The Re2N exhibits a clear elastic anisotropy and the elastic constants C11 and C33 vary rapidly in comparison with the variations in C12, C13 and C44 at high pressure. In addition, bulk modulus B, elastic modulus E, and shear modulus Gas a function of crystal orientations for Re2N are also investigated for the first time. The tensile directional dependences of the elastic modulus obey the following trend: [0001] [1211] [1010] [1011]EEEE〉〉〉 . The shear moduli of Re2N within the (0001) basal plane are the smallest and greatly reduce the resistance of against large shear deformations. Based on the quasi-harmonic Debye model, the dependences of Debye temperature, Grüneisen parameter, heat capacity and thermal expansion coefficient on the temperature and pressure are explored in the whole pressure range from 0 to 50 GPa and temperature range from 0 to 1600 K. 展开更多

[ Objective] The study was aimed to determine the biological characteristics of Rhabditis (Oscheius) sp. isolated from a rhizosphere soil of alfalfa field in Hailar City, Hulunbuir League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. [ Method] The last instar larvae of Galleria mellonella and Tenebrio molitor were used as insect hosts. The infectivity of nematode was determined, and its heat tolerance ability was measured by using water bath method. [Result] The infectivity of the nematodes was lower at the dosages of 10, 20 and 40 IJs/larva, but higher at the dosages of 80,160, 32.0 and 640 IJs/larva. The corrected mortality (CM) of G. mellonella at 96 h and T. molitor at 120 h were both above 90%. The nematode infectivity was highest at the dosage of 80 IJs/larva when the hosts' CM reached 100% after 120 h. About 25% nematode individuals could survive in 36℃ water bath for 2 d in the densities of 1 000 -5 000 IJ/ml, after 6 d, there were still 3% -9% individuals survived, until 9 d the nematodes died totally. A hundred percent of the nematode individuals died in 38℃ and 40 ~C water bath after 6 h and 2 h, respectively. [Conclusion] Rhabditis ( O. ) sp. has a higher potential to cause the host mortality and represents heat tolerance up to 36℃. 展开更多

Thermoplastic starch is a kind of modified starch produced by mixing starch with additives and processing the mixture in an extruder. The mechanical properties, including tensile strength and elongation at break, biodegradability and rheological properties were studied. Glycerol and urea, to some extent, can both decrease the tensile strength and increase percentage elongation at break, because the former acts as a plasticizer and the latter can break down interactions among starch macromolecules. Thermoplastic starch shows thermoplasticity and its melt behaves as a pseudoplastic liquid at a low shear rate. Its biodegrading extent is slightly higher than that of native starch. The molecular weight of starch displays a decreasing tendency after thermoplastic modification. 展开更多

The NiCoCrAl alloy sheet was fabricated by electron beam physical vapor deposition technique and the effects of the heat treatment on the microstructure and tensile strength of the NiCoCrAl alloy sheet were investigated. The heat treatment at 1050 °C is favorable to improve the interface bonding between the columnar structures due to the disappearance of the intergranular gaps. Comparing with the thin NiCoCrAl alloy sheet before heat treatment, the Ni3Al phase appears in the NiCoCrAl alloy sheet after heat treatment, which is favorable to improve the interface bonding between the columnar structures. The increase in the tensile strength and elongation is attributed to the improvement of the interface bonding between the columnar structures. The residual stress in the NiCoCrAl alloy sheet after heat treatment is reduced significantly, which also confirms that the interface bonding is improved by the heat treatment. 展开更多

Al-high Si alloys were designed by the addition of Cu or Mg alloying elements to improve the mechanical properties. It is found that the addition of 1 wt.% Cu or 1 wt.% Mg as strengthening elements significantly improves the tensile strength by 27.2% and 24.5%, respectively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of uniformly dispersed fine particles(Al2Cu and Mg2Si secondary phases) in the Al matrix during hot press sintering of the rapidly solidified(gas atomization) powder. The thermal conductivity of the Al-50 Si alloys is reduced with the addition of Cu or Mg, by only 7.3% and 6.8%, respectively. Therefore, the strength of the Al-50 Si alloys is enhanced while maintaining their excellent thermo-physical properties by adding 1% Cu(Mg). 展开更多

