基于偶氮配体的一类配位不饱和建筑块分子的合成、结构和荧光性质研究

合成一种偶氮羧酸类配体(E)-3-(5-羧乙基-2-羟基苯)偶氮烯基苯甲酸(H 2L),采用液相溶剂分散法,在室温下分别与醋酸钴和醋酸锰进行自组装反应,获得了同构的2个配位不饱和建筑块分子[Co(HL)2(H 2O)4]·2H 2O(1)和[Mn(HL)2(H 2O)4]... 合成一种偶氮羧酸类配体(E)-3-(5-羧乙基-2-羟基苯)偶氮烯基苯甲酸(H 2L),采用液相溶剂分散法,在室温下分别与醋酸钴和醋酸锰进行自组装反应,获得了同构的2个配位不饱和建筑块分子[Co(HL)2(H 2O)4]·2H 2O(1)和[Mn(HL)2(H 2O)4]·2H 2O(2)。通过红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析等检测手段对配合物的结构进行了表征。1和2的单晶结构研究表明:配体上的两个羧基中只有苯乙酸基团与金属离子形成了配位键,苯甲酸基团不参与配位,使其有望成为配位化学中的配位不饱和建筑块分子。荧光光谱分析表明:两个配合物都在420 nm附近存在低浓度下的荧光发射且高浓度下荧光猝灭。在溶液中测定了该类配合物对铕离子的荧光猝灭作用,并得到了配合物与铕离子在3∶2时的最大猝灭。结果表明,合成的配位不饱和建筑块分子可以作为一种可修饰的次级建筑单元(SBU)与其他金属离子发生配位,从而展现出丰富的反应活性和更加多样的结构。配合物的CCDC号:1942960(1),1942961(2)。 展开更多

选择A、B、C三类贴块试样,分别涂覆1~2层含氟水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶粘剂(WPUA)、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酰胺(VAc-BA-AM)三元共聚乳液胶粘剂、水泥。以扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)检测结果为依据,进行吸水率、阻水性、渗水性、剪切... 选择A、B、C三类贴块试样,分别涂覆1~2层含氟水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶粘剂(WPUA)、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酰胺(VAc-BA-AM)三元共聚乳液胶粘剂、水泥。以扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)检测结果为依据,进行吸水率、阻水性、渗水性、剪切性和界面拉拔性等防水性能试验研究。研究结果表明:涂覆WPUA胶粘剂的试样吸水率显著低于涂覆水泥试样,且浸水20 d后,涂覆双层WPUA的A和B类贴块的吸水率仅为控制组的5.8%和5.1%;涂覆双层WPUA试样在水压力0.1~0.3 MPa下,1 h内无渗水现象且应力无减弱,而涂覆双层VAc-BA-AM三元共聚乳液胶粘剂和水泥的试样均有不同程度渗水和应力减弱;涂覆三种防水粘接材料试样的抗拉性能、抗剪性能对高温敏感性大小依次为:WPUA>VAc-BA-AM三元共聚乳液胶粘剂>水泥;WPUA胶粘剂防水性能较佳,无论是在吸水率和阻水性试验、剪切试验、拉拔试验和渗水试验中,都比另外两种防水粘接材料的防水性能强,因此WPUA胶粘剂可作为防水粘接材料用在建筑表面贴块结合层。 展开更多

Facing the innovation technology in building construction, the designer has the option in selecting the type of system construction and building materials. There is a big question for the designer and owner on how to evaluate the quality material to meet the technical requirements as building construction reliability. By demand to provide a low cost house, there is need for improving structure model and material construction for residents. When material cost takes 60%-70% of total construction cost, it is important to select the appropriate building material. Currently the innovation of material building for main frame and wall component has present for residential projects in Indonesia. Attempt to replace the traditional material such as brick or pozzolan lime concrete block is developed a new material include utilization of coal combustion waste for concrete block, lightweight concrete, or prefab panel wall. This paper presents the research result to develop a tool support for material and system construction selecting that facilitates the selection an optimal material for a simple house construction. A multi-criteria decision method is used based on performance criteria such as economy, reliability, comfort and eco-friend. 展开更多

Solar Collectors of Buildings Facade Based on Aluminum Heat Pipes with Colored Coating

