The effect of ceramic content on the microstructure and ablation resistance was investigated. Both the C/C-SiC and C/C-ZrC-SiC composites exhibited good ablation resistance under the plasma flame above 2300℃. Withtheincreaseof ZrC content, a continuous oxide layer and a solid Zr-Si-O mesophase were formed during the ablation. And the structure of the formed oxides layer closely linked with the contents of ZrC-SiC ceramics. The solid ZrO2-ZrC and Zr-Si-O mesophase could increase the viscosity of SiO2 moderately and improve the anti-scouring ability. The continuous SiO2-ZrO2-ZrC-SiC layer would serve as a thermal and oxygen barrier for preventing the substratefrom further ablation. The C/C-ZrC-SiC composites with 27.2%ZrC and 7.56%SiC shows superior ablation resistance, and the mass and linear ablation rates are-3.51 mg/s and-1.88 μm/s, respectively.展开更多

Some factors influencing the electrogenerative leaching, such as electrode structure, temperature and solution concentration were studied. The results show that a certain quantity of electrical energy accompanied with the leached products can be acquired in the electrogenerative leaching process. The output current and power increase with the addition of acetylene black to the electrode. Varying the components of electrode just affects the polarization degree of anode. Increasing FeCl3 concentration results in a sharp increase in the output of the leaching cell when c(FeCl3) is less than 0.1 mol/L. The optimum value of NaCl concentration for electrogenerative leaching nickel sulfide concentrate with FeCl3 is 3.0 mol/L. Temperature influences electrogenerative leaching by affecting anodic and cathodic polarization simultaneously. The apparent activation energy is determined to be 34.63 kJ/mol in the range of 298 K to 322 K. The leaching rate of Ni2+ is 29.3% after FeCl3 electrogenerative leaching of nickel sulfide concentrate for 620 min with a filter bag electrode.展开更多

In this paper, a new method called the "σ-sharpen immersed boundary method" (σ-SIBM) is put forward. In this method, the virtual flat bottom boundary is creatively introduced in regions with the steep boundary and is taken as the boundary of numerical domain. By this, OH/Ox of numerical domain changes to be a controllable value and the steep bottom problem is then transformed to the non-conforming boundary problem, which is, in turn, solved by the SIBM. The accuracy and efficiency of the σ-sharpen immersed boundary method (σ-SIBM) has been showed by both comparative theoretical analysis and classical numerical tests. First, it is shown that the σ-SIBM is more effective than the z-level method, in that σ-SIBM needs special treatment only in the steep section, but the z-level method needs the special treatment in each grid note. Second, it is superior to the p-method in that it is not restricted by the density distribution. This paper revisits the classical seamount numerical test used in numerous studies to prove the sigma errors of the pressure gradient force (PGFE) and their long-term effects on circulation. It can be seen that, as for the maximum erroneous velocity and kinetic energy, the value of σ-SIBM is much less than that of the z-level method and the traditional σ-method.展开更多
