This article selects the “Hongyan Reading” plan of Hohhot Library as a case sample. This plan has innovated the supply mode of basic public cultural services in cities by reforming the supply content and introducing multiple subjects to participate, providing a new channel for the supply of basic public cultural services. It has formed a new service mode of organic integration of online and offline, created a new high-quality cultural space, and established a new model of win-win cooperation among multiple industry subjects, achieving good results. It also briefly analyzes the practical obstacles and sustainable development countermeasures that have emerged in the process of implementation.展开更多
