高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋环境,给舰载航空发动机带来了严重的腐蚀风险。压气机是大气流经发动机的主要通道,其叶片直接受到高压、高速和潮湿海洋大气的冲刷和腐蚀,造成的损伤与失效尤为突出。根据某型舰载航空发动机高压压气机叶片的... 高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋环境,给舰载航空发动机带来了严重的腐蚀风险。压气机是大气流经发动机的主要通道,其叶片直接受到高压、高速和潮湿海洋大气的冲刷和腐蚀,造成的损伤与失效尤为突出。根据某型舰载航空发动机高压压气机叶片的服役条件,对GH2150A和GH2150A+化学钝化两种状态的高压压气机叶片进行了192h酸性盐雾试验、680h酸性大气腐蚀试验及100h,600℃涂盐热腐蚀试验。结果表明;两种状态的叶片都表现出良好的耐酸性盐雾和酸性大气腐蚀性能;然而,经过20h涂盐热腐蚀试验后,两种叶片均出现红色腐蚀斑点,60h后整个叶片均被腐蚀,其中经过化学钝化的叶片经100h涂盐热腐蚀试验后,碱洗质量损失较原始叶片更小,表明化学钝化在一定程度可以阻碍腐蚀,但防护能力有限。 展开更多

目的对比研究人工涂盐方法和盐雾试验方法沉积盐膜对TC11钛合金热腐蚀行为的影响规律。方法对人工涂盐和盐雾试验沉积盐膜的TC11钛合金试样500℃高温热盐腐蚀形貌、腐蚀动力学和腐蚀机理进行对比分析。结果2种不同盐膜沉积方式的TC11钛... 目的对比研究人工涂盐方法和盐雾试验方法沉积盐膜对TC11钛合金热腐蚀行为的影响规律。方法对人工涂盐和盐雾试验沉积盐膜的TC11钛合金试样500℃高温热盐腐蚀形貌、腐蚀动力学和腐蚀机理进行对比分析。结果2种不同盐膜沉积方式的TC11钛合金试样表面盐分的分布形态存在明显的区别,盐雾腐蚀试样表面的盐分存在局部聚集现象,人工涂盐试样盐分分布较为均匀。2种方式沉积盐分试样热盐腐蚀试验后,从腐蚀较严重面积S大小角度对比,人工涂盐试样>盐雾试验试样;从局部腐蚀最大深度D看,盐雾试验试样盐分集中区域>人工涂盐试样>盐雾试验试样盐分较少区域。腐蚀动力学均遵从抛物线规律,盐雾试验试样和人工涂盐试样的热盐腐蚀抛物线速率常数分别比未沉积盐试样氧化抛物线速率常数提高了26倍和63倍。2类盐沉积试样的热盐腐蚀机理相同,失效模式相近。结论人工涂盐方法可以代替盐雾试验进行钛合金热盐腐蚀实验室加速试验,但需要注意腐蚀形态特征上存在一定的差异性。 展开更多

The results show that the mass-loss rate of sample A with 1-2 ℃/min slow-cooling rate technology is 47%after oxidation at 700 ℃ for 20 h, while that of sample B with air-fast-cooling one is only 0.98%. SEM images reveal that the coating of sample A is full of micro-holes, micro-cracks and many piece-like crystal particles, while that of sample B is integrated and compacted in glassy state with a few of micro-cracks. The coating of sample A is almost exhausted only in 8 h oxidized-test at 700 ℃, while that of sample B remains integrated after 8 h test at 700 ℃ and becomes loose due to much small pores generated after 20 h test at 700 ℃. 展开更多

Ti coating on A3 steel was successfully prepared by direct electrochemical reduction of high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) thermally sprayed and room-temperature dip-coating titanium dioxide coating on A3 steel in molten CaCl2 at 850 ℃. The interfacial microstructure and mutual diffusion between coating and steel substrate were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy. The results show that the precursory TiO2 coating prepared by HVOF has closer contact and better adhesion with the A3 steel substrate. After electrolysis, all of the electro-generated Ti coatings show intact contact with the substrates, regardless of the original contact situation between TiO2 layer and the steel substrate in the precursors. The inter-diffusion between the iron substrate and the reduced titanium takes place at the interface. The results demonstrate the possibility of the surface electrochemical metallurgy (SECM) is a promising surface engineering and additive manufacturing method. 展开更多

Fish communities in a (third-order) intertidal creek in Dongtan marsh in the Changjiang (Yangtze) River estuary were investigated seasonally for one year. A total of 1 996 fish specimens (10 967.8 g) comprising 26 species and 15 families were collected. Abundances of fish communities in the intertidal salt marsh creek were primarily dominated by Boleophthalmus pectinirostris (19.8%), Collichthys lucidus (18.6%), Periophthalmus magnuspinnatus (18.2%), Liza haematocheilus (17.9%), and secondarily by Mugilogobius abel (8.5%), L. carinatus (7.2%), Odontamblyopus lacepedii (4.3%), and Acanthogobius ommaturus (3.9%); another 18 species were present only occasionally. Non-MDS ordination and SIMPER analysis indicated that there were two fish communities in the intertidal salt marsh creek. In spring, the communities were dominated by B. pectinirostris, P. magnuspinnatus, C. lucidus and M. abei; in summer, autumn, and winter by L. haematocheilus, L. carinatus, A. ommaturus and O. lacepedii. Some species showed strong habitat selection; L. carinatus and P magnuspinnatus were distributed mainly in the upper and middle creek, while B. pectinirostris, M. abei and O. lacepedii inhabited the middle and lower creek. The study indicated that the salt marshes of the Changjiang River estuary are an important nursery and feeding habitat for many fishes and should be protected. 展开更多

