以甲醇聚醚、乙酰氯、液氨和氢气为原料,采用间接催化还原胺化法,通过两步反应,对甲醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚单胺的合成进行了研究。通过单因素试验确定了最佳的工艺条件为:酯化反应的酯化剂为乙酰氯,临氢胺化反应的温度为155℃,n液氨∶n... 以甲醇聚醚、乙酰氯、液氨和氢气为原料,采用间接催化还原胺化法,通过两步反应,对甲醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚单胺的合成进行了研究。通过单因素试验确定了最佳的工艺条件为:酯化反应的酯化剂为乙酰氯,临氢胺化反应的温度为155℃,n液氨∶n聚醚酯=5∶1,n氢气∶n聚醚酯=8∶1,聚醚酯的进料质量空速为0.1 h。对原料和产物进行红外光谱(IR)和核磁图谱(NMR)分析,确定了产物结构。在最佳工艺条件下,聚醚转化率可达96.5%,伯胺选择性可达97.5%。反应过程中温度和压力较低,能耗较少,催化剂制备工艺安全环保,活性高,使用寿命长。 展开更多

Proton-Exchange Sulfonated Poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK)/SiOx-S Composite Membranes in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells 被引量:6

A sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) membrane with a fairly high degree of sulfonation (DS) can swell excessively and even dissolve at high temperature. To solve these problems, insolvable functionalized silica powder with sulfonic acid groups (SiOx-S) was added into the SPEEK matrix (DS = 55.1%) to prepare SPEEK/ SiOx-S composite membranes. The decrease in both the swelling degree and the methanol permeability of the membranes was a dose-dependent result of addition of the SiOx-S powder. Pure SPEEK membrane swelled 52.6% at 80℃, whereas the SPEEK/SiOx-S (15%, by mass) membrane swelled only 27.3% at the same temperature. From room temperature to 80℃, all SPEEK/SPEEK/SiOx-S composite membranes had methanol permeability of about one order of magnitude lower than that ofNafion115. Compared with pure SPEEK membranes, the addition of the SiOx-S powder not only leads to higher proton conductivity, but also increases the dimensional stability at higher temperatures, and greater proton conductivity can be achieved at higher temperature. The SPEEK/SiO4-S (20%, by mass) membrane could withstand temperature up to 145℃, at which in 100% relative humidity (RH) its proton conductivity exceeded slightly that of Nafion 1 15 membrane and reached 0.17 S·cm^-1, while pure SPEEK membrane dissolved at 90℃. The SPEEK/SiOx-S composite membranes are promising for use in direct methanol fuel cells because of their good dimensional stability, high proton conductivity, and low methanol permeability. 展开更多

This paper presents thermodynamic evaluations of the agriculture residual-to-SNG process by thermochemical conversion, which mainly consists of the interconnected fluidized beds, hot gas cleaning, fluidized bed methanation reactor and Selexol absorption unit. The process was modeled using Aspen Plus soft-ware. The process performances, i.e., CH4 content in SNG~ higher heating value and yield of SNGexergy efficiencies with and without heat recovery, unit power consumption, were evaluated firstly. The results indicate that when the other parameters remain unchanged, the steam-to-biomass ratio at carbon boundary point is the optimal value for the process. Im proving the preheating temperatures of air and gasifying agent is beneficial for the SNG yield and exergy effi ciencies. Due to the effects of COz removal efficiency, there are two optimization objectives for the SNG produc tion process: (I) to maximize CH4 content in SNC or (II) to maximize SNG yield. Further, the comparison among different feedstocks indicates that the decreasing order of SNG yield is: corn stalk 〉 wheat straw 〉 rice straw. The evaluation on the potential of agriculture-based SNG shows that the potential annual production of agriculture re sidual-based SNG could be between 555 108 - 611 108 m3 with utilization of 100% of the available unexplored resources. The agriculture residual-based SNG could play a significant role on solving the big shortfall of China's natural gas supply in future. 展开更多
