六成汤治疗老年慢性功能性便秘临床疗效观察

目的分析六成汤对老年慢性功能性便秘患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的老年性慢性功能性便秘患者50名,随机均分为治疗组和对照组(分组方式:随机数字表法)。予对照组患者乳果糖口服溶液治疗,治疗... 目的分析六成汤对老年慢性功能性便秘患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的老年性慢性功能性便秘患者50名,随机均分为治疗组和对照组(分组方式:随机数字表法)。予对照组患者乳果糖口服溶液治疗,治疗组加用六成汤。比较两组患者临床有效率、便秘症状量化评分、生活质量评分(PAC-QOL评分)及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后便秘症状量化各项评分及PAC-QOL评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六成汤联合乳果糖口服液能够改善老年慢性功能性便秘患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,安全性较高。 展开更多

目的:探讨六成汤抗MRC-5细胞衰老的分子机制。方法:制备六成汤的含药血清作用于MRC-5细胞,用80 g.L-1的D-半乳糖制备衰老模型,用同体积生理盐水做对照。用MTT法做预实验,筛查最佳实验条件:空白血清对照组,模型组,10%含药血清、8%含药血... 目的:探讨六成汤抗MRC-5细胞衰老的分子机制。方法:制备六成汤的含药血清作用于MRC-5细胞,用80 g.L-1的D-半乳糖制备衰老模型,用同体积生理盐水做对照。用MTT法做预实验,筛查最佳实验条件:空白血清对照组,模型组,10%含药血清、8%含药血清、6%含药血清、4%含药血清、2%含药血清组(含药血清用空白血清稀释),分别作用24 h、48 h、72 h。正式实验根据预实验结果进行分组造模后收集细胞,用流式细胞计数法检测细胞周期及细胞凋亡情况;用Western-blot方法检测衰老相关bax、bcl-2、caspase-3蛋白的表达情况。结果:预实验中六成汤含药血清作用48 h、浓度为4%时效果最好。根据预实验结果,正式实验分为对照组,模型组,高(8%含药血清)、中(4%含药血清)、低(2%含药血清)剂量组,含药血清作用48 h。流式细胞计数法显示与模型组相比,各组G1期细胞减少,S期细胞增多,凋亡率降低;Western-blot法显示促凋亡蛋白caspase3、bax表达减少,抑凋亡蛋白bcl-2表达增加,中剂量组变化最明显。结论:六成汤含药血清可能通过减少衰老细胞的G1期阻滞,调节细胞周期及凋亡相关蛋白表达,减少细胞凋亡来发挥抗衰老作用。 展开更多

Large-scale synthesis of ZnO hexagonal pyramids was achieved by a simple thermal decomposition route of precursor at 240 oC in the presence of PEG400. The precursor was obtained by room-temperature solid-state grinding reaction between Zn(CH3COO)2-2H2O and Na2CO3. Crystal structure and morphology of the products were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results of further experiments show that PEG400 has an important role in the formation of ZnO hexagonal pyramids. Difference between the single and double hexagonal pyramid structure may come from the special thermal decomposition reaction. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of ZnO hexagonal pyramids exhibit strong near-band-edge emission at about 386 nm and weak green emission at about 550 nm. The Raman-active vibration at about 435 cm-1 suggests that the ZnO hexagonal pyramids have high crystallinity. 展开更多

By a simple one-step H2-assisted thermal evaporation method, high quality CdS nanos- tructures have been successfully fabricated on Au coated Si substrates in large scale. The as-synthesized CdS nanostructures consisted of sword-like nanobelts and toothed nanosaws with a single-crystal hexagonal wurtzite structure. The deposition temperature played an important role in determining the size and morphology of the CdS nanostruetures. A combination of vapor-liquid-solid and vapor-solid growth mechanisms were proposed to interpret the formation of CdS nanostructures. Photoluminescence measurement indicated that the nanobelts and nanosaws have a prominent green emission at about 512 nm, which is the band-to-band emission of CdS. The waveguide characteristics of both types of CdS nanos-truetures were observed and discussed. 展开更多

The robot is composed of many basic modules,each of which consists of a master module and a slave module in the shape of triangular prism. There are four connection ports on each basic module. For the master module there are two holes on each connection port,and for the slave one there are two pegs on each connection. The docking process between two neighboring basic modules is analyzed with a peg-in-hole mechanical structure. A small motion's method is presented and the contact forces are derived. According to the force/moment,the pose of a motion module should be adjusted to make two neighboring modules align and finish the docking process.Finally,a simulation of 3 basic modules is shown to finish the morphing and docking process effectively. The system can finish the morphing task from the line shape to the hexagon shape. 展开更多

