为明确内蒙古中部地区不同结构日光温室和增施CO_2对温室光温性能以及黄瓜生长发育的影响,以普通日光温室(A)及内保温日光温室(B)为试验温室,并设置4个试验处理:AE(普通日光温室A增施CO_2处理)、AN(普通日光温室A不增施CO_2处理)、BE(... 为明确内蒙古中部地区不同结构日光温室和增施CO_2对温室光温性能以及黄瓜生长发育的影响,以普通日光温室(A)及内保温日光温室(B)为试验温室,并设置4个试验处理:AE(普通日光温室A增施CO_2处理)、AN(普通日光温室A不增施CO_2处理)、BE(内保温日光温室B增施CO_2处理)、BN(内保温日光温室B不增施CO_2处理),分析研究了在不同结构温室中增施CO_2对黄瓜生长、光合性能、品质、产量的影响。结果表明:内保温日光温室的光照强度及温度均高于普通日光温室,内保温日光温室全天平均光照强度比普通日光温室高21.05%。在相同温室结构条件下,增施CO_2处理(AE、BE)黄瓜的株高、茎粗,可溶性糖、维生素C含量,净光合速率及产量均显著高于不增施CO_2处理(AN、BN)。在相同CO_2浓度下,内保温日光温室(BE、BN)中黄瓜平均株高、平均茎粗,可溶性糖含量、净光合速率及产量均显著高于普通日光温室(AE、AN)。可见,内保温温室结构的优化在改善光温条件方面效果显著,同时结合增施CO_2作为该温室的配套应用技术,对于提升温室性能及提高温室蔬菜生产效率有重要指导意义。 展开更多

To evaluate the effects of solar greenhouse with different structure and CO2 enrichment on illumination and temperature performance of greenhouse and cucumber growth and development in the central region of Inner Mongolia, the research used traditional solar greenhouse (A) and blanket-inside solar greenhouse(B), and set 4 treatments: AE (traditional solar greenhouse A with CO2 enrichment), AN (traditional solar greenhouse A without CO2 enrichment), BE (blanket-inside solar greenhouse B with CO2 enrichment) and BN (blanket-inside solar greenhouse B without CO2 enrichment), to explore the influence of cucumber growth, photosynthetic property, quality and yield in different structure solar greenhouses with CO2 enrichment. The results showed that the illumination and temperature in blanket-inside solar greenhouse was superior to traditional solar greenhouse, and the average light intensity in blanket-inside solar greenhouse increased by 21.05%, compared with traditional solar greenhouse. Under the condition of same greenhouse structure, stem height ,average stem diameter, contents of soluble sugar, vitamin C, net photosynthetic rate and yield showed any significant difference between the treatments with CO2 enrichment or not. Under the condition of same CO2 concentration, BE cucumber average stem height, average stem diameter, contents of soluble sugar, net photosynthetic rate and yield in BE was higher than which in AE. Therefore, the optimization in structure of blanket-inside solar greenhouse remarkably improved illumination and temperature property, combining with CO2 enrichment as application technology, there was crucial significance to promote the greenhouse performance and improve the efficiency of greenhouse vegetable production. 展开更多

XCTD, as one of the most important instruments for the deep sea exploration, is an important device for deep-sea hydrological data acquisition. But some difficult technical problems of traditional metal enameled wire channel have become the major bottleneck for XCTD development. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward with using single-mode fiber as the transmission channel of XCTD. Firstly, this paper makes a brief analysis on the problems of using enameled wire as transmission channel faces. Secondly, it analyzes the advantages of the single mode fiber technology. Finally, it makes theoretical research and experimental verification of the influence of seawater temperature change on the optical fiber transmission channel. The experimentat results show that the error rate at the transmission rate of 10 MB/S is 0, and the loss can be negligible when the single-mode fiber channel is used in the sea water and the seawater temperature changes from 0 to 20℃. This method will greatly increase the rate of signal transmission and the transmission stability. And this paper shows that using the single-mode fiber as the transmission channel of XCTD has certain feasibility. 展开更多

