The development and deployment of privary preserving supply chain quantity discount contract design can allow supply chain collaborations to take place without revealing any participant's data to others, reaping the benefits of collaborations wbile avoiding the drawbacks of privacy information disclosure. First, secure multi-party computation protocols are applied in the joint-ordering policy between a single supplier and a single retailer, the joint-ordering policy can be conducted without disclosing private cost information of any of the other supply chain partners. Secondly, secure multi-party computation protocols are applied in the privacy preserving supply chain quantity discount contract design between a single supplier and a single retailer. The information disclosure analyses of the algorithm show that: the optimal quantity discount of the jointordering policy can be conducted without disclosing private cost information of any of the other supply chain partners; the above protocol can be implemented without mediators; the privacy preserving quantity discount algorithm can be mutually verifiable and has solved the problem of asymmetric information. 展开更多

顶驱中心管螺纹连接可靠性直接决定了钻井作业的效率,为降低事故发生率,有必要对中心管螺纹的力学性能和连接强度进行研究。基于弹塑性力学理论、虚功原理、Von Mises屈服准则、中心管材料本构模型试验研究结果,建立了二维轴对称有限元... 顶驱中心管螺纹连接可靠性直接决定了钻井作业的效率,为降低事故发生率,有必要对中心管螺纹的力学性能和连接强度进行研究。基于弹塑性力学理论、虚功原理、Von Mises屈服准则、中心管材料本构模型试验研究结果,建立了二维轴对称有限元模型,获得了中心管螺纹接头的应力分布规律,通过钻具接头胀扣试验验证了有限元分析结果的可靠性。结合现场失效的管螺纹,分析了在紧扣圈数、轴向载荷工况下的应力分布以及管体变形情况。结果表明,过大的预紧载荷和轴向拉力易引起螺纹牙粘扣和管体剧烈变形。在此基础上对不同预紧状态和摩擦系数下的接头进行了分析,考察其在复合载荷作用时对应力分布的影响规律,得出其对牙体断裂风险、滑脱失效及抗粘扣性能等具有极大的影响。 展开更多

Experiments were carried out for a clamped rectangular aluminum plate to study the dynamic and acoustic behaviors in both pre-and post-buckling ranges under thermal loads.Plate temperature was elevated from ambient value to the level above the theoretical critical buckling temperature of the plate.In the whole test temperature range,the measured frequencies decreased to the minimum values in sequence,and then turned to increase as temperature rose.The softening effect of thermal stresses played the leading role in the decreasing stage and the stiffening effect of thermal buckling deflection became the major influence factor in the increasing stage.The later one could drive the temperature equilibrium point of the heated plate to move towards lower temperature range.All the frequencies would not drop to zero due to the inherent initial deflection which provides additional stiffness to the plate.Dynamic responses state two variation trends in different temperature ranges,shifting toward the lower frequency range and closing up in the mid-frequency range.The characters of spectrum responses changed gradually as the temperature was elevated.Numerical simulations gave predictions with same variation trend as the test results. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects on the brain using three needling manipulations(twirling, lifting-thrusting, and twirling plus lifting-thrusting)when the right-side Zusanli(ST 36) acupoint was stimulated with needles.METHODS: Seventeen healthy subjects accepted three needling manipulations stimulating the right Zusanli(ST 36) over separate days. Functional magnetic resonance imaging was used to detect changes in the brain during the manipulations, and then the needling sensations were recorded using the MGH acupuncture sensation scale(MASS) after each scan. f MRI data were processed using Statistical Parametric Mapping 8 to analyze the positiveand negative activation in the brain induced by different acupuncture manipulations.RESULTS: The individual needling sensations showed no statistically significant differences among the three manipulations. However, the MASS index showed that lifting-thrusting > twirling plus lifting-thrusting > twirling. Lifting-thrusting activated left premotor cortex, left postcentral,right middle frontal gyrus, left inferior frontal gyrus,right lingual gyrus, left insula, right putamen, bilateral cingulate gyrus and right cerebellum; and deactivated bilateral hippocampus and left caudate.Twirling activated bilateral orbital middle frontal gyrus, left opercular and triangular inferior frontal gyrus, and right middle occipital gyrus; and deactivated bilateral precuneus, right amygdala, left anterior cingulate gyrus, right inferior temporal gyrus,right middle frontal gyrus, right supplementary motor gyrus, and left postcentral. Twirling plus lifting-thrusting activated bilateral postcentral, left inferior occipital gyrus, left insula, left thalamus, left cingulate gyrus, and right putamen; and deactivated right superior frontal gyrus, right superior parietal gyrus, right temporal gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus, right insula, and left lingual gyrus. Pairwise comparisons of the three manipulations showed that signals induced by lifting-thrusting were the strongest, especially in the limbic system,followed by twirling plus lifting-thrusting; twirling alone was the weakest.CONCLUSION: Three methods of needling manipulations similarly activated areas associated with the somatosensory system, vision, cognition, and emotional regulation. This may have significant implications for acupuncture in clinical practice. 展开更多
