γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与硅酸钠水解制得表面修饰纳米二氧化硅,四氯化钛与表面修饰纳米二氧化硅反应,制得钛修饰纳米二氧化硅交联剂,粒径主要分布在6~11 nm之间,可有效降低羟丙基胍胶用量及残渣含量。配制了纳米二氧化硅交联剂交联的羟... γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与硅酸钠水解制得表面修饰纳米二氧化硅,四氯化钛与表面修饰纳米二氧化硅反应,制得钛修饰纳米二氧化硅交联剂,粒径主要分布在6~11 nm之间,可有效降低羟丙基胍胶用量及残渣含量。配制了纳米二氧化硅交联剂交联的羟丙基胍胶压裂液,羟丙基胍胶浓度为0.35%~0.4%。室内研究表明,该压裂液体系各项性能良好,在170 s^(-1),150℃下,剪切120 min,粘度102 mPa·s;120℃下破胶60 min,破胶液粘度2.32 mPa·s;表面张力23.53 mN/m,界面张力0.91 mN/m;防膨率88.56%;残渣含量227 mg/L;岩心基质渗透率损害率为9.63%~15.77%,压裂液耐剪切性能、破胶性能、助排性能、储层保护性能等各项性能良好,满足压裂要求。 展开更多

A TiO2 photocatalyst is coated on the surface of a zeolite fly ash bead(ZFAB) to improve its dispersability and exposure degree in a cement system.The application of Ag particles in TiO2/ZFAB modified cementitious materials is to further enhance the photocatalytic performance.Various Ag@TiO2/ZFAB modified cementitious specimens with different Ag dosages are prepared and the characteristics and photocatalytic performance of the prepared samples are investigated.It is observed that the multi-level pore structure of ZFAB can improve the exposure degree of TiO2 in a cement system and is also useful to enhance the photocatalytic efficiency.With an increment of the amounts of Ag particles in the TiO2/ZFAB modified cementitious samples,the photocatalytic activities increased first and then decreased.The optimal Ag@TiO2/ZFAB modified cementitious sample reveals the maximum reaction rate constant for degrading benzene(9.91×10^-3 min^-1),which is approximately 3 and 10 times higher than those of TiO2/ZFAB and TiO2 modified samples,respectively.This suggests that suitable Ag particles coupled with a ZFAB carrier could effectively enhance the photocatalytic effects and use of TiO2 in a cement system.Thus,ZFAB as a carrier could provide a potential method for a high efficiency engineering application of TiO2 in the construction field. 展开更多

In order to improve the substrate diffusion properties and stability of an immobilized enzyme alginate microgels modified with TiO2 nanoparticles were employed as the enzyme immobilizing support.Ionotropic gelation was applied for the preparation of hybrid gels while Ca2+ Ce3+ Ni2+Cu2+and Fe3+were employed as the crosslinkers.Papain was selected as the model enzyme. UV-Vis spectroscopy was employed to investigate the activity of papain to evaluate kinetics and stability.Analysis results show that the highest affinity the lowest Michaelis-Menten constant Km =11.0 mg/mL and the highest stability are obtained when using Cu2+as the crosslinker.The effect of the mass ratio of TiO2 to papain on the stability and leakage of papain is also investigated and the results show that 10∶1 TiO2∶papain is optimal because the proper use of TiO2 can reduce enzyme leakage and ensure enzyme stability.Preparing Cu/alginate/TiO2 hybrid gels via ionotropic gelation can provide a satisfactory diffusion capability and enzyme stability. 展开更多

