基于传统敏感性因子的定义及可靠性向量的概念,提出了两类敏感性概念,定义了因子敏感性矩阵;针对复杂大型结构计算的特点,给出了增量形式的因子敏感性矩阵,并进一步提出了敏感性曲面的概念。ANSYS PDS(ANSYS Probabilistic Design Syst... 基于传统敏感性因子的定义及可靠性向量的概念,提出了两类敏感性概念,定义了因子敏感性矩阵;针对复杂大型结构计算的特点,给出了增量形式的因子敏感性矩阵,并进一步提出了敏感性曲面的概念。ANSYS PDS(ANSYS Probabilistic Design System)技术可以很方便地对上述两类敏感性进行定量分析。算例以一座运营了10年,主跨83.6 m的钢管混凝土拱桥为对象,用ANSYS PDS对其进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明,文中提出的两类敏感性概念可直观全面的反映各因素对结构可靠性的影响,ANSYS PDS可有效分析结构的两类敏感性问题。 展开更多

The hot workability of 7085 aluminum alloys with different initial microstructures (as-homogenized and as-solution treated) was studied by isothermal compression tests at the deformation temperature ranging from 300 to 450 ℃ and the strain rate ranging from 0.0001 to 1 s 1. The strain rate sensitivity of the alloy was evaluated and used for establishing the power dissipation maps and instability maps on the basis of the flow stress data. The results show that the efficiency of power dissipation for the as-homogenized alloy is lower than that of the as-solution treated alloy. The deformation parameters of the dynamic recrystallization for the as-homogenized and as-solution treated alloy occur at 400 ℃, 0.01 s i and 450 ℃, 0.001 s-1, respectively. The flow instability region of the as-homogenized alloy is narrower than that of the as-solution treated alloy. These differences of the alloys with two different initial microstructures on the processing maps are mainly related to the dynamic precipitation characteristics. 展开更多

Studies on susceptibility to debris flows at regional scale (ioo-looo km2) are important for the protection and management of mountain areas. To reach this objective, routing models, mainly based on land topography, can be used to predict susceptible areas rapidly while necessitating few input data. In this research, Flow-R model is implemented to create the susceptibility map for the debris flow of the Vizze Valley (BZ, North-Eastern Italy; 134 km^2). The analysis considers the model application at local scale for three sub-catchments and then it explores the model upsealing at the regional scale by verifying two methods to generate the source areas of debris-flow initiation. Using data of an extreme event occurred in the Vizze Valley (4 August 2012) and historical information, the modeling verification highlights that the propagation parameters are relatively simple to set in order to obtain correct runout distances. A double DTM filtering - using a threshold for the upslope contributing area (0.1 km^2) and a threshold for the terrain-slope angle (15°) provides a satisfactory prediction of source areas and susceptibility map within the geological conditions of the Vizze Valley. 展开更多

With transgenic mice ubiquitously... γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the principal inhibitory neurotransmitter, and the GABAergic synaptic transmission is normally terminated by the rapid uptake through GABA transporters. With transgenic mice ubiquitously overexpressing GABA transporter subtype I (GAT1), the present study explored the pathophysiological role of GAT1 in epileptogenesis. Though displaying no spontaneous seizure activity, these mice exhibit altered electroencephalographic patterns and increased susceptibility to seizure induced by kainic acid. In addition, the GABAA receptor and glutamate transporters are up-regulated in transgenic mice, which perhaps reflects a compensatory or corrective change to the elevated level of GAT1. These preliminary findings support the hypothesis that excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmission, and seizure susceptibility can be altered by neurotransmitter transporters. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to assess the susceptibility of landslides around the area of Guizhou province based on fuzzy theory.In first instance, slope, elevation, lithology, proximity to tectonic lines, proximity to drainage and annual precipitation were taken as independent, causal factors in this study.A landslide hazard evaluation factor system was established by classifying these factors into more subclasses according to some rules.Secondly, a trapezoidal fuzzy number weighting(TFNW) approach was used to assess the importance of six causal factors to landslides in an ArcGIS environment.Thirdly, a landslide susceptibility map was created based on a weighted linear combination model.According to this susceptibility map, the study area was classified into four categories of landslide susceptibility:low, moderate, high and very high.Finally, in order to verify the results obtained, the susceptibility map and the landslide inventory map were combined in the GIS.In addition, the weighting procedure showed that TFNW is an efficient method for weighting causal landslide factors. 展开更多

