为实现直流互击式喷注单元雾化过程的数值求解并探究结构及工作参数对雾化特性的影响规律,基于一种树形自适应加密算法与流体容积(Volume-of-Fluid,VOF)方法实现了雾化过程的准直接数值模拟。计算得到了两股射流由喷射到撞击形成液膜,... 为实现直流互击式喷注单元雾化过程的数值求解并探究结构及工作参数对雾化特性的影响规律,基于一种树形自适应加密算法与流体容积(Volume-of-Fluid,VOF)方法实现了雾化过程的准直接数值模拟。计算得到了两股射流由喷射到撞击形成液膜,液膜进一步破碎形成液丝、液滴的全过程,获得了液膜的破碎长度、液滴的Sauter平均直径、雾化频率等雾化特性参数。通过将典型算例的计算结果与试验数据进行对比验证了计算的有效性,给出了数值求解精度。探讨了撞击波的形成机理,分析了雾场液滴的尺寸分布规律,撞击夹角、孔径比、射流速度、动量比对雾化特性的影响规律。结果表明:所采用的算法可以实现多相、多尺度雾化过程的数值求解;撞击波的形成是由于两股射流撞击时惯性力的不完全对称导致的;雾场液滴的尺寸分布近似服从Rosin-Rammler分布;撞击夹角的增大与射流速度的提高导致液膜的破碎长度减小,液滴的平均粒径减小,撞击夹角增大雾化频率呈减小的趋势,射流速度提高雾化频率呈增大的趋势;动量比为1而孔径比不为1时会形成凹形液膜,雾场存在一定程度的偏斜;动量比主要影响雾场的偏斜程度。 展开更多

Pressure fluctuation in the submerged circulative impinging stream reactor (SCISR) is studied by measuring the dynamic pressure with micro pressure sensors of high accuracy, with water as the process material. Experimental results show that the maximum amplitude of fluctuation can be up to about 1.6kPa. On the power spectra the fluctuation is relatively concentrated in the range of 〈1000Hz, with some weak peeks in acoustic wave range. The space profile of intensive fluctuation region in the reactor is determined. The region is found to take the form of a couple truncated cones of empty core, with coincided bottoms, and is symmetrical with respect to the impinging plane and approximately symmetrical about the axis, essentially independent of u0. The integral intensity of fluctuation increases as the impinging velocity, Uo increasing. 展开更多

This paper presents the probability distribution of the slamming pressure from an experimental study of regular wave slamming on an elastically supported horizontal deck. The time series of the slamming pressure during the wave impact were first obtained through statistical analyses on experimental data. The exceeding probability distribution of the maximum slamming pressure peak and distribution parameters were analyzed, and the results show that the exceeding probability distribution of the maximum slamming pressure peak accords with the three-parameter Weibull distribution. Furthermore, the range and relationships of the distribution parameters were studied. The sum of the location parameter D and the scale parameter L was approximately equal to 1.0, and the exceeding probability was more than 36.79% when the random peak was equal to the sample average during the wave impact. The variation of the distribution parameters and slamming pressure under different model conditions were comprehensively presented, and the parameter values of the Weibull distribution of wave-slamming pressure peaks were different due to different test models. The parameter values were found to decrease due to the increased stiffness of the elastic support. The damage criterion of the structure model caused by the wave impact was initially discussed, and the structure model was destroyed when the average slamming time was greater than a certain value during the duration of the wave impact. Over the past decades, there has been continual construction of sea-crossing bridges as the technology of transportation improves. The probability of bridge pier being subjected to more vehicular impact is also growing. This study performed scale model tests and analyzed a collision mechanism considering the non-navigable span of a sea-crossing bridge in East China Sea as an engineering background. Comparing the test results with the finite element calculations, the dynamic response of the sample bridge and local damages of the fragile components under impact force were evaluated. Subsequently, the time-frequency characteristics of the vibration signal were analyzed based on wavelet packet analysis, and the multi-resolution characteristics as well as energy distribution of the vibration signal were discussed. It was observed that the impact energy transferred from ship to pier during the period of collision distributed different frequency bands with varying characteristics. The main frequency band(0–62.5 Hz) contains more than 75% of the vibration energy. The analysis can provide a basis for structural damage identification after the collision and anti-collision design of bridges. 展开更多

Nonlinear structures of lower hybrid wave in collision plasmas are studied using the two-fluid theory.The oscillatory shock wave is observed due to the effects of the electron-neutral collision and the density inhomogeneity.In the cold electron limit,the oscillatory shock wave becomes the ordinary shock wave.In the collisionless limit,the dominated equation becomes Kd V equation and the lower hybrid solitons arise.The amplitude of the nonlinear structure is depressed by the plasma inhomogeneity,but is hardly affected by the electron-neutral collision. 展开更多
