Through questionnaire surveys and interviews, female teachers from different types of universities, disciplines, and professional titles were surveyed. The results showed that heavy teaching tasks, fierce competition in scientific research, and difficulties in balancing family and work were the main sources of stress, and there were differences in the degree of stress among female teachers of different ages and professional titles. Stress has a negative impact on the physical and mental health, teaching, and career development of female teachers. The study analyzes the sources of stress, summarizes their characteristics, and proposes coping strategies from the perspectives of individuals, policy systems, and campus cultural environment, aiming to provide reference for alleviating the psychological pressure of female teachers in universities, promoting their physical and mental health and career development.展开更多
目的:观察基于微笑行动的语言训练对唇腭裂患儿心理压力和颌面部美观度的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2022年6月笔者医院104例唇腭裂患儿,按照数字表法随机分为两组,均行手术治疗,对照组围术期予以常规护理干预,观察组于其基础上进行基于...目的:观察基于微笑行动的语言训练对唇腭裂患儿心理压力和颌面部美观度的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2022年6月笔者医院104例唇腭裂患儿,按照数字表法随机分为两组,均行手术治疗,对照组围术期予以常规护理干预,观察组于其基础上进行基于微笑行动的语言训练,比较两组干预前后儿童焦虑情绪筛查量表(Screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders,SCARED)评分、儿童抑郁症状自评量表(Depression self-rating scale for children,DSRSC)评分、Achenbach儿童行为量表(Child behavior checklist,CBCL)评分、颌面部美观满意度。结果:观察组干预后SCARED中惊恐、学校焦虑、广泛性焦虑、社交焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组干预前后分离性焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后DSRSC中积极项目评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),消极项目评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后男性CBCL评分、女性CBCL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿颌面部美观满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微笑行动的语言训练可有效减少唇腭裂患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻心理压力,改善患儿行为问题,提高其颌面部美观满意度。展开更多
