当下的新闻传播学界尤当思考学科未来发展之理论依凭,而吸纳一批有学术价值的新概念对学科理论建构而言不无裨益。"新媒体可供性"是源于生态心理学的新概念,2017年首次公开引入国内新闻传播学界。"可供性"即探讨人... 当下的新闻传播学界尤当思考学科未来发展之理论依凭,而吸纳一批有学术价值的新概念对学科理论建构而言不无裨益。"新媒体可供性"是源于生态心理学的新概念,2017年首次公开引入国内新闻传播学界。"可供性"即探讨人与技术人工物的积极交互关系,而诸种新媒体形态在一定意义上皆可视为技术人工物,这为新媒体传播研究提供了新视角,然其理论框架尚待进一步探讨和完善。本文尝试对其理论框架予以释义并对其实际运用进行探讨,考察该理论框架作为一种新路径予以新媒体评估的可能性。对于当前的新媒体研究现状而言,学界不应使"可供性"沉寂为一个"僵尸"概念,而应展开更加充分的讨论,以进一步开拓未来新媒体传播研究的理论空间。 展开更多

Various situations and factors influence the adoption of the flexibility solutions, such as flexible electricity generation, demand-response, and electricity storage. This paper tries to analyze the current energy flexibility solutions and the factors that can influence the energy flexibility adoption. This paper takes Philippines as case study to provide an overview of the current condition of the Philippines' power system and discuss the energy flexibility in the Philippines' power system. Shipbuilding in Bangladesh has been considered as the most promising industry in the recent time and the country is dreaming to emerge as a middle income country within a short time by maintaining the upward trend of this sector. However, due to global nature and the long term sustainability of this shipbuilding industry, an investigation of competitiveness in terms of global standard is of prime importance. This paper focuses on studying some crucial competitive factors like labor skill, labor availability, labor man-hour, labor cost & productivity for local shipbuilding in Bangladesh. The analysis also focuses on existing access to the resources like materials, knowledge and capital which are equally important factors for the expansion of shipbuilding. Comparison of these parameters with other nations have been made qualitatively and quantitatively to find the level of our shipbuilding. On the basis of existing condition and future vision, some recommendations have been made which might be useful for accelerating the development of this sector. 展开更多

Static characteristics of new type externally pressurized spherical air bearings

In order to provide some theoretical guideline for the structure design of the new type externally pressurized spherical air bearings,the static characteristics and the factors affecting the static characteristics of the air bearings were analyzed.A finite volume method was adopted to discretize the three-dimensional steady-state compressible Navier-Stokes equations,and a modified SIMPLE algorithm for compressible fluid was applied to solve the discretized governing equations.The pressure field and velocity field of the air bearings were obtained,and the factors and rules affecting the static characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the pressure of near air intakes can reach above 80% of air supply pressure,and there is a pressure steep fall around the air intakes.When the film thickness is greater than 20 μm,the bearing capacity rapidly decreases as film thickness increases.As the air supply pressure increases from 0.2 to 0.6 MPa,the maximum static stiffness increases by more than three times.The calculation method proposed well fits the general principle,which can be extended to the characteristic analysis of other air bearings. 展开更多

By using the prediction model of human resources for software enterprise, the paper proposes the human resource strategic planning system model of software enterprise. The paper applies grey prediction to make empirical research on requirements of human resource for software enterprises, and uses Markov chain to analyze supply of human resources. A Device for Simulating Soil Nutrient Extraction and Plant Uptake

In situ evaluating the availability of soil nutrients has been a challenge. In this study, a new type of Device for Simulating Soil Nutrient Extraction and Plant Uptake (DSSNEPU) and its operating procedures were introduced. The device consists of a sampling tube, a fluid supply system, a low pressure system, a tube sheath and an elution cylinder. The sampling tube was firstly soaked in the solution of 0.5 mol L-1 NaHCO3 and then buried into soils. The fluid supply system was connected to the sampling tube and the deionized water was supplied. During the period, low pressure system started a vacuum for 3 min every 10 rain interval. After extraction, the sampling tube was removed and the nutrients on the sampling tube were eluted with 0.5 tool L-1 HCl. The elution solution was used for nutrient measurement. The amounts of P and K extracted by DSSNEPU reached the maximal values after 4 h. No significant increases of P and K were observed for longer extraction duration. The optimal temperature for extracting P and K was 30 ℃ in this experiment. Extracted P and K were increased by 83.3% and 84.6% with the employment of low pressure system in comparison to those without employing low pressure system. Correlation analysis indicated that 1~ and K extracted by DSSNEPU were highly correlated with those by conventional chemical extraction and by plant uptake. The above results suggest that this device is applicable to assess the availability of nutrients in soils. 展开更多
