be within range to form a steady air cavity. The interface between air and water forms a wave shape and could be adjusted by an air injection system.展开更多
The inherent selfishness of each node for the enhancement of message successful delivery ratio and the network overall performance improvement are reflected in the contradiction relationship of competition and coopera...The inherent selfishness of each node for the enhancement of message successful delivery ratio and the network overall performance improvement are reflected in the contradiction relationship of competition and cooperation in delay/disruption tolerant networks (DTN). In particular, the existence of malicious node aggravates this contradiction. To resolve this contradiction, social relationship theory and group theory of social psychology were adopted to do an in-depth analysis. The concrete balancing approach which leveraged Nash equilibrium theory of game theory was proposed to resolve this contradiction in reality. Thus, a new congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory (CRSG) was put forward. Through the experiment, this algorithm proves that it can enhance the message successful delivery ratio by more than 15% and reduce the congestion ratio over 15% as well. This algorithm balances the contradiction relationship between the two key performance targets and made all nodes exhibit strong cooperation relationship in DTN.展开更多

The researcher intends to conduct researches that examine the relationship between CSR and financial performance in Iraq corporations. This paper highlights review of literatures from various countries that examine relationships between CSR with financial performance. This paper is based on secondary sources which are accumulated from many researches in Malaysia, Australia, UK, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nigerian, and Jordan. The study uses information generated from literature reviewed from different researchers relating to the topic. This method was applied by collecting information from journals and online sources relating to the issue under consideration. Regression analysis documents significant evidence to support a positive relationship between CSR and financial performance. Evidence suggests that CSR leads to good financial performance in Iraq corporations. Findings based on the review revealed that researchers also showed that there was a significant positive relationship between CSR practice and financial performance in Iraq corporations. This study focuses on disclosures made in the corporate annual reports. This is because the annual report is the common document produced by companies on a regular basis and is widely used in prior studies related to CSR. The study provides some important insights for our understanding of CSR in developing economies and its effects on financial performance in the context of Iraq companies.展开更多

First, social support has not been thoroughly explored as a mechanism for enhancing self-management interventions. It sets up a new model of back-propagation process in DBN algorithm, making the use of single innovation in previous algorithm extend to the use of innovation of the preceding multiple period, thus increasing convergence rate of error largely. To study the application of the algorithm in the social computing, and recognize the meaningful information about the handwritten numbers in social networking images. This paper compares MI-DBN algorithm with other representative classifiers through experiments. The result shows that MI-DBN algorithm, comparing with other representative classifiers, has a faster convergence rate and a smaller error for MNIST dataset recognition. And handwritten numbers on the image also have a precise degree of recognition.展开更多

文摘This systematic literature review aimed to analyze and synthesize studies that indicated the importance of behavioral observation in the organizational context.Based on Social Learning Theory and by considering relevant recent findings and theories,the impact of managers as role models for employees is researched and analyzed.The importance of this topic is to determine ways that learning and enhancing performance in the workplace can be applied for people management development.The literature for theory was numerous,however studies on the particular topic were limited and not expanded in the organizational context.The key message of this review is that the impact of managers and leaders can be positive and progressive both for the employees and for the organization.
文摘For a few decades China has undergone an enduring, drastic and complicated transformation. The structure and form of Chinese culture has been profoundly shaped and re-shaped during this process. With careful analysis of the history and the actualities, this paper presents a sketch of Chinese culture that highlights three significant traits; an elegant temperament featuring both classicality and novelty, an intrinsic value focusing on nature and freedom, and an encompassing structure marked by harmonious diversity. A new Chinese culture has already revealed her profile against the sunglow at the dawn of the new era. Beautiful and promising as it is, Chinese people believe that she deserves being heartily applauded, warmly welcomed, and boldly embraced.
文摘The basic categories of the Chinese socialist human rights theory consist of four elements, namely, human rights history, human rights concepts, human rights attributes and human rights protection. The category of the human rights history includes ancient notions of human rights, classical human rights theory, Marxist human rights theory and the sinicized Marxist human rights theory. The category of human rights concepts includes the subjects, contents, forms, classification, origin and essence of human rights. The category of human rights attributes includes universality and particularity of human rights, harmony and confrontation between human rights, politicalness and a-politicalness of human rights, indivisibility between rights and duties, and conditioning of state power by human rights. The category of human rights protection includes human rights and sovereignty, human rights and democracy, human rights and the rule of law, human rights and property, human rights duty holders, and human rights education.
文摘Aimed at the problems of small gradient, low learning rate, slow convergence error when the DBN using back-propagation process to fix the network connection weight and bias, proposing a new algorithm that combines with multi-innovation theory to improve standard DBN algorithm, that is the multi-innovation DBN(MI-DBN). It sets up a new model of back-propagation process in DBN algorithm, making the use of single innovation in previous algorithm extend to the use of innovation of the preceding multiple period, thus increasing convergence rate of error largely. To study the application of the algorithm in the social computing, and recognize the meaningful information about the handwritten numbers in social networking images. This paper compares MI-DBN algorithm with other representative classifiers through experiments. The result shows that MI-DBN algorithm, comparing with other representative classifiers, has a faster convergence rate and a smaller error for MNIST dataset recognition. And handwritten numbers on the image also have a precise degree of recognition.
文摘The universal grammar was firstly promoted by the American linguist Noam Chomsky. It is about the general ideas onlanguage. One of the meanings of universal grammar is as the following. It stands for universal grammar"the system of principles,conditions, and that are elements of all human language …the essence of the human language."The Binding Theory is one of theprinciples in the universal grammar.As one of the human language, French is well-known by its specially rigorous grammar. Thepronominal form is one of the grammar phenomenon of French. The speciality makes this grammar phenomenon a proper materialfor the analysis of the Binding Theory. This thesis will analyze the Binding Theory from the perspective of the pronominal form. Theexamples will be selected and analyzed in the thesis, and the limitation of the Binding Theory, the potential reasons which causesthe limitation, and the significance of the limitation will be analyzed. The meticulous analysis on the examples of the pronominalform from the perspective of the Binding Theory will help people in deepening the understanding and arouse further study in theuniversal grammar.
