通过钙处理过程中Fe-Al-Ca-O-S体系的热力学平衡计算,得出在1 873 K时各种平衡态下的[Al]-[O]、[Al]-[Ca]、[Al]-[S]平衡曲线图,并系统分析了各组元对夹杂物变质的影响。研究发现F-级高强度船板钢[Al]为0.02%~0.03%时,为保证夹杂物充分... 通过钙处理过程中Fe-Al-Ca-O-S体系的热力学平衡计算,得出在1 873 K时各种平衡态下的[Al]-[O]、[Al]-[Ca]、[Al]-[S]平衡曲线图,并系统分析了各组元对夹杂物变质的影响。研究发现F-级高强度船板钢[Al]为0.02%~0.03%时,为保证夹杂物充分变质,钢中[O]控制在25×10^(-6)以下;钢液中生成12CaO·7Al_2O_3的[Ca]为15.24×10^(-6)~19.97×10^(-6),生成3CaO·Al_2O_3的[Ca]为70.87×10^(-6)~92.88×10^(-6);适当低的钢液温度有利于生成CaS,抑制MnS的聚集析出。120 t BOF-LF-VD-板坯连铸流程生产F-级高强度船板钢DNV F40(/%:0.092C,0.41Si,1.56Mn,0.015P,0.002S,0.032A1,0.035Nb,0.035Ni,0.010Ti,0.080V)的结果表明,当LF精炼渣组成/%:24.9Al_2O_3,55.6CaO,7.7MgO,8.0SiO_2,1.24TFe,加钙前钢中铝含量0.03%,氧含量0.0010%时,每炉钢水喂纯钙线150 m(0.21 kg/m),钢中夹杂物由加钙前Al_2O_3变质为球形钙铝酸盐夹杂物。 展开更多

锌渣是一种含锌较高的工业废料,具有较大的利用价值。传统处理锌渣工艺是将其返回湿法炼锌过程当做原料,其处理工艺流程长、周期长和生产成本高等不足。为改善锌渣处理成本和效率,采用火法冶金技术直接处理含锌渣物料,研究处理工艺参数... 锌渣是一种含锌较高的工业废料,具有较大的利用价值。传统处理锌渣工艺是将其返回湿法炼锌过程当做原料,其处理工艺流程长、周期长和生产成本高等不足。为改善锌渣处理成本和效率,采用火法冶金技术直接处理含锌渣物料,研究处理工艺参数,如还原时间、温度、助熔剂添加量对处理效果影响。试验结果表明锌可以有效地从含锌渣物料中直接回收利用,当锌浮渣粒径在1.2~1.3 mm,助熔剂NH4Cl质量比例为25‰,处理温度为730℃,时间为15 min时,锌的直收率可达78%以上。 展开更多

Wire-arc additive manufacture(WAAM)has great potential for manufacturing of Al-Cu components.However,inferior mechanical properties of WAAM deposited material restrict its industrial application.Inter-layer cold rolling and thermo-mechanical heat treatment(T8)with pre-stretching deformation between solution and aging treatment were adopted in this study.Their effects on hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed and compared to the conventional heat treatment(T6).The results show that cold rolling increases the hardness and strengths,which further increase with T8 treatment.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 513 MPa and yield stress(YS)of 413 MPa can be obtained in the inter-layer cold-rolled sample with T8 treatment,which is much higher than that in the as-deposited samples.The cold-rolled samples show higher elongation than that of as-deposited ones due to significant elimination of porosity in cold rolling;while both the T6 and T8 treatments decrease the elongation.The cold rolling and pre-stretching deformation both contribute to the formation of dense and dispersive precipitatedθ′phases,which inhibits the dislocation movement and enhances the strengths;as a result,T8 treatment shows better strengthening effect than the T6 treatment.The strengthening mechanism was analyzed and it was mainly related to work hardening and precipitation strengthening. 展开更多

The influences of heat treatment on stress corrosion cracking (SCC), fracture toughness and strength of 7085 aluminum alloy were investigated by slow strain rate testing, Kahn tear testing combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the fracture toughness of T74 overaging is increased by 22.9% at the expense of 13.6% strength, and retrogression and reaging (RRA) enhances fracture toughness 14.2% without reducing the strength compared with T6 temper. The fracture toughness of dual-retrogression and reaging (DRRA) is equivalent to that of T74 with an increased strength of 14.6%. The SCC resistance increases in the order: T6〈RRA〈DRRA≈T74. The differences of fracture toughness and SCC were explained on the basis of the role of matrix precipitates and grain boundary orecioitates. 展开更多

