锌掺杂对铁酸铋薄膜结构及多铁性能的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/Si衬底上成功制备了BiFe_(1-x)Zn_(x)O_(3)(BFZO)(x=0、2%、4%、6%)(摩尔分数)薄膜,并系统研究了Zn掺杂对BiFeO_(3)(BFO)薄膜结构、表面形貌、漏电流密度、铁电及铁磁性能的影响。XRD图谱显示,所有样品... 采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/Si衬底上成功制备了BiFe_(1-x)Zn_(x)O_(3)(BFZO)(x=0、2%、4%、6%)(摩尔分数)薄膜,并系统研究了Zn掺杂对BiFeO_(3)(BFO)薄膜结构、表面形貌、漏电流密度、铁电及铁磁性能的影响。XRD图谱显示,所有样品均为钙钛矿结构,无其他杂质相引入。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试表明,当Zn掺杂量(x)为4%时,BFZO薄膜表现出均匀的细晶粒和更高的密度,有助于改善漏电流密度。漏电流密度曲线表明,在300 kV/cm的电场下,BiFe_(0.96)Zn_(0.04)O_(3)薄膜的漏电流密度(J)最低为1.56×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),比纯BFO薄膜的低3个数量级。同时,BiFe_(0.96)Zn_(0.04)O_(3)薄膜在室温下表现出较大的剩余极化(2Pr=20.91μC/cm^(2)),是BFO(2P_(r)=4.96μC/cm^(2))的4倍多。此外,Zn掺杂也增强了BFO薄膜的铁磁性能,随着Zn掺杂浓度的提高,BFZO薄膜的饱和磁化强度显著增强,使BiFeO_(3)薄膜在信息存储方面存在潜在的应用价值。 展开更多

Influence of modulated structure on magnetic properties of NdFeB/Co multilayer thin films

The Nd Fe B/Co multilayer films were prepared by magnetron sputtering. After that, the samples were annealed at 600 ℃ for 20 min. The surface morphology, phase structures and magnetic properties of Mo(50 nm)/[Nd F... The Nd Fe B/Co multilayer films were prepared by magnetron sputtering. After that, the samples were annealed at 600 ℃ for 20 min. The surface morphology, phase structures and magnetic properties of Mo(50 nm)/[Nd Fe B(100 nm)/Co(y)]×10/Mo(50 nm) thin films were researched by AFM, XRD and VSM, respectively. The results show that the films show stronger perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. When the thickness of Co layers is 10 nm, the coercivity Hc⊥ is the maximum, 295 k A/m. However, for y=10-20, the reduced remanence M/Ms of films has increased. When the thickness of Co layers is 20-30 nm, the Nd Fe B/Co multilayer films obtained more superior magnetic properties with M/Ms =0.95. 展开更多

The magnetic measurements of the single crystal of Mn3 single-molecule magnet under high pressure at T=2 K have been performed.We find both the antiferromagnetic intermolecular coupling parameter J and the effective energy barrier to vary compared with the measurements at low pressure.The increase of|J|is estimated to be 12%at 0.7 GPa when compared with that of0 GPa,whereas the effective energy barrier becomes smaller with increasing pressure.Our results demonstrate that the intermolecular interaction of single-molecule magnet can be changed by pressure.Compared with the normal magnetic alloy,the effect of pressure on the magnetic properties of Mn3 is much more prominent,which implies that Mn3 may have great potential in magnetic multifunctional material. 展开更多

Sr2Bi4Ti5O18(SBTi) single layered and Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 /Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3(SBTi/PZT) bilayered thin films have been prepared on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrates by pulsed-laser deposition(PLD).The related structural characterizations and electrical properties have been comparatively investigated.X-ray diffraction reveals that both films have crystallized into perovskite phases and scanning electron microscopy shows the sharp interfaces.Both films show well-saturated ferroelectric hysteresis loops,however,compared with the single layered SBTi films,the SBTi/PZT bilayered films have significantly increased remnant polarization(Pr) and decreased coercive field(Ec),with the applied field of 260 kV/cm.The measured Pr and Ec of SBTi and SBTi/PZT films were 7.9 C/cm 2,88.1 kV/cm and 13.0 C/cm 2,51.2 kV/cm,respectively.In addition,both films showed good fatigue-free characteristics,the switchable polarization decreased by 9% and 11% of the initial values after 2.2 10 9 switching cycles for the SBTi single layered films and the SBTi/PZT bilayered films,respectively.Our results may provide some guidelines for further optimization of multilayered ferroelectric thin films. 展开更多