We evaluated the effects of salinity and body mass on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of mudskipper Boleophthalmus pectinirostris under laboratory conditions. Salinity and body mass had highly significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate (Ro) and ammonia excretion rate (RN) (P〈0.01). The interactive effects between salinity and body mass on Ro and RN were insignificant (P〉0.05) and highly significant (P〈0.01), respectively. Ro and RN of B. pectinirostris decreased significantly as the individual body mass increased. The relationship between Ro and body mass was represented by Ro=aWb (R^2=0.956, P〈0.01). The relationship between RN and the body mass ofB. pectinirostris was represented by RN-cW^at (R^2=0.966, P〈0.01). The Ro/RN (O:N) ratios increased significantly as the salinity increased from 12 to 27, but decreased as salinity increased from 27 to 32. The atomic O:N ratios were significantly higher at 27 than at other salinity levels. The average O:N ratio was 25.25. Lipid and carbohydrate were the primary energy sources and protein was the secondary energy significantly higher at 27 than at other salinity levels B, pectinirostris is 27. source within the salinity range 12 32. In order to recover the SiO_2 contained in the mother liquor in the course ofNaY zeolite synthesis to minimize pollution, the influence of various preparation conditions on thefiltering velocity of gel slurry was studied using the SiO_2/Al_2O_3 gel recovered from the NaYmother liquor in the laboratory. The results of study had shown that at a SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio in thefeed equating to 9∶1 the SiO_2 recovery rate and Al_2O_3 utilization rate were high with a fasterflow velocity of the filtrate. The pH value of the system had great impact on the flow velocity offiltrate. Between the two methods for regulating the pH value, the one for formation ofsilica/alumina gel slurry by addition of sulfuric acid prior to adding aluminium sulfate in thesolution could secure a faster filtration velocity. The filtration velocity was decreased in tandemwith increasing SiO_2 concentration in mother liquor, meanwhile an increase in dry filter cakeyield. 展开更多

A low-toxicity and environment-friendly NaCl−KCl−CsCl−K_(2)NbF_(7) system was used to prepare Nb coatings on Mo substrates.The effects of temperature,current density and electrodeposition time on the micromorphologies and textures of the electrodeposited Nb coatings were studied.The results showed that Nb coatings obtained at 30−70 mA/cm^(2) in the temperature range of 700−750℃ were continuous and compact,with a hardness range of 2.16−2.45 GPa.As the columnar crystals grew with time,the preferential growth orientations of the Nb coatings changed from<200>to<211>and then became disordered.With increasing polarization,the morphologies of the Nb coatings changed from hexagonal star-like surface to conical or pyramid-like surface. 展开更多

Antimicrobial and photocatalytic effect of silicate and silicone paints were tested. Silicate paints are based on water styrene-acrylic dispersion with mineral binder into form of potassium water glass. Silicone paints are based on water acrylic dispersion with silicone resin emulsion. Silicate and silicone paints were formulated with photocatalytic active nanooxides TiO2 and ZnO. Photocatalytic efficiency of coatings was measured as an absorbance change of organic dye Orange II solution at a wavelength of 485 nm. Antimicrobial properties of coatings were tested using agar plate methods. As test microorganisms Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Penicillium chrysogenum and Aspergillus niger suspension (density 10^6 cells/mL) were used. The inhibition effect of tested coatings and inhibitory zones were evaluated after incubation. Coatings containing nanoparticles of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide showed antimicrobial activity against the test microorganisms. Whereas coating with zinc oxide nanoparticles successfully inhibited the growth of both bacteria and fungi, the photocatalytic nanoparticles of titanium dioxide inhibited bacteria but not fungi (weak inhibition was observed). 展开更多

A combined process of molten salt electro-deoxidation and vacuum hot-pressing sintering was proposed to prepare AlCrFeNiTi_(x) high-entropy alloy(HEA)-TiN ceramic coating composites on low-carbon steel surfaces,where nitrides were introduced from BN isolater between graphite mold and HEA powders.The effect of Ti content on the microstructure,ultimate tensile strength,hardness,and wear resistance of the composites was investigated,and the bonding mechanism was elucidated.Results demonstrate that the composites have excellent hardness and wear resistance.The hardness of composites is significantly increased with the increase in Ti content.The extremely high wear resistance is attributed to the extremely high melting point and high thermal hardness of TiN,which can effectively prevent oxidation deformation of the worn surface. 展开更多

TiN, platinum (Pt) black and iridium oxide are introduced to the stimulating sites to improve the performance of the flexible electrode. Low temperature process is used to fabricate the modifying films. TiN is coated on the gold sites by magnetron sputtering while platinum black and iridium oxide are coated by electroplating and electrodeposifion, respectively. The impedance of the electrode decreases dramatically after modification. The combined analysis of surface morphology and cyclic voltammograms (CV) in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution indicates that the modified electrode sites have larger electrode-electrolyte capacitance and smaller faradic resistance than unmodified sites, thus they have smaller electrochemical impedances. 展开更多