The apparent activation energy for deformation(Q)and strain rate sensitivity(m)of GH4586 superalloy are calculated and the variation trend is reasonably explained by the microstructure observations.Constitutive modelling of this superalloy is established and the processing maps at different strains are constructed.The results show that the Q value is in the range of 751.22−878.29 kJ/mol.At a temperature of 1060°C,strain rate of 0.001 s^(−1),and strain of 0.65,the m value of GH4586 superalloy reaches a maximum of 0.42.The optimal processing parameter of GH4586 superalloy is at a deformation temperature of 1050°C and a strain rate of 0.001 s^(−1).The domains of flow instability notably expand with increasing strain during high temperature deformation of GH4586 superalloy. 展开更多

二次硝酸盐是PM_(2.5)中的重要二次无机离子组分,为了解PM_(2.5)中二次硝酸盐的形成及防控途径,基于天津市城区点位2018~2019年高时间分辨率的PM_(2.5)在线监测数据,对气溶胶颗粒物的离子组分、pH值、NH_(3)-NH_(4)^(+)和HNO_(3)^(-)NO_... 二次硝酸盐是PM_(2.5)中的重要二次无机离子组分,为了解PM_(2.5)中二次硝酸盐的形成及防控途径,基于天津市城区点位2018~2019年高时间分辨率的PM_(2.5)在线监测数据,对气溶胶颗粒物的离子组分、pH值、NH_(3)-NH_(4)^(+)和HNO_(3)^(-)NO_(3)^(-)浓度分布以及硝酸铵形成的敏感性进行了研究.结果表明,天津PM_(2.5)平均浓度为58μg·m^(-3),PM_(2.5)中主要离子组分为NO_(3)^(-)、NH_(4)^(+)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)和K^(+),在PM_(2.5)中的占比分别为18.4%、11.6%、10.3%、3.3%和2.6%,PM_(2.5)及主要组分浓度均在采暖季高、非采暖季低.气溶胶颗粒物整体呈现弱酸性,平均pH值为5.21,季节分布为春冬季节高、夏秋季节低,日变化趋势表现为早间(00:00~08:00)低,其他时间略高.NH_(3)和HNO_(3)的平均浓度水平分别为16.7μg·m^(-3)和1.2μg·m^(-3),NH_(3)浓度在每年的4~9月相对较高,10月~次年2月浓度相对较低;HNO_(3)浓度水平月际变化不明显.除夏季外,其他季节NH_(3)浓度均为早晚较高,其他时段较低;HNO_(3)浓度整体呈现白天相对略高,晚上相对略低的特点.不同pH值下NH_(3)与NH_(4)^(+)、HNO_(3)与NO_(3)^(-)的浓度分布呈现明显的非线性关系,早晚NH_(4)^(+)与NO_(3)^(-)的浓度均较高,pH值与NH_(3)和NH_(4)^(+)以及HNO_(3)与NO_(3)^(-)的浓度分布均为非线性.敏感性图表明,2018~2019年天津市硝酸铵的形成主要处于HNO_(3)敏感区域,部分处于NH_(3)&HNO_(3)敏感区域.从季节分布上看,春季、秋季和冬季硝酸铵的形成主要处于HNO_(3)敏感区域,夏季硝酸铵的形成主要处于HNO_(3)和NH_(3)&HNO_(3)敏感区域.为有效减少天津市PM_(2.5)中二次硝酸盐的形成,春季、秋季和冬季主要开展HNO_(3)前体物(NO_(x))的控制,夏季主要开展HNO_(3)前体物(NO_(x))和NH_(3)的协同控制. 展开更多
