目的:2018年国际疾病分类第11版(ICD-11)首次收录慢性疼痛并做了分类,但ICD-11版慢性疼痛分类是否适合临床应用需要数据支持。本研究旨在推广ICD-11版慢性疼痛分类法在我国部分地区疼痛科的应用,通过掌握分类权重及病人特征来提高疼痛...目的:2018年国际疾病分类第11版(ICD-11)首次收录慢性疼痛并做了分类,但ICD-11版慢性疼痛分类是否适合临床应用需要数据支持。本研究旨在推广ICD-11版慢性疼痛分类法在我国部分地区疼痛科的应用,通过掌握分类权重及病人特征来提高疼痛科诊疗资源配置和推动核心治疗技术的发展。方法:运用方便抽样法和自行编制的慢性疼痛现状调查问卷,在部分地区三级医院疼痛科对疼痛医师确诊的慢性疼痛病人(年龄≥50岁)按ICD-11版七个亚类标准进行分类。采用描述统计学方法和非参数检验方法对ICD-11版慢性疼痛七个亚类构成比、人口资料和相关疾病、教育程度、职业状况、婚姻史和生活习惯(吸烟史与饮酒史)等进行分析。结果:按ICD-11版分类,总数1 545例慢性疼痛病人百分构成比如下:原发性疼痛21例(1.36%),癌症相关性疼痛32例(2.07%),术后及创伤性疼痛26例(1.68%),神经病理性疼痛501例(32.43%),头痛与颌面痛445例(28.80%),内脏疼痛176例(11.39%),肌肉骨骼疼痛344例(22.27%)。慢性疼痛病人的疼痛程度在性别(Z=14.65, P <0.0001)、职业(X2=61.3, P <0.0001)、是否有吸烟史(Z=-3.93, P <0.0001)和教育程度(X2=17.72, P <0.01)的比较中有统计学差异,在年龄(X2=1.588, P=0.45)、婚姻状况(X2=8.36, P=0.079)和是否有饮酒史(Z=0.42,P=0.6736)比较中无统计学差异。结论:疼痛科在调查地区按ICD-11分类收治病人构成比排序是神经病理性疼痛居首,其次是头与颌面痛,再其次是肌肉骨骼疼痛和内脏疼痛。慢性疼痛病人的疼痛程度与性别、职业、文化程度和吸烟可能有关,但需要做队列或相关因素分析。展开更多

Th...The frequency of digitally controlled iodine stabilized He-Ne laser locked to a hyperfine component in ^127I2 was measured using the National Metrology Institute of Japan's reference iodine stabilized He-Ne laser. This laser is operated under the conditions of the practical implementation and its frequency with respect to the International Committee for Weights and Measure recommended value is known from international comparisons. Adopting a sampling rate of 120 kHz for the control system of an iodine stabilized He-Ne laser enables frequency deviation of the test laser from the reference laser by + 5 kHz (relative accuracy of 1 ×10^11) thus limited only by the reproducibility of the iodine stabilized He-Ne laser itself.展开更多