Although the high diversity of plant species in the rupestrian fields has been primarily attributed to the existence of a set of distinct habitats, few studies support this assertion. The present study aimed to further investigate the relationship between physical and chemical attributes of soils with the diversity of plant species in this unique ecosystem. The rupestrian field is a unique vegetation formation that covers some of the southeastern Brazilian mountains in the transition of the Atlantic rain forest and the Cerrado(savanna). Different habitats occur according to soil characteristics(e.g., presence of rocks, sand, fertility, hydrology, etc.). These attributes ultimately influence the vegetation that is highly adapted to the harsh edaphic and climatic mountain conditions. Five distinct habitats were studied by us: rocky outcrops, peat bogs, sandy bogs, quartz gravel fields, and "cerrado"(savanna). A floristic survey indicated that four families are found at greater frequency: Poaceae, Asteraceae, Cyperaceae, and Leguminosae. The greatest diversity of plant species was found in the rocky outcrops habitat, followed by cerrado, peat bog, quartz gravel grassland, and sandy bogs, respectively. The main difference in the floristic composition among these habitats was related to the dominant species. Trachypogon spicatus(Poaceae) was the most dominant species in the rocky outcrops, Axonopus siccus(Poaceae) in the peat bogs, Lagenocarpus rigidus(Cyperaceae) in the sandy bogs, Schizachyrium tenerum(Poaceae) in the cerrado, while Vellozia sp. 8(Velloziaceae) dominated the vegetation in the quartz gravel grassland. This study demonstrated that physical and chemical soil properties strongly related the diversity of plant species occurring in the different habitats of rupestrian fields. 展开更多

Healthy sporophytes of two gametophyte mutants of Laminariajaponica with different heat resistances: kelp 901 (901, with comparatively stronger heat-resistance) and Rongcheng No. I (RC, sensitive to heat stress), were respectively collected during October to December 2002 from Yantai and Rongcheng Sea Farm in the Shandong Peninsula of China. The contents of some biochemical materials and antioxidant capacity were analyzed under controlled laboratory conditions to identify if there is any relation between the overall antioxidant capacity and the heat-resistance in L. japonica and to understand possible mechanism of heat-resistance. Results show that: (1) the overall antioxidant capacity in healthy sporophyte of 901, such as vitamin E, polyphenol, and ascorbic acid contents and the enzymatic activity of SOD, POD, CAT, Gpx, PPO, and PAL, were not always higher than that of RC under controlled laboratory conditions, and no significance (P〉0.05) was shown in total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in 901 and RC. Result suggested that the difference in antioxidant capacity was not a decisive factor for different heat-resistances in L. japonica; (2) the simultaneous assay on isozymes was carried out using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Considerable differences in peroxide (PRX), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), malic enzyme (ME), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) were obtained in 901 and RC from either the band number, relative mobility (Rf), or staining intensity, and ME could be used as an indicator to distinguish healthy sporophyte of 901 and RC under controlled laboratory conditions. 展开更多

