By some assumptions, the relations between velocity in center of mass (CM) coordinates and most probable center of mass (MPCM) coordinates, time of flight and displacement in the velocity map image of fragment ions are derived using vector addition of velocity and displacement on the condition of perpendicular molecular beam. Using these relations the velocity in CM coordinates, the velocity and angular distri- bution of N+ fragment ions in MPCM coordinates are obtained and discussed, respectively.展开更多

Nitric oxide was added into the media with 4 different nutrient concentrations f/2, f/50, f/100, and f/200 when the alga was growing. The growth of C. curvisetus could be obviously promoted or inhibited during the cultivation process in NO enriched media of different concentrations. The growth curve in such media showed a sharp single peak that is the optimal NO concentration for the alga growth, which is consistent with the influence of NO on the growth of high plants. In addition, C. curvisetus can produce NO by itself during the growth. Therefore, using NO could effectively regulate the algae growth, which is important in real tide control and remediation.展开更多

[Method] With the L. chinensis in Inner Mongolia Baiyinxile Ranch as the research object, different rations of nitrogen fertilizer were applied to the grassland (0, 30, 50, 80 g/m^2). The effect of different gradients of nitrogen fertilizer on photo- synthetic rate of Leymus chinensis, and the effect on grasslands of different degrading degrees were analyzed. [Result] The photosynthetic rate of L. chinensis in- creased with the increase of nitrogen gradients; in the grassland communities with different degrading degrees, the responses of the photosynthetic rate of L. chinensis to nitrogen fertilizer were different, and the response in the grassland with severe degradation was the best. [Conclusion] Nitrogen fertilizer played an important role in enhancing the restoration degree of grassland.展开更多