Adsorption of hexavalent chromium onto kaolin clay based adsorbent 被引量:3

A low-cost adsorbent modified kaolin clay(MKC) was synthesized and utilized for Cr(VI) removal from aqueous solution. Adsorption experiments were carried out as a function of adsorbent dosage, solution pH, Cr(VI) mass concentration, contact time, electrolyte, and temperature. It is found that the adsorption efficiency is high within a wide pH range of 2.5-11.5, and equilibrium is achieved within 180 min. Increases in temperature and electrolyte concentration decrease the adsorption. The adsorption follows the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The Langmuir isotherm shows better fit than Freundlich isotherm. The maximum uptake capacities calculated from the Langmuir model are 15.82, 15.55 and 15.22 mg/g at 298, 308 and 318 K, respectively. Thermodynamic parameters reveals the spontaneous and exothermic nature of the adsorption. The FTIR study indicates that hydroxyl groups, NH4+ ions and NO3- ions on MKC surface play a key role in Cr(VI) adsorption. The Cr(VI) desorbability of 86.53% is achieved at a Na2CO3 solution. The results show that MKC is suitable as a low-cost adsorbent for Cr(VI) removal which has higher adsorption capacity and faster adsorption rate at pH close to that where pollutants are usually found in the environment. 展开更多

Microorganism-mediated, hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC)-directed (MCD) method was employed in this work to synthesize Pd nanoflowers (PdNFs). Proper Pichia postoris cells (PPCs) dosage, ascorbic acid (AA), Pd(N03)2 and CrAC concentrations were essential for the growth of the PdNFs. The size of the as- synthesized PdNFs could be tuned by adjusting the amount of Pal(N03)2 solution and dosage of PPCs used. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to verify the nature of the PdNFs. Finally the PdNF/PPC nanocomposites were immobilized onto TiO2 supports to obtain bio-PdNF/Ti02 catalysts which showed excellent catalytic activity for CO oxidation, obtaining 100%; conversion at 100 ℃ and remaining stable over a period of 52 h of reaction time. @ 2015 The Chemical Industry and Engineering Sodety of China, and Chemical Industry Press. This improvement has a direct impact on the Sigma performance level of processes. The author introduces research results of implementation Data Mining algorithms into retail sales promotion. The author implements classification and regression techniques in our research. As a software tool has been selected SPSS PASW Modeler. The author deals with more data mining algorithms ad their implementation in the DMAIC phases. The article is divided into several parts. The first part is the introduction to Six Sigma methodology, the second deals with classification and regression trees. The mesoporous Ti O2 has been synthesized by evaporation induced self assembly(EISA) method. The thermogravimetric/differential scanning calorimetric(TG/DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM) and N2 adsorption desorption and adsorption are used to study the effects of the synthesized process condition on the microstructure of the as-synthesized mesoporous Ti O2. The photocatalytic performances of as-synthesized samples are evaluated by the degradation of the formaldehyde under ultraviolet light irradiations. The results demonstrate that the as-synthesized mesoporous Ti O2 are anatase with the uniform size about 20-40 nm. The sample is prepared using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as the template with average pore size distribution of 8.12 nm, specific surface area of 68.47 m2/g and pore volume of 0.213 m L/g. The samples show decomposition of formaldehyde 95.8% under ultraviolet light irradiations for 90 min. These results provide a basic experimental process for preparation mesoporous Ti O2, which will posses a broad prospect in terms of the applications in improving indoor air quality. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to present and evaluate a method of free gait generation for HITCRI,a hexapod walking robot.The HITCR-I is designed as a modularized structure of legs that is based upon a four-bar linkage mechanism and with force sensors in the tip of legs,distributed hardware structure and a modular software structure of the control system.Based on a set of local rules between adjacent legs,finite state machine(FSM) model is built to control the coordination of legs.An automatic smooth transition of gait pattern is achieved through deriving the mathematical relation between gait pattern and locomotion parameters.The disordered inter-leg phase sequence is adjusted to a regular state smoothly and quickly by the local rules based FSM,and the gait pattern can transform automatically adapting to irregular terrain.The experiment on HITCR-I has demonstrated that it can walk through irregular terrain reliably and expeditiously with the free gait controller designed in this paper. 展开更多