Three lakes were s... This paper reports the first photosynthetic study of marestail in Jiuzhaigou. In this work, we used PAM fluorometry to examine photosynthetic rates of submerged and emerged marestail in three lakes. Three lakes were studied across a gradient of water temperature, with low water temperature conditions in Grass Lake and Arrow Bamboo Lake, and higher water temperature in Five Colored Lake. In the field, electron transport rates (ETRmax) were measured as rapid light curves (RLCs) by in situ yield measurements. Submerged and emerged marestail showed higher photosynthetic activity in Five Colored Lake compared to the other lakes, a response consistent with the adaptation of marestail in Five Colored Lake to high water temperature. The optimal temperature for photosynthesis of submerged marestail in Jiuzhaigou was about 12 ~C. Non- photochemical quenching (NPQ) of submerged and emerged marestail increased with increasing water temperature. Maximum quantum yield (Fv/Fm) of submerged marestail in Five Colored Lake showed full recovery at 170o h due to higher NPQ. Further, the chlorophyll a for submerged marestail was the highestin Grass Lake and the lowest in Five Colored Lake. These results indicate that in different lakes the function of these aquatic plants is associated with a diversity of place-dependent environmental conditions, especially water temperature that leads to pronounced differences in the plant's ecophysiological reactions. 展开更多

The Correlation between Density and Low-Temperature Creep Property of Asphalt 被引量:2

The density of asphalt was measured with the pycnometer and densitometer. Creep properties of the asphalt were investigated with the bending beam rheometer at temperatures ranging from 0 ~C to -36 ~C. The asphalt density data used to correlate with the creep properties were calculated from the regression equation of density and temperature. The asphalt sample used to determine the creep property was aged by the standard RTFOT test and the PAV test. The test results showed that the asphalt density had a linear relationship with temperature changes. The logarithm of the creep stiffness and the slope of the logarithm of the stiffness at 60 seconds all demonstrated a linear relationship with the density, and the regression coefficient of these data was around 0.99. The creep stiffness and the slope of the creep stiffness can be calculated from the asphalt density at the same temperature. 展开更多

The main goal of this work is to explore the possibility of using Au-modified hydroxyapatite(HA) as a potential sensor material. Tube-like HA structure was fabricated with the aid of a Nafion N-117 cation exchange membrane and gold(Au) nanoparticles were added by a hydrothermal method. The morphology, structure and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The gas sensing properties were also investigated. Results show that Au nanoparticles are dispersed into the HA powder, which is tube-like, with rough inner and outer surfaces. Compared with pure HA, Au-modified HA exhibits improved sensing properties for NH_3. 5%(mass fraction) Au-modified HA shows the highest response with relatively short response/recovery time. The response is up to 79.2% when the corresponding sensor is exposed to 200×10^(-6) NH_3 at room temperature, and the response time and recovery time are 20 s and 25 s, respectively. For lower concentration, like 50×10^(-6), the response is still up to 70.8%. Good selectivity and repeatability are also observed. The sensing mechanism of high response and selectivity for NH_3 gas was also discussed. These results suggest that Au-HA composite is a promising material for NH_3 sensors operating at room temperature. 展开更多

The photocatalytic properties and the optical response range of the natase nanocrystalline were analyzed and studied with the hybrid orbital theory. The results show that the band gap of the doped TiO2 was narrow, and the photocatalytic ability could be excited by the visible lighL and the doping of non metallic elements broadens the application range of TiO2, so that it could be excited under the visible light and obtained better use value. 展开更多

