Previous studies have shown that IgA and IgA immune complexes can be rapidly endocytosed by FcαR. However, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Here, we investigated the endocytic pathway of FcαR in monocytic cell line, U937, that naturally express FcuR and in transfected Chinese hamster ovary (CHO), COS-7 and Hela cells. By using selective chemical inhibitors of different endocytic pathways, overexpression of dominant-negative mutants of Eps15 and knockdown of clathrin heavy chain (CHC) via RNA interference, we demonstrated that endocytosis of FcaR was through a clathrin-mediated pathway. The endocytosed FcαR went into Rab5- and Rabll-positive endosomes. However, endocytosis of FcaR could not be blocked by a dominant-negative mutant of Rab5. We also demonstrated that endocytosis of FcαR was dynamin-dependent by overexpressing a dominant-negative mutant of dynamin. The potential endocytic motif for FcαR was also examined. Unexpectedly, we found that the entire cytoplasmic domain of FcaR was not required for the endocytic process of FcαR. We conclude that endocytosis of FcaR is clathrin- and dynamin-dependent, but is not regulated by RabS, and the endocytic motif is not located in the cytoplasmic domain of FcαR.展开更多

This paper first examines the main features ofnominalization in English; it then contrasts the writing style differences before and after the students were taught the features of nominalization and discusses problems found in teaching of nominalization. Data mining requires massive data as a support. However, the direct release of the original mass data, which usually contain some sensitive information of personal or analysis, will result in leakage of user privacy. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important to protect privacy information in data publishing. In this paper, we focus on the multi-type self-identified format-preserving encryption. First, we introduce a multi-type self-identified format-preserving encryption system and discuss the encryption of various types of data in this system. Then, for the format preserving encryption(FPE) about Chinese name, we study from the encryption model construction and basic encryption scheme. The format-preserving encryption model about Chinese name is constructed and the concept of the name library is presented. Based on this, it is used to not only limit the message space to reduce complexity, but also ensure the cipher in accordance with the Chinese naming habits. In addition, according to the encryption and decryption model, format-preserving encryption process of Chinese name is designed. In order to add new names, the algorithm of name space expansion is proposed. Based on the Prefix, this paper put forward an algorithm named Cycle-Prefix, which enhances the security and dynamics of FPE by using two adjustment factors and the circular encryption. Compared with the traditional Prefix algorithm, experiments show that Cycle-Prefix can not only complete the task of FPE for Chinese name, but also encrypt same plain text into different ciphers under the premise of similar efficiency with Prefix.展开更多

The Park presents a particularity in its configuration: it is c...This paper analyzes physical and visual accessibility at Moinhos de Vento Park in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, through Space Syntax methods. The Park presents a particularity in its configuration: it is crossed by an important avenue in the city that splits it in two portions linked by an elevated pedestrian path. The two portions of the park have different accessibility degrees and intensity of use due to -- we believed -- the way they are inserted in the urban pattern. Both the barrier caused by the avenue crossing the park and the differences of connectedness of each portion to its surrounding grid result in the level of integration occurring in different ways, turning the east portion less intensely used. The all-line and visibility integration maps showed that this was the case, and confirmed that spatial configuration plays an important role in rendering the east portion less integrated and in explaining the more intense use of the west portion. Integration maps showed that the most integrated areas are indeed the most used ones, although line and visibility integration differed slightly as to the exact location. This difference was probably due to the way barriers were modeled, since permeability took into account the paths while visibility considered all the ground as a whole, provided there were no barriers to sight. Another explanation for the difference is the lake located at the center of the west portion which contributed to this location's visual integration but, on the other hand, displaced line integration to the larger convex space to the north.展开更多
