成矿构造应力场研究是控矿构造研究、认识矿体空间展布形态、位置、预测及布置探矿设计的基础。依据弹性力学和莫尔库仑剪切破裂理论,推导出形成共轭及在剪切构造带内形成羽列、雁列等构造应力场的产状和形成羽列、雁列主应力大小的数... 成矿构造应力场研究是控矿构造研究、认识矿体空间展布形态、位置、预测及布置探矿设计的基础。依据弹性力学和莫尔库仑剪切破裂理论,推导出形成共轭及在剪切构造带内形成羽列、雁列等构造应力场的产状和形成羽列、雁列主应力大小的数学解析表达式,进而应用计算机对新城金矿床主矿体进行了测算。结果显示:该矿主容矿构造是在NNW向缓倾拉张主应力、NE向陡倾主压应力、焦家构造带平面呈右行扭动下形成的。NWW向中间主应力控制新城Ⅰ号主矿体在NW向倾斜平面上延深的长轴方向。该轴在水平面上投影的倾伏向为281°,与水平面的夹角倾伏角为26°,在N40°E纵投影面上向SW侧伏,侧伏角为45°,富矿柱产状亦与中间主应力轴产状一致。在已获取容矿构造产状基础上,据相关岩石力学性质测试成果,分析并建立了主容矿羽列与控制剪切构造带两者的力学关系和剪切破裂方程式。联立解出成矿应力场的最大和最小主应力的量值,再由陡倾主应力大小估算出该矿头部的成矿深度在2 750m左右。 展开更多

蒙山断裂带是沂沭断裂(郯庐断裂带山东段)西侧的一条北西向断裂,控制着长清-临沂中强地震带,该蒙山断裂带的地应力状态对研究山东中部地震活动的危险性有重要的意义。在蒙山断裂附近开展了2个深孔的水压致裂地应力测量,得到最大水平主应... 蒙山断裂带是沂沭断裂(郯庐断裂带山东段)西侧的一条北西向断裂,控制着长清-临沂中强地震带,该蒙山断裂带的地应力状态对研究山东中部地震活动的危险性有重要的意义。在蒙山断裂附近开展了2个深孔的水压致裂地应力测量,得到最大水平主应力SH为7.0~17.0 MPa,最小水平主应力Sh为5.0~11.0MPa。测量结果显示,300m以上的三向主应力的相对大小表现为SH】Sv≥Sh(Sv为垂直主应力);400~450 m范围内,三向主应力相对大小表现为SH】Sv】Sh;最大水平主应力的方向为NE-NEE,与利用其他资料得到的结果一致;实测资料得到侧压力系数K的平均值,ZK134孔KHmax=1.54(KHmax为最大水平侧压系数),ZK8孔KHmax=1.38。根据Byerlee定律判定蒙山断裂处于相对稳定的地应力状态,2个孔的?m(最大剪应力与平均主应之比)在2010-2011年间几乎没有变化,亦表明该断层处在一个稳定的状态。 展开更多

为探究巷道开挖引起的主应力旋转路径演化规律及其诱发的岩体变形问题,以弱胶结软岩巷道为工程背景,建立弱胶结软岩巷道开挖扰动数值计算模型,研究巷道开挖诱发的围岩主应力大小和方向演化规律,确定开挖扰动旋转应力路径试验加载状态参... 为探究巷道开挖引起的主应力旋转路径演化规律及其诱发的岩体变形问题,以弱胶结软岩巷道为工程背景,建立弱胶结软岩巷道开挖扰动数值计算模型,研究巷道开挖诱发的围岩主应力大小和方向演化规律,确定开挖扰动旋转应力路径试验加载状态参数。开展弱胶结软岩空心扭剪试验,研究9种开挖扰动应力旋转路径下弱胶结软岩剪应力–应变–掘进距离空间曲线特征及(σ_(z)-σ_(θ))-2τ_(zθ)应力平面内的非共轴角变化规律。结果表明:随着巷道开挖,监测面位置巷道围岩底板、顶板和两帮的主应力大小和方向均发生显著变化,特别是在巷道2D范围内,发生了强烈的主应力方向旋转和应力量值突变。开挖扰动应力路径下巷道围岩剪应力–应变曲线呈现“V”,“Z”,“N”型发展形式。开挖扰动引起的主应力旋转造成了弱胶结软岩应变增量方向和应力方向的非共轴性,巷道底板、顶板和两帮扰动应力路径作用下,弱胶结软岩非共轴角最大值分别为52.8°,-22.3°和30.6°。研究成果将有助于揭示巷道开挖卸荷引起的主应力旋转路径下岩体非共轴塑性变形演化机制,提高地下工程设计水平以及灾害防治能力。 展开更多