ZnO nanorods prepared by a solution-phase method are annealed at different temperatures in oxygen ambient.The luminescence properties of the samples are investigated.In the same excitation condition,the photoluminescence(PL) spectra of all samples show an ultraviolet(UV) emission and a broad strong visible emission band.The asymmetric visible emis-sion band of annealed samples has a red-shift as the annealing temperature increasing from 200 ℃ to 600 ℃ and it can be deconvoluted into two subband emissions centered at 535 nm(green emission) and 611 nm(orange-red emission) by Gaussian-fitting analysis.Analyses of PL excitation(PLE) spectra and PL spectra at different excitation wavelengths reveal that the green emission and the orange-red emission have a uniform initial state,which can be attributed to the electron transition from Zn interstitial(Zni) to oxygen vacancy(Vo) and oxygen interstitial(Oi),respectively. 展开更多

Performance improvement was attained in data reconstructions of 2-dimensional tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS). Multiplicative Algebraic Reconstruction Technique(MART) algorithm was adopted for data reconstruction. The data obtained in an experiment for the measurement of temperature and concentration fields of gas flows were used. The measurement theory is based upon the Beer-Lambert law, and the measurement system consists of a tunable laser, collimators, detectors, and an analyzer. Methane was used as a fuel for combustion with air in the Bunsen-type burner. The data used for the reconstruction are from the optical signals of 8-laser beams passed on a cross-section of the methane flame. The performances of MART algorithm in data reconstruction were validated and compared with those obtained by Algebraic Reconstruction Technique(ART) algorithm. 展开更多

The La2/3Cal/3Mn03_σ film has been deposited on the (001) SrTiO3 substrate and its temper- ature-dependent photoconductive properties have been investigated from 80 to 300 K. The La2/3Cal/3MnO3-σ film has a novel photoelectric property due to its oxygen-deficient structure. We observed laser-induced giant negative photoresistance of the sample in a wide temperature range. The change rate of negative photoresistance was nearly 100% at the low temperature when the sample was irradiated by 532 nm laser. In addition, this effect was sensitive to the power of laser irradiation. The oxygen-deficiency of La2/3Cal/3Mn03-σ film seems to have an impact on the laser-induced resistance variation. The experimental results made the La2/3Cal/3MnO3_σ film a promising application as a photoswitch device. 展开更多

In this work exergetical performance analysis is carried out based on the second law of thermodynamics for organic flash cycle(OFC) using a two-phase expander instead of throttle expansion in order to recover efficiently finite thermal reservoirs.The exergy destructions(anergies) at various components of the system are theoretically investigated as well as the exergy efficiency.Results show that the anergy of heat exchanger or two-phase expander decreases while the anergy of throttle valve increases with increasing flash temperature,and the exergy efficiency has an optimum value with respect to the flash temperature.Under the optimal conditions with respect to the flash temperature,exergy efficiency increases with the heating temperature and the component having the largest exergy destruction varies with the flash temperature or heating temperature. 展开更多

The short-circuit current density(JSC) of 17.89 m A/ cm2, open circuit voltage(VOC) of 0.71 V and fill factor(FF) of 0.50 are achieved in the optimal device. An average photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE) of 6.35% is achieved by optimization, which is over two times larger than that of the parent device before optimization(2.06%), while the maximum PCE can reach up to 6.63%. 展开更多

This paper describes the effects of temperature on the complex intermediate processes from the precursor to the fully-crystallized anatase TiO2 nanoparticles in hydrothermal synthesis. The anatase TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized in a wide temperature range below 230°C. The composition, morphology, and methylene blue (MB) decoloration characteristics of the obtained products were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscope, and scanning and transmission electron microscope. The dehydrating polycondensation of Ti(IV)-hydrates and the decomposition of (NH4)2Ti3O7 intermediates with the temperature increase lead to the direct formation of anatase TiO2 nanoparticles under the hydrothermal environments. The strong MB decoloration of the hydrothermal products obtained at the low (≤130°C) and high (≥180°C) temperatures are attributed to the adsorption of Ti(IV)-hydrates and the photocatalysis of anatase TiO2 nanoparticles, respectively. 展开更多
