The resolving reagent, D-2,3-dibenzoyl tartaric acid was obtained by hydrolyzation of D-2,3-dibenzoyl tartaric anhydride prepared by reaction of benzoyl chloride with D-tartaric acid. DL-valine was prepared by racemization of L-valine in the presence of aldehyde in a medium of acetic acid at 100 to 110°C for 3 h. In the presence of mineral acid, reaction of D-2,3-dibenzoyl tartaric acid with DL-valine formed diastreroisomeric salts at 84 to 95°C. Salt composed of D-2,3-dibenzoyl tartaric acid and D-valine precipitated when the diastreroisomeric salts mixtures were cooled to 15°C. The salt was reacted with base giving D-valine with yield of 70% to 80% and optical purity of over 98%.展开更多

The results showed that the seedling broadcasting cultivation was conducive to Zhuliangyou 4024 and H You 159 to obtain higher yield. The higher chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate and their slower decrease of flag leaf after full heading of the seedling broadcasting cultivation were thought to be the physiological basis of high yield.展开更多

On the basis of this model, a set of rate equation was established. Analysis of its algebra solution led to a general picture of energy transfer process in LHC Ⅱ of higher plants and the strong interaction among pigment molecules in this process. Based on the spectra, kinetics and biological structural data providing some information of energy transfer path and energy dissipation mechanism, it has been found that energy transfer mainly happened between the pigments whose energy level was most closely adjacent, the loss of energy had a close relation to the process of energy transfer and tended to increase with the decrease of energy level. The protective mechanism of antenna system was also discussed.展开更多

Four representative cultivars in Huaibei area were selected as test materials. By setting potted seedlings and carpet seedlings, the effects of different nursery meth- ods on the photosynthesis of rice at different growth stages in Huaibei area were investigated. Compared with carpet seedlings, the leaf area index of potted seedlings decreased at the maturation stage, but the dry weight of leaf shewed no significant difference. The SPAD of potted seedlings had an increasing trend after transplanting, but the SPAD increased differently according to cultivars. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the leaves of pot seeding rice were significantly higher than those of carpet seedling rice on the 85^th d after transplanting. However, theintracellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency of leaves had no significant differences between different 'treatments. The results indicate that the photosynthetic capacity of flag leaves of pot seedling rice is stronger in early and middle stages, but the decay rate of photosynthetic function is slightly faster than carpet seedling rice, which might be the main reason for the rice yield of potted seedlings having no remarkable difference from carpet seedlings.展开更多

The light transport model in highly scattering tissue is the diffusion equation and the boundary is Neuman. The sensitivity matrix is related to the position of the light source and the detector. It can be used to evaluate the effective detection depth. The sensitivity matrix is defined as the multiplication of the source and detector hght distribution. Six different groups about ix parameters including the source diameter and detector fibers, the core-to-core distance between the source and detector fibers, the opotode depth, the absorption, and reduced scattering coefficient, are used as experimental models. The relationship between the six parameters and the effective detection depth is analyzed. Resuits can be used to study the spatial resolution and the depth of multi-fibers.展开更多
