A scheme of grouping the whole fighters is introduced, and the principle of target assignment and fire control is designed. Based on the neutral network, the decision algorithm is derived and the whole coordinated decision system is simulated. Secondly an algorithm for missile-attacking area is described and its calculational result is obtained under initial conditions. Then the attacking of missile is realized by the proportion guidance. Finally, a multi-target attack system. The system includes airfight decision, estimation of missile attack area and calculation of missile attack procedure. A digital simulation demonstrates that the airfight decision algorithm is correct. The methods have important reference values for the study of fire control system of the fourth generation fighter.展开更多
Combining the heuristic algorithm (HA) developed based on the specific knowledge of the cooperative multiple target attack (CMTA) tactics and the particle swarm optimization (PSO), a heuristic particle swarm opt...Combining the heuristic algorithm (HA) developed based on the specific knowledge of the cooperative multiple target attack (CMTA) tactics and the particle swarm optimization (PSO), a heuristic particle swarm optimization (HPSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the decision-making (DM) problem. HA facilitates to search the local optimum in the neighborhood of a solution, while the PSO algorithm tends to explore the search space for possible solutions. Combining the advantages of HA and PSO, HPSO algorithms can find out the global optimum quickly and efficiently. It obtains the DM solution by seeking for the optimal assignment of missiles of friendly fighter aircrafts (FAs) to hostile FAs. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the general PSO algorithm and two GA based algorithms in searching for the best solution to the DM problem.展开更多

In France, th...The U.S. Supreme Court gave the privately owned company Hobby Lobby the authority to deny healthcare coverage to its employees, a decision by a secular authority involving the owner's religious beliefs. In France, the first issue released by the secular magazine Charlie Hebdo after the terrorist attack depicted a religious figure declaring, "All is forgiven." In each instance the boundaries between the "secular" and "religious" were transgressed. In the academic study of religion, an additional direction methodology needs to take involves the lens formed by academic concepts and categories as shaped by the historical development of the university's discourses and lines of inquiry. The university is an epistemological project and we look "out there" through concepts and categories formed "in here", inside of the history of "the university". It is another dimension to the problem of the insider/outsider. This paper will use the characteristics of interdisciplinarity to historicize how the university as an epistemological project has developed the concepts of "religion", the "secular", and the binary they form, in order to suggest directions for their use to interpret events in the 21 st century through the academic study of religion.展开更多

He continued throughout his life to report on major incidents and newsworthy items, and was able to use those reports as the factual basis of his novels. His experiences of the railways were especially important, and he made great use of them in his novels such as Dombey and Son. Later expereiences included his own involvement in a railway disaster, at Staplehurst in 1865, a major trauma which led him to include the accident at the end of Our Mutual Friend, and led him to write a timely ghost story, The Signalman. A practical engineering example was presented and analyzed using the commercial program 'ANSYS/LS-DYNA', which is a powerful tool with an explicit dynamic solver. And rational agreement of the results with previous works was obtained. The suggested procedure might be taken as a checking analysis of the protection measures of pipelines in addition to the general risk assessment method.展开更多

By changing laser power density and target size, the temperature field variation of the metal target is investigated.