The effect of molybdenum oxide on the activity and durability of Ce O2-Ti O2 catalyst for NO reduction by NH3 was examined. It was found that the introduction of Mo could improve the low-temperature NH3-SCR activity and SO2/H2 O durability of the Ce O2-Ti O2 catalyst and an optimal loading of Mo was 4?wt.%. The best Mo O3/Ce O2-Ti O2 catalyst displayed over 90% NO conversion from 200 °C to 400 °C and obtained 4-fold increase in NO conversion compared to Ce O2-Ti O2 at 150 °C. The characterization results revealed that the number of Br?nsted acid sites over Mo O3/Ce O2-Ti O2 was significantly increased, and the adsorption of nitrate species was dramatically weakened because of the coverage of Mo O3, which were favorable for the high NH3-SCR performance. It is believed that the Mo O3/Ce O2-Ti O2 catalyst is a suitable substitute for the NH3-SCR reaction. 展开更多

Tailoring the microstructure of pristine TiO2 is essential to narrow its band gap and prolong the charge lifetime. In particular, strategies involving fluorine have been used successfully to tune the surface chemistry, electronic structure, and morphology of TiO2 photocatalysts to improve their photocatalytic activity based on the strong complexation between fluoride ions and TiO2 and the high electronegativity of fluorine. In this review, we summarize the strategies involving fluorine to establish highly efficient TiO2 photocatalytic systems or fabricate highly efficient TiO2 photocatalysts. The main fluorine effects(i.e. the effects of fluorine on photocatalysis) include the following four aspects:(1) Surface effects of fluoride on TiO2 photocatalysis,(2) effects of fluorine doping on TiO2 photocatalysis,(3) fluoride-mediated tailoring of the morphology of TiO2 photocatalysts, and(4) the effects of fluorine on non-TiO2 photocatalysis. Additionally, the unique applications of these fluorine effects in photocatalysis, including selective degradation of pollutants, selective oxidation of chemicals, water-splitting to produce H2, reduction of CO2 to produce solar fuels, and improvement of the thermostability of TiO2 photocatalysts, are reviewed. 展开更多

Although humic acid(HA)can inhibit TiO2photocatalysis,it can sensitize TiO2and induce significant visible‐light(VL)activity in phenol degradation.This favorable effect of HA was negligible on phosphate‐modified TiO2(P‐TiO2),but significantly stronger on Nafion‐modified TiO2(Nf‐TiO2).The reaction rate constants for phenol degradation on Nf‐TiO2increased from(0.003±0.001)to(0.025±0.003)min?1when the reaction was performed in the presence of20mg/L HA.The different effects of HA on P‐TiO2and Nf‐TiO2photocatalysis cannot be attributed to adsorption changes,because the adsorption capacities of P‐TiO2and Nf‐TiO2were only slightly lower than that of TiO2at an initial HA concentration of20mg/mL.Scavenger tests,electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy,and H2O2detection were taken to understand the low VL activity of the P‐TiO2/HA suspension.The main active species for phenol degradation in the TiO2and Nf‐TiO2suspensions were superoxide radicals.There were negligible amounts of superoxide radicals in the P‐TiO2/HA suspension,possibly because a direct four‐electron oxygen reduction reaction occurred.The better VL activity of Nf‐TiO2was rationalized on the basis of Mott–Schottky and electrochemical impedance plots.Nafion modification resulted in cathodic shifts of the energy band positions,increased electron density,and less resistance to electron transfer across the interface between TiO2and electrolytes.All these factors facilitated electron transfer and improved the production of active species.Phosphate modification therefore did not improve the VL response of HA sensitized TiO2,and low concentrations of HA can facilitate VL photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants on Nafion surface‐modified TiO2. 展开更多

The results showed that o... Photocatalyst CoPcS/TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. Composite CoPcS/TiO2/K2Ti4O9 was prepared by dipping. It was incandesced at various temperatures and modification effect was compared. The results showed that optical absorption of sample incandesce at 423K occurred significant red-shift. Light absorption width extended from ultraviolet region to visible region, especially there was an intensive absorption between 600 nm and 680 nm. X-ray diffraction spectrogram showed that TiO2 in sample still maintained anatase crystal form. Under the illumination of visible light, photocatalysis degradation experiment was taken with Eosin B as simulated pollutants. Decoloration rate of Eosin B was much improved. The rate can reach 80% in 300 minutes. 展开更多