Blasting-induced cracks in the rock surrounding deeply buried tunnels can result in water gushing and rock mass collapse,posing significant safety risks.However,previous theoretical studies on the range of blasting-induced cracks often ignore the impact of the in-situ stress,especially that of the intermediate principal stress.The particle displacement−crack radius relationship was established in this paper by utilizing the blasthole cavity expansion equation,and theoretical analytical formulas of the stress−displacement relationship and the crack radius were derived with unified strength theory to accurately assess the range of cracks in deep surrounding rock under a blasting load.Parameter analysis showed that the crushing zone size was positively correlated with in-situ stress,intermediate principal stress,and detonation pressure,whereas negatively correlated with Poisson ratio and decoupling coefficient.The dilatancy angle-crushing zone size relationship exhibited nonmonotonic behavior.The relationships in the crushing zone and the fracture zone exhibited opposite trends under the influence of only in-situ stress or intermediate principal stress.As the in-situ stress increased from 0 to 70 MPa,the rate of change in the crack range and the attenuation rate of the peak vibration velocity gradually slowed. 展开更多

The effects of different punch and rubber hardness on the limit principal strain distributions were investigated experimentally. Finite element analysis models of the samples with dimensions of 180 mm×180 mm were established to analyze the friction coefficients of different interfaces. Effects of various friction coefficients on the strain distributions were studied in detail. Finally, the friction coefficients in the cold forming were determined by contrasting the strain results between the experimental data and the simulated ones. 展开更多

Moreover, the nutrients in the broad bean nutrition flour would not be destroyed during the processing and preparation of staple food, and the processed steamed bread and raw noodle are more characteristic. In order to study influences of geometric parameters on the T-shaped components local loading process, a new mathematical model considering the fillet radius and draft angle was established by using the slab method. The results obtained by the mathematical model agree with the data form experiment and numerical simulation, and the results are closer to the experimental and simulation results. The influence of draft angle may be neglected under the forming conditions used. The influence of fillet radius is notable, especially in the case that the ratio of fillet radius to rib width is less than 0.75. 展开更多

Traditional formation pressure prediction methods all are based on the formation undercompaction mechanism and the prediction results are obviously low when predicting abnormally high pressure caused by compressional structure overpressure.To eliminate this problem,we propose a new formation pressure prediction method considering compressional structure overpressure as the dominant factor causing abnormally high pressure.First,we establish a model for predicting maximum principal stress,this virtual maximum principal stress is calculated by a double stress field analysis.Then we predict the formation pressure by fitting the maximum principal stress with formation pressure. The real maximum principal stress can be determined by caculating the sum of the virtual maximum principal stresses.Practical application to real data from the A1 and A2 wells in the A gas field shows that this new method has higher accuracy than the traditional equivalent depth method. 展开更多

This paper describes a virtual environment, which can present dynamic force transformation during the control of objects. A 5-DOF haptic interface with the capability to generate kinesthetic effect is combined. In this system, the operator manipulates an object in a virtual environment by using the 5-DOF master arm. When contacting with the virtual object, the contact force can be calculated and shown in the graphic interface. The contact response and deformation of the virtual object, which are usually called haptic rendering, also can be performed. The study supplies an approach to improve the operator’s immersion and can be used in many tele-robot control fields. 展开更多

Making use of the improved Lindstedt-Poincare (L-P) method, the undamped forced vibration problem is solved, and the amplitude-frequency response equation of thin plate is obtained. Furthermore, the amplitude frequency response curves of system under different condi- tions are obtained by numerical simulation. The results show that the thickness of the plate, mechanical excitation, parame- ter e, pure piezoelectric material of BaTiO3, pure piezomagnetic material of CoFe2 04, different magneto-electro-elastic ma- terials of BaTiO3/CoFe2 04 and Terfenol-D/PZT will have an impact on the system frequency response.