Influence of heat treatment on the microstructures and mechanical properties of sand-cast Mg-4Y-2Nd-1Gd-0.4Zr magnesium alloy was investigated,and the tensile fracture mechanisms of the studied alloys under different conditions were also discussed.The results show that the optimum T4 and T6 heat treatment conditions for the as-cast Mg-4Y-2Nd-1Gd-0.4Zr alloy are 525°C,8 h and(525°C,8 h)+(225°C,16 h),respectively,with regard to the microstructure observation,DSC heating curve and mechanical properties.The hardness,yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the Mg-4Y-2Nd-1Gd-0.4Zr alloy treated by optimum T6 heat treatment are HV91,180 MPa,297 MPa and 7.4%,respectively.Moreover,the Mg-4Y-2Nd-1Gd-0.4Zr alloys under different heat treatment conditions exhibit different tensile fracture modes. 展开更多

Microstructure evolutions during different heat treatments and influence of microstmcture on mechanical properties of TC21 titanium alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the excellent mechanical properties can be obtained by adopting air cooling after forging followed by heat treatment of (900℃, 1 h, AC)+(590 ℃, 4 h, AC). Deformation in single β field produces pan-like prior fl grains, while annealing in single fl field produces equiaxed prior fl grains. Cooling rate after forging or annealing in single fl field and the subsequent annealing on the top of α+β field determine the content and morphology of coarse a plates. During aging or the third annealing, fine secondary a plates precipitate. Both ultimate strength and yield strength decrease with the content increase of coarse a plates. Decreasing effective slip length and high crack propagation resistance increase the plasticity. The crisscross coarse a plates with large thickness are helpful to enhance the fracture toughness. 展开更多

The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and mechanical characterization.The results indicated that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy was mainly composed of α,decomposed β,η and ε phases.After solid solution treatment at 365 ℃ for 1 h,α and η phases dissolved,and the microstructure of specimen was mainly composed of the supersaturated β phases.The phase decomposition of supersaturated ZA27 alloy is a two-stage phase transformation:the decomposition of the supersaturated β phase at the early stage of aging,and with the increase of aging time,ε phase decomposition through a four-phase transformation:α+ε→T '+ η.A good combination of high tensile elongation and reasonable strength can be achieved by suitable heat treatments. 展开更多

The effects of T916 thermo-mechanical process on microstructures, mechanical properties and ballistic resistance of 2519A aluminum alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), tensile tests and ballistic resistance test. After T916 treatment, the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation rate of 2519A aluminum alloy reach 501 MPa, 540 MPa and 14%, respectively. And the ballistic limit velocity of 2519A-T916 alloy (30 mm in thickness) is 715 rn/s. The microstructure varies near the sidewalls of crater. The interrupted ageing contributes to these excellent properties of the alloy. During T916 process, the precipitation of Guinier Preston (GP) zone is finer and denser during the interrupted ageing, thus resulting in well precipitated strengthening phase. 展开更多

The effects of heat treatment parameters on the microstructure,and mechanical properties and fractured morphology of Ti-5Al-2Sn-2Zr-4Mo-4Cr with the equiaxed,bi-modal and Widmanst?tten microstructures were investigated.The heating temperatures for obtaining the equiaxed,bi-modal and Widmanst?tten microstructures were 830,890 and 920 °C,respectively,followed by furnace cooling at a holding time of 30 min.The volume fraction of primary α phase decreased with increasing the heating temperature,which was 45.8% at 830 °C,and decreased to 15.5% at 890 °C,and then the primary α phase disappeared at 920 °C during furnace cooling.The variation of volume fraction of primary α phase in air cooling is similar to that in furnace cooling.The increase in heating temperature and furnace cooling benefited the precipitation and growth of the secondary α phase.The equiaxed microstructure exhibited excellent mechanical properties,in which the ultimate strength,yield strength,elongation and reduction in area were 1035 MPa,1011 MPa,20.8% and 58.7%,respectively.The yield strength and elongation for the bi-modal microstructure were slightly lower than those of the equiaxed microstructure.The Widmanst?tten microstructure exhibited poor ductility and low yield strength,while the ultimate strength reached 1078 MPa.The dimple fractured mechanism for the equiaxed and bi-modal microstructures proved excellent ductility.The coexistence of dimple and intercrystalline fractured mechanisms for the Widmanst?tten microstructure resulted in the poor ductility. 展开更多

The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Ti-steel explosive-rolling clad plate was elaborated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), micro-hardness test and shear test. The composites were subjected to heat treatment at temperature of 650-950 ~C for 60 min. The results show that the heat treatment process results in a great enhancement of diffusion and microstructural transformation. The shear strength decreases as the treatment temperature increases. Heated at 850 ℃ or below, their shear strength decreases slowly as a result of the formation of TiC in the diffusion interaction layer; while at the temperature of 850 ℃ or above, the shear strength decreases obviously, which is the consequence of a large amount of Ti-Fe intermetaUics (Fe2Ti/FeTi) along with some TiC distributing continuously at diffusion reaction layer. 展开更多
