Methods:64 patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia and 46 normal controls were assessed on the EPQ, the SAS and the SDS. Some immuno and endocritic indices were examined. Results: Patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia showed higher E and N subscale scores in the EPQ, and their IgG, IgA and cortisol level were significantly lower than those of normal group. Conclusion: Personality characteristics and some immuno-endocritic changes may play a role in the development of pharyngeal paraesthesia.展开更多
