Based on Kirkpatrick Model and combining questionnaire survey and interview method, this paper analyzes the impact of the reform of the “training management” course on students’ vocational ability. This study finds that “training management” has effectively improved students’ vocational ability, but there are still some problems with the course’s teaching. On the basis of this study, countermeasures are proposed to provide a reference for the subsequent teaching reform.展开更多
