海上水平井裸眼充填防砂作业中,通常利用反循环单流阀的开关实现流道转换,完成封隔器验封和循环充填等作业。针对渤海油田开发过程中小井眼充填防砂要求,研制了一种新型反循环单流阀,结合工具结构原理和管柱施工工艺,给出了工具设计准... 海上水平井裸眼充填防砂作业中,通常利用反循环单流阀的开关实现流道转换,完成封隔器验封和循环充填等作业。针对渤海油田开发过程中小井眼充填防砂要求,研制了一种新型反循环单流阀,结合工具结构原理和管柱施工工艺,给出了工具设计准则。采用有限元分析方法研究了槽长、槽宽和槽个数对工具负荷卡爪和弹性卡爪开关力的影响,并优选出工具结构参数方案。通过室内整机试验对优选方案进行开关力和开关性能测试,室内测试表明,在推拉速度0.1~0.2 m/s、开关次数15次的情况下,实现负荷卡爪过密封筒的力为30~35 kN;弹性卡爪的开关力为18~21 kN;负荷卡爪过密封筒的摩擦力为3~5 kN,工具开关测试成功率达到100%。现场应用结果显示:新型反循环单流阀成功完成3次开关动作,开关负荷显示明显,开关力及开关性能与室内试验结果吻合,技术指标满足海上油田的需求,具有一定的推广价值。 展开更多

Utilizing the character of chaos, the sensitivity to the initial conditions, the concept and the structure of so-called chaotic transducer based on Tent map is provided in this paper creatively. The possibility of applying the basic theory of symbolic dynamics to the measurement is presented and proved. Then, the theoretical model of chaotic transducer is realized by using the switched capacitor and the basic experimental results are given. The transducer has such characters as high sensitivity, resolution, the simple structure and combining signal amplification with A/D. The new area of the application of chaos is exploited. By using LPCVD SiO 2 and poly silicon as sacrificial layer and cantilever respectively,a poly silicon micromachined RF MEMS(radio frequency microelectronic mechanical system) switch is fabricated.During the fabrication process,the stress of poly silicon is released to prevent poly silicon membrane from bending,and the issue of compatibility between RF switch and IC process technology is also resolved.The low residual tensile stress poly silicon cantilever is obtained by the optimization.The switch is tested,and the preliminary test results show:the pull down voltage is 89V,and the switch speed is about 5μs.The switch provides the potential to build a new fully monolithic integrated RF MEMS for radar and communications applications. 展开更多

A DC to 5GHz series MEMS switch is designed and fabricated for wireless communication applications,and thermal effect and power handling of the series switch are discussed.The switch is made on glass substrate,and gold platinum contact is used to get a stable and little insert loss.From DC to 5GHz,0 6dB insertion loss,30dB isolation,and 30μs delay are demonstrated.Thermal effect of the switch is tested in 85℃ and -55℃ atmosphere separately.From DC to 4GHz,the insert loss of the switch increases 0 2dB in 85℃ and 0 4dB in -55℃,while the isolation holds the same value as that in room temperature.To measure the power handling capability of the switch,we applied a continuous RF power increasing from 10dBm to 35 1dBm with the step of 1 0dBm across the switch at 4GHz.The switch keeps working and shows a decrease of the insert loss for 0 1~0 6dB.The maximum continuous power handling (35 1dBm,about 3 24W) is higer than the reported value of shunt switch (about 420mW),which implies series switches have much better power handling capability. 展开更多

Hydraulic butterfly valves have been widely applied in marine engineering because of their large switching torque, low pressure loss and suitability for large and medium diameter pipelines. Due to control problems resulting from switching angular speeds of the hydraulic butterfly valve, a throttle-governing control mode has been widely adopted, and detailed analysis has been carried out worldwide on the structural principle concerning speed-regulation and the load torque on the shaft while opening or closing a hydraulic butterfly valve. However relevant reports have yet been published on the change law, the error and the influencing factors of the rotational angular velocity of the hydraulic butterfly valve while opening and closing. In this article, research was based on some common specifications of a hydraulic butterfly valve with a symmetrical valve flap existing in a marine environment. The throttle governing system supplied by the accumulator to achieve the switching of the hydraulic control valve was adopted, and the mathematical models of the system were established in the actual conditions while the numerical simulations took place. The simulation results and analysis show that the rotational angular velocity and the error of the hydraulic butterfly valve while switching is influenced greatly by the drainage amount of the accumulator, resulting in pressure loss in the pipeline, the temperature of hydraulic medium and the load of the hydraulic butterfly valve. The simulation results and analysis provide a theoretical basis for the choice of the total capacity of the accumulator and pipeline diameters in a throttle governing system with a hydraulic butterfly valve.It also determines the type and specification of the hydraulic butterfly valve and the design of motion parameters of the transported fluid. 展开更多

