The results suggest that the reaction temperature and KOH-to-ore mass ratio are more influential factors for the extraction of vanadium and chromium. Under the optimal reaction conditions (temperature 180 °C, initial KOH-to-ore mass ratio 4:1, stirring speed 700 r/min, gas flow 1 L/min, and reaction time 300 min), vanadium and chromium extraction rates can reach up to 95% and 90%, respectively. Kinetics analysis results show that the decomposing process of vanadium slag in KOH sub-molten salt can be well interpreted by the shrinking core model under internal diffusion control. The apparent activation energies for vanadium and chromium are 40.54 and 50.27 kJ/mol, respectively.展开更多

A numerical model of reflecting wave upon continuous cylinders was established on the basis of linear wave theory. The fundamental solution to the Helmholtz equation within an infinite strip area that explicitly satisfies two infinite parallel boundaries is used together with Radiation condition rather than the solution of an infinite area.According to the proposed theory and method, the computer programs have been composed in Visual C ++ Development Studio.Several examples show that the technique and its program are feasible and efficient. And the wave forces upon continuous cylinders can be decreased by as much as 14%~24% under a ratio of D/L= 0.09~0.19 compared with the square caissons.展开更多

The mechanical responses of three different cases are compared by using a transient dynamic analysis method, i. e., under random dynamic load, constant moving load and dead load respectively. The results indicate that the mid-span of two adjacent transversal diaphragms is the worst load position. The maximum vertical displacement and the maximum transversal tensile stress of the pavement are 1.33 times and 1.39 times as much as those when only considering the impact coefficients. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the mixture design and structural design of pavement, but also puts forward higher demand on the construction and maintenance for steel deck pavement.展开更多
