基于实时温控系统的湿式制动器控制优化

为了解决重载车辆基于实时温控系统湿式制动器在制动过程中力矩波动性大、冲击大及整车舒适性差等问题,对车辆制动过程实时温控系统湿式制动器的冲击度与滑磨功进行分析,并结合驾驶员制动意愿,提出一种针对实时温控系统湿式制动器力矩... 为了解决重载车辆基于实时温控系统湿式制动器在制动过程中力矩波动性大、冲击大及整车舒适性差等问题,对车辆制动过程实时温控系统湿式制动器的冲击度与滑磨功进行分析,并结合驾驶员制动意愿,提出一种针对实时温控系统湿式制动器力矩、冲击度及占空比进行优化控制的制动控制策略。在急刹车和缓刹车工况下进行制动,实时温控系统湿式制动器电磁阀占空比呈现阶梯式增加的趋势,且优化控制后占空比减小;通过对湿式制动器制动过程进行优化控制后,重载车辆实时温控系统湿式制动器能够较好依据驾驶员意愿对制动扭矩及电磁阀占空比进行调整,提高了其制动舒适性。 展开更多

温度是影响刹车片性能的一个重要的环境变量,它直接制约着刹车片的制动性、耐磨性等各方面的性能。为了提高汽车行车制动安全,一方面可从材料上提高其制动性、耐磨性,另一方面也可利用现代电子技术引入刹车片实时温控的概念改善刹车片... 温度是影响刹车片性能的一个重要的环境变量,它直接制约着刹车片的制动性、耐磨性等各方面的性能。为了提高汽车行车制动安全,一方面可从材料上提高其制动性、耐磨性,另一方面也可利用现代电子技术引入刹车片实时温控的概念改善刹车片工作性能。文中提出了一个利用AT89C2051单片机对温度传感器MAX6577输出的信号频率进行计算处理,控制引自汽车水箱的冷却管线上的电磁阀开关,从而实现汽车刹车片温度实时监控的设计方案。该设计包括温度控制,水箱液位检测和报警等内容。 展开更多

针对电动车保暖手套在电动车行车过程中受到行驶速度、气温、风速等非线性因素的影响,传统PID的控制参数无法自适应调节,难以满足电动车手套对温度自适应调节的需求,提出了一种基于自适应模糊PID控制的电动车手套控温保暖系统。根据模... 针对电动车保暖手套在电动车行车过程中受到行驶速度、气温、风速等非线性因素的影响,传统PID的控制参数无法自适应调节,难以满足电动车手套对温度自适应调节的需求,提出了一种基于自适应模糊PID控制的电动车手套控温保暖系统。根据模糊规则对电动车手套实际温度与设定温度之间的误差和误差变化率进行模糊推理,得到系统控制参数Kp、Ki、Kd的增量ΔKp、ΔKi、ΔKd,从而进一步调整Kp、Ki、Kd,以满足不同环境下手套对温度自适应调节的需求。该系统采用STM32F103C8T6单片机、语音识别播报模块、人体感应模块等进行硬件设计、软件开发和实验验证,结果表明:该系统相比传统PID控制显著提高了电动车手套对温度控制的精度,且系统超调量少、鲁棒性强,对提高不同环境下的实时温控系统的可靠性和提升电动车手套的穿戴舒适性具有重要意义。 展开更多

Real-time horizontality adjusting and control system of a large platform applied to satellite experiment

In order to satisfy a satellite horizontality requirement in an experiment, it is indispensable to monitor and adjust the horizontality of a large platform loading the satellite under the condition of ultra-low temperature with real time. So the control system design and control strategy are described in detail to accomplish the horizontality monitoring and adjusting. The system adopts the industry control computer as the upper computer and the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the lower computer. The upper computer that bases on industry configuration software IFIX takes charge of monitoring the platform and puts forward the control strategy. PLC takes charge of receiving the adjusting instructions and controlling the legs moving to accomplish the horizontality adjusting. The horizontality adjusting strategy is emphasized and the concept of grads is introduced to establish a mathematics model of the platform inclined state, so the adjusting method is obtained. Accordingly the key question of the automatic horizontality adjusting is solved in this control system. 展开更多

ln-situ transmission electron microscopy in combination with a heating stage has been employed to real-time monitor varia- tions of δ-phase MnO2 nanoflowers in terms of their morphology and crystalline structures upo... ln-situ transmission electron microscopy in combination with a heating stage has been employed to real-time monitor varia- tions of δ-phase MnO2 nanoflowers in terms of their morphology and crystalline structures upon thermal annealing at elevated temperatures up to -665 ℃. High-temperature annealing drives the diffusion of the small δ-MnO2 nanocrystallites within short distances less than 15 nm and the fusion of the adjacent δ-MnO: nanocrystallites, leading to the formation of larger crystalline domains including highly crystalline nanorods. The annealed nanoflowers remain their overall flower-like morphology while they are converted to α-MnO2. The preferred transformation of the δ-MnO2 to the α-MnO2 can be ascribed to the close lattice spacing of most crystalline lattices between δ-MnO2 and α-MnO2, that might lead to a possible epitaxial growth of ct-MnO2 lattices on the 8-MnO2 lattices during the thermal annealing process. 展开更多