A kind of structure and a design method using transmission voltage-switch theory for pulse-triggered flip-flops were proposed,which are suitable for all kinds of pulse-triggered flip-flops and no extra techniques are needed to eliminate the switching activities of internal nodes.Based on the proposed structure and design technique,two pulsed flip-flops were implemented and simulated.The proposed pulsed flip-flops have simple circuit structures.HSPICE simulation shows that the proposed pulsed D flip-flop outperforms the conventional pulsed D flip-flop by 17.2% in delay and 30.1% in power-delay-product(PDP) and the proposed pulsed JK flip-flop has low power and small PDP compared with pulsed D pulsed flip-flops,confirming that the proposed structure and design technique are simple and practical. 展开更多

There is a relatively complex flow state inside the high speed on-off valve,which often produces low pressure area and oil reflux in the high-speed opening and closing process of the spool,causing cavitation and vortex and other phenomena.These phenomena will affect the stability of the internal flow field of the plate valve and the flow characteristics of the high speed on-off valve.Aiming at the problems of small flow rate and instability of internal flow field,a new spool structure was designed.The flow field models of two-hole and three-hole plate spools with different openings were established,and software ANSYS Workbench was chosen to mesh the model.The standard k−εturbulence model was selected for numerical simulation using FLUENT software.The pressure distribution and velocity distribution under the same pressure and different opening degree were obtained.The structure and parameters of the optimization model were also obtained.The stability analysis of flow field under different pressure was carried out.The results demonstrate that the three-hole spool has a similar flow field change with the two-hole spool,but it does not create a low pressure zone,and the three-hole spool can work stably at 2 MPa or less.This method improves the appearance of low pressure area and oil backflow in the process of high speed opening and closing of spool.The stability of flow field and the flow rate of high speed switch valve are improved.Finally,the products designed in this paper are compared with existing hydraulic valve products.The results show that the three-hole plate type high speed on-off valve designed in this paper maintains the stability of the internal flow field under the condition of 200 Hz and large opening degree,and realizes the increase of flow rate. 展开更多

Obviously, these functions are harmonic but using power converters they can be strongly non-harmonic, sometimes piecewise constants with zero spaces between them. Then, one deals with power series of time pulses. The impulse switching functions which are orthogonal ones can be derived from these series. The new impulse switching functions are created using Z-transform, inverse Z-transform and numerical series/sequences. AIM To determine the role of G0/G1 switch gene 2(G0 S2) and its transcriptional regulation in palmitate-induced hepatic lipid accumulation.METHODS Hep G2 cells were treated with palmitate,or palmitate in combination with CCAAT/enhancer binding protein(C/EBP)β si RNA or G0 S2 si RNA. The m RNA expression of C/EBPβ,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR)γ and PPARγ target genes(G0 S2,GPR81,GPR109 A and Adipoq) was examined by q PCR. The protein expression of C/EBPβ,PPARγ,and G0 S2 was determined by Western blotting. Lipid accumulation was detected with Oil Red O staining and quantified by absorbance value of the extracted Oil Red O dye. Lipolysis was evaluated by measuring the amount of glycerol released into the medium. RESULTS Palmitate caused a dose-dependent increase in lipid accumulation and a dose-dependent decrease in lipolysis in Hep G2 cells. In addition,palmitate increased the m RNA expression of C/EBPβ,PPARγ,and PPARγ target genes(G0 S2,GPR81,GPR109 A,and Adipoq) and the protein expression of C/EBPβ,PPARγ,and G0 S2 in a dose-dependent manner. Knockdown of C/EBPβ decreased palmitate-induced PPARγ and its target genes(G0 S2,GPR81,GPR109 A,and Adipoq) m RNA expression and palmitate-induced PPARγ and G0 S2 protein expression in Hep G2 cells. Knockdown of C/EBPβ also attenuated lipid accumulation and augmented lipolysis in palmitate-treated Hep G2 cells. G0 S2 knockdown attenuated lipid accumulation and augmented lipolysis,while G0 S2 knockdown had no effects on the m RNA expression of C/EBPβ,PPARγ,and PPARγ target genes(GPR81,GPR109 A and Adipoq) in palmitate-treated Hep G2 cells. CONCLUSION Palmitate can induce lipid accumulation in Hep G2 cells by activating C/EBPβ-mediated G0 S2 expression. 展开更多

Manpower training and development are crucial to productivity in every industry including the media industry. The role of educational institutions in the production of skilled manpower cannot be over-emphasized. But because there exists a gap in the industry between skill requirements and the product offered by the institutions, productivity would be sacrificed. The field of journalism in Nigeria is experiencing a skill gap between what the institutions offer and what is needed in the industry. This paper examines the causes of skill gap in journalism training and the operation requirements on the field in the media industry. The paper observes that culturally relevant curriculum is not designed and implemented in Nigerian journalism schools. Also the training does not catch up with the technological requirements of the 21st century. While still battling with the fundamental challenges of training in the areas of curriculum development, another one arises: the introduction of digitization to the industry. Indeed, the issue of skill gap will always be there as long as there will be innovations, except that concerted efforts are made b'y all stakeholders to catch up with the ever dynamic trends in the advanced world.
