In our conceptual approach, we will try to propose a tool for a quick and simple supplier selection under the method mentioned above. Furthermore, in almost every procurement scenario, major critical success factors for supplier selection, such as Quality and Delivery, considered also as military criteria [46], play an extremely important role [5].