The kinematical characteristics and thermophoretic deposition of inhalable particles with the diameters of 0-2.5μm (hereafter referred to as PM2.5) suspended in turbulent air flow in a rectangular duct with temperature distribution were experimentally studied. Particle dynamics analyzer (PDA) was used for the on-line measurement of particle motion and particle concentration distribution in the cross-sections of the duct. The influences of the parameters such as the ratio of the bulk air temperature to the cold wall temperature and the air flow rate in the duct on the kinematical characteristics and the deposition efficiencies of PM2.5 were investigated. The experimental re- sults show that the deposition efficiencies of PM2.5 mainly depend on the temperature difference between the air and the cold wail, wffile the air flow rate and the particlecon^centration almost affect hardly tile clep0si-tion-effi ciency. The radial force thermophoresis to push PM2.5 to the cold wail is found the key factor for PM2.5 deposition.Based on the experimental results, an empirical modified Romay correlation for the calculation of thermophoretic deposition efficiency of PM2.5 is presenlext. The mixed metal/metal sulphide(Ag@CoS)with reduced graphene oxide(rGO)nanocomposite(Ag@CoS/rGO)was synthesized for the possible electrode in supercapacitors.Ag@CoS was successfully deposited on the rGO nanosheets by hydrothermal method,implying the growth of 2D Ag and CoS-based hexagonal-like structure on the rGO framework.The synthesized nanocomposite was subjected to structural,morphological and electrochemical studies.The XRD results show that the prepared nanocomposite material exhibits a combination of hexagonal and cubic phase due to the presence of CoS and Ag phases together.The band appearing at nearly 470.33 cm^−1 in FTIR spectra can be ascribed to the absorption of S—S bond in the Ag@CoS/rGO nanocomposite.The clear hexagonal structure was analysed by SEM and TEM with the grain sizes ranging from nanometer to micrometer.The electrode material exhibits excellent cyclic stability with a specific capacitance of 1580 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g without any loss of capacitive retention even after 1000 cycles.Based on the electrochemical performance,it can be inferred that the prepared novel nanocomposite material is very suitable for using as an electrode for electrochemical supercapacitor applications. 展开更多

The blue crystal is of triclinic, space group Pi with a = 7.472(2), b = 9.456(2), c = 13.823(3) ? a = 85.55(3), = 89.03(3), ? = 80.63(3)o, C16H22N4NiO4, Mr = 393.09, V = 960.7(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.359 g/cm3, F(000) = 412, = 1.036 mm-1, R = 0.0549 and wR = 0.1615. The crystal structure consists of two disconnected structural units. Each Ni atom coordinated by two N atoms from two imidazole ligands and four O atoms from two acetylactone ligands adopts a slightly distorted octahedron. The structure characterization was performed by means of IR, UV, TG, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray analysis. We find that the influence of the temperature on the equation of state of protoneutron star matter is indeed small, however, its influence on the composition of protoneutron star, which will contribute to the evolution of protoneutron star, cannot be neglected in low density region. The surface functional groups and pyrolysis characteristics of lignite irradiated by microwave were comparatively studied to evaluate the feasibility of using industrial 915 MHz for lignite drying. The drying kinetics, micro structure, chemical functional groups, re-adsorption properties, and pyrolysis characteristics of the dried coal were respectively analyzed. Results indicated that for typical Chinese lignite studied in this paper, 915 MHz microwave drying was 7.8 times faster than that of the hot air drying. After industrial microwave drying, the sample possessed much higher total specific surface area and specific pore volume than that of air dried sample. The oxygen functional groups and re-adsorption ratio of microwave irradiated coal decreased, showing weakened hydrophilicity. Moreover, during the pyrolysis of the coal dried by hot air and microwave, the yield of tar largely increased from 1.3% to 8.5% and the gas production increased correspondingly. Such equation arises from non-Newtonian fluids. Its functional separation of variables is studied by using the group foliation method. The Ga-Hg binary system was thermodynamically assessed by the CALPHAD method, but only configuration contributions were considered to the entropy of the liquid. The Mg-Hg binary system has not been assessed yet. In the assessments of the Ga-Hg and Mg-Hg binary systems, solutions including liquid and hcp (Mg) were treated as substitution solutions, of which the excess Gibbs energies were formulated with the Relich-Kister polynomial. The intermetallic phases in the Mg-Hg binary system, Mg3Hg, Mg5Hg2, Mg2Hg, Mg5Hg3, MgHg, and MgHg2, were described as stoichiometric compounds. Based on the reported experimental data and thermodynamic properties of the phase diagram, sets of self-consistent parameters describing all phases in the Ga-Hg and the Mg-Hg binary systems were obtained. 展开更多
