为研究柴油机实车使用状况下缸套-活塞环磨损规律,建立某12150型多缸柴油机面向使用工况的缸套-活塞环磨损仿真计算方法并进行验证,研究环境与工况参数对缸套磨损的影响规律。结果表明:大气温度升高,缸套磨损深度呈现先减小后增大的趋势... 为研究柴油机实车使用状况下缸套-活塞环磨损规律,建立某12150型多缸柴油机面向使用工况的缸套-活塞环磨损仿真计算方法并进行验证,研究环境与工况参数对缸套磨损的影响规律。结果表明:大气温度升高,缸套磨损深度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,气温-5℃时磨损最小,与-35℃相比下降了5.89%,与40℃相比下降了9.15%;大气压力降低,缸套磨损深度先减小后增大,气压80 kPa时最小,与100 kPa相比下降了6.45%,气压50 kPa时磨损最大,与100 kPa相比升高了8.48%;缸套磨损深度随柴油机转速升高而呈现出增加的趋势,在1 600 r/min时出现极小值点,转速为2 000 r/min相比1 200 r/min磨损深度增加了46.76%;柴油机负荷增加引起缸套磨损深度不断增大,100%负荷时较20%负荷的磨损深度升高了133.96%。 展开更多

In order to understand the characteristics of the intake swirl, a transparent water analog was designed which simulated 150 type single cylinder engine. At the same time, the particle image velocimetry was used to measure the flow fields induced by various swirlers in the analog. After measurement, a new method was presented to evaluate the intensity of the intake swirl. Then, when the measured sections, the lifts of valve and the swirlers were different, the calculated results of the flow field were compared. 展开更多

Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite catalysts were prepared via one-step hydrothermal synthesis method and their performances to remove NO x from the diesel vehicle exhaust were evaluated. The morphology, structure, Cu content and valence state were characterized by SEM, XRD, ICP and XPS, respectively. The experimental results show the active component Cu of the catalysts via in situ synthesis could significantly improve the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) activities of NOx and the optimal Cu content is in the range of 0.30%-0.40%(mass fraction). No N 2 O is detected by gas chromatograph (GC) during the evaluation process, which implies that NOx is almost entirely converted to N2 over Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite catalyst. The conversion rate of NOx to N2 by NH3 over catalyst could almost be up to 100%in the temperature range of 300-670 ℃with a space velocity of 12000 h-1 and it is still more than 60% at 300-620 ℃ under 36000 h-1. The catalysts also show the good hydrothermal and chemical stability at the atmosphere with H 2 O. 展开更多

The ways of waste valve gate turbocharger and variable geometry turbocharger can solve the problem of engine’s low speed torque and achieve lower smoke level. Especially for variable geometry turbocharger, it covers all conditions of engine. It can not only improve the low engine’s speed torque and keep the power performance at high engine speed, but also cover wide engine speed performance that keeps lower fuel consumption and exhaust gas temperature in full load and part load matching. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study was carried out on a four stroke air cooled DI diesel engine, F912Q manufactured by Beinei Company, by using the KIVA 3V code. A three dimensional mesh was set up to model the cylinder, intake passage and exhaust passage. The calculated in cylinder pressure history and emissions are compared with the engine test data. The results show reasonable agreement. The effects of swirl ratio and spray angle on fuel spray, evaporation and mixing are investigated. It is found that there are optimum swirl ratio and spray angle for better evaporation and combustion. 展开更多

The control system was based on the 8?bit electronic control unit(ECU) system and the assembly language was used to design the software for controlling the engine fuel quantity and the turbocharger of the variable geometry turbine for the heavy duty diesel engine. The paper introduced a special approach for diesel’s all-speed-governor modeling, which, in some cases, could solve the knotty problem frequently met in computer simulation of diesel propulsion system or diesel generating set. Suppose that it is hard to get a control-oriented governor mathematical model when the general approaches, the analytical approach or the experimental approach, are applied, and that an open-loop step response of the diesel engine and its system is available by means of computer simulation, the critical three parameters of a governor mathematical model, the proportional gain K_p, integral time constant K_i, and derivative time constant K_d, can be determined by use of PID tuning method which are widely applied in industrial process control. This paper discussed the train of thought of the approach, precondition, procedure, several modifications of the classical PID model, and some points for attention. A couple of case studies were given to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach. 展开更多

The multi-body dynamics model of the X6170ZC diesel is established to analyze vibration and acoustic noise. The high quality finite element and simulation models are developed, and nonlinear springs are used to imitate the joints of engine components. The acoustic behavior of the structure is evaluated by the velocity of surface vibration. The noise level is reduced by improving the structure of the engine. The result shows that the surface vibration velocity level is decreased about 3.7 dB (A) at 1 600 Hz after the optimization. Based on the contrast between the two structures, it is concluded that through structure design the combined noise can be reduced, and the virtual design mode of diesel engines is feasible. 展开更多
