In this paper, an image fusion method based on the filter banks is proposed for merging a high-resolution panchromatic image and a low-resolution multispectral image. Firstly, the filter banks are designed to merge different signals with minimum distortion by using cosine modulation. Then, the filter banks-based image fusion is adopted to obtain a high-resolution multispectral image that combines the spectral characteristic of low-resolution data with the spatial resolution of the panchromatic image. Finally, two different experiments and corresponding performance analysis are presented. Experimental results indicate that the proposed approach outperforms the HIS transform, discrete wavelet transform and discrete wavelet frame. 展开更多

According to the sequential maximum a posteriori probability (SMAP) rule, this paper proposes a novel multi-scale Bayesian texture segmentation algorithm based on the wavelet domain Hidden Markov Tree (HMT) model. In the proposed scheme, interscale label transition probability is directly defined and resoled by an EM algorithm. In order to smooth out the variations in the homogeneous regions, intrascale context information is considered. A Gaussian mixture model (GMM) in the redundant wavelet domain is also exploited to formulate the pixel-level statistical features of texture pattern so as to avoid the influence of the variance of pixel brightness. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the state-of-the-art HMTSeg method and evaluated by the experiment results. 展开更多

This paper proposes to use substrate materials of small electromechanical coupling coefficient k2 (such as X-112YLiTaO3) to manufacture wavelet transform element of SAW type so as to reduce finger reflections, i.e. to reduce the error of wavelet transform element of SAW type. And it is concluded that the smaller the center frequency of the transmitting IDT of wavelet type, the smaller the error. We suggest to choose substrate material with electromechanica coupling coefficient smaller than that of X-112Y LiTaO3 in the manufacture of the transmitting IDTs of wavelet type and the receiving IDTs at center frequencies above 100MHZ, so as to reduce the errors of the transmitting IDTs of wavelet type and the receiving IDTs at center frequencies above 100MHZ. 展开更多
