The construction of talent concentration highland is essentially the creation of talent ecosystem, and the construction of talent ecosystem is a systematic project that requires the integration of multiple subjects, elements and means. Talent highland construction of the environment, systems, platforms, services and other four elements constitute the basic content of talent ecosystem.