A variety of liquid thermal solar collectors designs used for water heating have been developed by the previous researchers. But the majority of them do not meet the requirements on small weight, easy assembling and installing, versatility, scalability and adaptability of the design, which are particularly important when they are facade integrated. In order to avoid the above mentioned drawbacks of the liquid thermal collectors, the authors propose to apply to them extruded aluminum alloy made heat pipes of originally designed cross-sectional profile with wide fins and longitudinal grooves. Such solar collectors could be a good solution for building facade and roof integration, because they are assembled of several standard and independent, hermetically sealed and light-weight modules, easy mounted and "dry" connected to the main pipeline. At that, their thermal performances are not worse than of the other known ones made of heavier and more expensive copper with higher thermal conductance, or having entire rigid designs. Some variants of the developed solar collectors shaping of the assembled modules for building facade or roof integration are proposed. Variously colored coatings to the absorbers are developed and made of carbon-siliceous nano-composites by means of sol-gel method. Their optical performances were compared with "anodized black". It is stated that colored coatings have a good prospect in thermal SCs (solar collectors) adaptation to building facades decoration, but the works on study and upgrade of their performances should be continued. 展开更多

We prove that, for any n 〉 2, the classes of FPn-injective modules and of FPn-flat modules are both covering and preenveloping over any ring R. This includes the case of FP∞-injective and FP∞-flat modules (i.e., absolutely clean and, respectively, level modules). Then we consider a generalization of the class of (strongly) Gorenstein flat modules, i.e., the (strongly) Gorenstein AC-flat modules (cycles of exact complexes of flat modules that remain exact when tensored with any absolutely clean module). We prove that some of the properties of Gorenstein fiat modules extend to the class of Gorenstein AC-flat modules; for example, we show that this class is precovering over any ring R. We also show that (as in the case of Gorenstein flat modules) every Gorenstein AC-flat module is a direct summand of a strongly Gorenstein AC-flat module. When R is such that the class of Gorenstein AC-flat modules is closed under extensions, the converse is also true. We clarify the relation between the subcategory D_(hf)~b(A) of homological finite objects in D^b(A)and the subcategory K^b(P) of perfect complexes in D^b(A), by giving two classes of abelian categories A with enough projective objects such that D_(hf)~b(A) = K^b(P), and finding an example such that D_(hf)~b(A)≠K^b(P). We realize the bounded derived category D^b(A) as a Verdier quotient of the relative derived category D_C^b(A), where C is an arbitrary resolving contravariantly finite subcategory of A. Using this relative derived categories, we get categorical resolutions of a class of bounded derived categories of module categories of infinite global dimension.We prove that if an Artin algebra A of infinite global dimension has a module T with inj.dimT <∞ such that ~⊥T is finite, then D^b(modA) admits a categorical resolution; and that for a CM(Cohen-Macaulay)-finite Gorenstein algebra, such a categorical resolution is weakly crepant. 展开更多

The thermal stability,glass-forming ability(GFA) and mechanical properties of Zr60Al15Ni25xTMx(TM = Cu,Fe and Co,x = 0-10) bulk metallic glasses(BMGs) were systematically investigated.Additional 5-10 at.% Cu greatly enhances the thermal stability and GFA of the base alloy.Zr60Al15Ni15Cu10 BMG exhibits the largest supercooled liquid region of 104 K and critical diameter of 18 mm.However,addition of 5-10 at.% Fe or Co decrease the thermal stability and GFA.In addition,the plasticity of the BMG can be improved by adding of Cu,while the strength is decreased slightly.Zr60Al15Ni20Cu5 BMG has the largest plastic strain of 5.5% with a yield stress of 1755 MPa and Young's modulus of 83 GPa.Addition of Co brings an increase of strength but a lower of plasticity,and additional Fe reduces the strength and plasticity simultaneously. 展开更多

Elevated working temperatures reduce the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs), and effective temperature regulation protects them from the undesirable efficiency loss. In this work, a semi-transparent DSC module equipped with a cooling sys- tem was designed and constructed for application in buildings, the temperature and output performance of the modules with or without cooling treatment were investigated. The test results showed the cooling system could noticeably improve the power generation and reduce the module temperature. Moreover, we established a mathematical model to analyze the modules' ther- mal performances, and introduced the concept of cooling efficiency to evaluate the cooling effect. The model accuracy have been validated utilizing measured data, and the effects of channel depth and mass flow rate on the module temperature and cooling efficiency were further theoretically studied. The combined DSC module has been found to have a good application prospect in building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV), and the numerical results are important in system design. 展开更多
