阶梯式流量测试法用于油田注水管理 被引量:2

为了能够实时监测注水井吸水能力以及快速评价酸化效果,引入阶梯式流量测试法(SRT),该方法有3个特点:无需关井测试,不会影响油田注水量;充分利用现场最容易获取的井口注入压力数据和注入量,并在直角坐标系中建立起井口注入压力与注入量... 为了能够实时监测注水井吸水能力以及快速评价酸化效果,引入阶梯式流量测试法(SRT),该方法有3个特点:无需关井测试,不会影响油田注水量;充分利用现场最容易获取的井口注入压力数据和注入量,并在直角坐标系中建立起井口注入压力与注入量线性关系表征曲线,赋予斜率和截距物理意义;无需利用试井软件,便于现场生产工程师掌握和操作。该测试方法首次在蓬莱油田运用,到目前为止通过该方法已经完成31口回注井(占蓬莱总回注井的55%)的酸化效果评价。现场实践表明,阶梯式流量测试法可以减小井筒效应给试井分析带来的影响,而且测试时无需关井,便于操作,不会影响油田回注量,是一种值得推广的方法。 展开更多

为保障注水井合理安全注水,单井注水管理过程中需要对实际破裂压力进行预测,以确定注水井口限压。根据海上油田单井注水储层特征及控制条件,建立一种阶梯式流量测试评价方法,并确定其选井原则及施工注意事项。通过在井口注水过程中的记... 为保障注水井合理安全注水,单井注水管理过程中需要对实际破裂压力进行预测,以确定注水井口限压。根据海上油田单井注水储层特征及控制条件,建立一种阶梯式流量测试评价方法,并确定其选井原则及施工注意事项。通过在井口注水过程中的记录,获取连续稳定的多级流量和压力数据,分析注入速率与井底压力两者曲线的变化关系,推算出不同目标井的地层破裂压力值。现场应用表明,该测试方法所预测的破裂压力与目标井理论剪切破裂压力值较为吻合,能简便快速实现单井实际注水破裂压力的推算,并针对性地设计小于破裂压力的合理注水压力。阶梯式流量测试评价方法对现场调整单井提压注水具有良好的指导作用。 展开更多

To improve the measurement performance, a method for diagnosing the state of vortex flowmeter under various flow conditions was presented. The raw sensor signal of the vortex flowmeter was adaptively decomposed into intrinsic mode functions using the empirical mode decomposition approach. Based on the empirical mode decomposition results, the energy of each intrinsic mode function was extracted, and the vortex energy ratio was proposed to analyze how the perturbation in the flow affected the measurement performance of the vortex flowmeter. The relationship between the vortex energy ratio of the signal and the flow condition was established. The results show that the vortex energy ratio is sensitive to the flow condition and ideal for the characterization of the vortex flowmeter signal. Moreover, the vortex energy ratio under normal flow condition is greater than 80%, which can be adopted as an indicator to diagnose the state of a vortex flowmeter. 展开更多

In the field of oil well logging, real-time monitoring of the fluid flow parameter provides a scientific basis for oil and gas optimization exploration and increase in reservoir recovery, so a non-intrusive flow test method based on turbulent vibration was proposed. The specific length of the sensor fiber wound tightly around the outer wall of the pipe was connected with the optical fiber gratings at both ends, and the sensor fiber and the optical fiber gratings composed the flow sensing unit. The dynamic pressure was generated by the turbulence when fluid flows through the pipe, and the dynamic pressure resulted in the light phase shift of the sensor fiber. The phase information was demodulated by the fiber optic interferometer technology, time division multiplexing technology, and phase generated carrier modulation and demodulation techniques. The quadratic curve relationship between the phase change and flow rate was found by experimental data analysis, and the experiment confirmed the feasibility of the optical fiber flow test method with non-intrusion and achieved the real-time monitoring of the fluid flow. 展开更多
