[Method] Taking the stem segments of E. tirucalli as explants,the effects of various mediums on germination rate,multiplication coefficient and rooting rate were studied. [Result] The optimum induction medium of germination culture was 1/2MS+NAA 0.02 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,with differentiation rate of 89.7%; the best subculture medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.02 mg/L+6-BA 0.60 mg/L+AD 3.0 mg/L,with multiplication coefficient of 5.70; the optimum rooting culture medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.40 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L,with rooting rate of 100% and transplanting survival rate of 80%. [Conclusion] The tissue culture conditions of stem segments of E. tirucalli were determined primarily.展开更多

A new method of storing massive data of block model is proposed to meet the characteristics of the database, incl...Data organization requires high efficiency for large amount of data applied in the digital mine system. A new method of storing massive data of block model is proposed to meet the characteristics of the database, including ACID-compliant, concurrency support, data sharing, and efficient access. Each block model is organized by linear octree, stored in LMDB(lightning memory-mapped database). Geological attribute can be queried at any point of 3D space by comparison algorithm of location code and conversion algorithm from address code of geometry space to location code of storage. The performance and robustness of querying geological attribute at 3D spatial region are enhanced greatly by the transformation from 3D to 2D and the method of 2D grid scanning to screen the inner and outer points. Experimental results showed that this method can access the massive data of block model, meeting the database characteristics. The method with LMDB is at least 3 times faster than that with etree, especially when it is used to read. In addition, the larger the amount of data is processed, the more efficient the method would be.展开更多
A series of well-defined amphiphilic linear-dendritic block copolymers (telodendrimers, MPEG-b-PAMAM-cholesterol) with 1,2,4 or 8 cholesteryl groups (named as P1, P2, P4, P8, respectively) were synthesized. Their ...A series of well-defined amphiphilic linear-dendritic block copolymers (telodendrimers, MPEG-b-PAMAM-cholesterol) with 1,2,4 or 8 cholesteryl groups (named as P1, P2, P4, P8, respectively) were synthesized. Their chemical structures were char- acterized with IH NMR and mass spectrum (MALDI-TOF MS). The telodendrimers could self-assemble into micelles in aqueous solution, and encapsulate chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin (DOX) and paclitaxel (PTX) for combination therapy. All the telodendrimers could encapsulate DOX with similar capability. However, their drug-loading capability of PTX is in- creased with the increasing number of cholesteryl groups. P8 exhibited much higher PTX loading efficiency than its counter- parts. Thus, P8 was selected for further application of drug delivery in the paper. The drug-loading micellar nanoparticles (NPs) of P8 were spherical in shape and their diameters were less than 150 nm which were determined by dynamic light scattering measurements (DLS) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). In vitro drug release experiment demonstrated that P8 ex- hibited a controlled release manner for both DOX and PTX, and the two drugs were released simultaneously. In vitro cytotoxi- city experiment further demonstrated that the co-delivery of DOX and PTX in P8 exhibited better anti-cancer efficiency than the delivery systems encapsulated with single drug (DOX or PTX). This indicates a synergistic effect. The co-delivery system showed potential in future anti-cancer treatment.展开更多

The release of the anticancer drug doxorubicin from the micelles was investigated in vitro. The results showed that the sustaining release of the drug could last for 60 h. The micellar drug release system was efficient in inhibiting the proliferation of HepG2 liver cancer cells, 75% cancer cells were killed under appropriate in vitro incubation.展开更多
