荷电对石墨烯的声子结构和电-声子耦合的影响研究

石墨烯材料需要经过不同的改性处理才能够在电子器件领域大规模应用,其中荷电就是一种非常有效的手段。文章通过第一性原理计算方法研究了带有少量电荷(电子或空穴)的单层石墨烯的电子和声子态特征,以及电-声子相互作用变化,发现荷电可... 石墨烯材料需要经过不同的改性处理才能够在电子器件领域大规模应用,其中荷电就是一种非常有效的手段。文章通过第一性原理计算方法研究了带有少量电荷(电子或空穴)的单层石墨烯的电子和声子态特征,以及电-声子相互作用变化,发现荷电可以使费米能级发生移动,导致石墨烯展现金属特征。在石墨烯中引入电荷没有改变z轴方向声学的振动模,不会引起石墨烯的弯曲。在石墨烯中注入电子,可以引起声子模式的软化,电-声耦合强度随着引入的电子浓度增加而增强。由于引入电荷可以调节纵向光学的声子频率的变化并且导致一个更强的电-声子相互作用,推断通过该途径可以提高石墨烯中载流子的迁移率。 展开更多

Based on the dielectric continuum model and Loudon's uniaxial crystal model,quasi-confined (QC) optical phonon modes and electron-QC phonon coupling functions in quasi-one-dimensional (QID) wurtzite quantum well wires (QWWs) are deduced and analyzed. Numerical calculations on an AIN/GaN/AIN wurtzite QWW are performed. The results reveal that the dispersions of the QC modes are quite obvious only when the free wavenumber kz in the z-direction and the azimuthal quantum number m are small. The reduced behavior of the QC modes in wurtzite quantum systems is clearly observed. Through the discussion of the electron-QC mode coupling functions,it is found that the lower-frequency QC modes in the high-frequency region play a more important role in the electron-QC phonon interactions. Moreover,our computations also prove that kz and m have a similar influence on the electron-QC phonon coupling properties. 展开更多

Coherent exciton-phonon coupling in CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals have been investigated by temperature-dependent two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy (2DES) measurements. Benefiting from the ability of 2DES to dissect assembles in nanocrystal films, we have dearly identified experimental evidences of coherent coupling between exciton and phonon in CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals. In time domain, 2DES signals of excitonic transitions beat at a frequency resonant to a longitudinal optical phonon mode; in energy domain, phonon side bands are distinct at both Stokes and anti-Stokes sides. When temperature increases, phonon-induced exciton dephasing is observed with dramatic broadening of homogeneous linewidth. The results suggest exciton-phonon coupling is essential in elucidating the quantum dynamics of excitonic transitions in semiconductor nanocrystals. 展开更多

Propagating Optical Phonon Modes and Their Electron-Phonon Interaction Hamiltonians in Asymmetric Wurtzite Nitride Semiconductor Quantum Wells

Within the framework of the dielectric continuum model and Loudon 's uniaxial crystal model, the properties of frequency dispersion of the propagating (PR) optical phonon modes and the coupling functions of electron-PR phonons interaction in an asymmetrical wurtzite quantum well (QW) are deduced and analyzed via the method of electrostatic potential expanding. Numerical calculation on an asymmetrical Alo.25Gao.75N/GaN/Alo.15Gao.ssN wurtzite QW were performed. The results reveal that there are infinite branches of PR phonon modes in the systems. The behaviors of frequency forbidden of PR modes in the asymmetric QWs have been clearly observed. The mathematical and physical origins for these features have been analyzed in depth. The PR optical phonon branches have been distinguished and labelled reasonably in terms of the oscillating properties of the PR modes in the well-layer material. Moreover, the amplitudes and frequency properties of the electron-PR modes coupling functions in the barrier and well materials have also been analyzed from both of the mathematical and physical viewpoints. 展开更多

The coupling coemcient is ~alculated for the SAW propagating along an arbitrary direction. It is found that the coupling strength is strongly dependent on the propagating direction. Coherent vibrational dynamics can be observed in atomically precise gold nanoclusters using femtosecond time-resolved pump-probe spectroscopy.It can not only reveal the coupling between electrons and vibrations,but also reflect the mechanical and electronic properties of metal nanoclusters,which holds potential applications in biological sensing and mass detection.Here,we investigated the coherent vibrational dynamics of[Au_(25)(SR)_(18)]^(-)nanoclusters by ultrafast spectroscopy and revealed the origins of thesecoherent vibrations by analyzing their frequency,phase and probe wavelength distributions.Strong coherent oscillations with frequency of 40 cm^(-1) and 80 cm^(-1) can be reproduced in the excited state dynamics of[Au_(25)(SR)_(18)]^(-),which should originate from acoustic vibrations of the Au13 metal core.Phase analysis on the oscillations indicates that the 80 cm^(-1) mode should arise from the frequency modulation of the electronic states while the 40 cm^(-1) mode should originate from the amplitude modulation of the dynamic spectrum.Moreover,it is found that the vibration frequencies of[Au_(25)(SR)_(18)]^(-)obtained in pump-probe measurements are independent of the surface ligands so that they are intrinsic properties of the metal core.These results are of great value to understand the electron-vibration coupling of metal nanoclusters. 展开更多

宽带近红外荧光粉转换型LED光源在医学成像、食品检测以及传感等领域展现出了巨大的应用前景,该类光源的光谱和效率与所用近红外荧光粉的性能紧密相关,Cr^(3+)离子激活的近红外发光材料具有可被蓝光有效激发、发射光谱可调等优点,因此... 宽带近红外荧光粉转换型LED光源在医学成像、食品检测以及传感等领域展现出了巨大的应用前景,该类光源的光谱和效率与所用近红外荧光粉的性能紧密相关,Cr^(3+)离子激活的近红外发光材料具有可被蓝光有效激发、发射光谱可调等优点,因此得到了重点关注。本文采用高温固相法制备了NaAlP_(2)O_(7)∶Cr^(3+)宽带近红外发光荧光粉,该材料在450 nm蓝光激发下,发射出650~1000 nm的近红外光,峰值位于780 nm,半高宽为1580 cm-1;其在423 K下的发光强度能够维持室温下的71%,表现出良好的发光热稳定性。对材料的晶体结构和变温光谱(8~503 K)进行了系统的分析,计算得到了Cr^(3+)离子在NaAlP_(2)O_(7)基质中的晶体场强度等参数;利用8 K低温光谱,并结合计算,分析了Cr^(3+)各能级零声子线;基于高温变温光谱,讨论了材料的电⁃声子耦合效应及荧光热猝灭机理。 展开更多

The influence of the electron-phonon coupling on the energy of low-lying states of the barrier D<SUP>-</SUP> center, which consists of a positive ion located on the z-axis at a distance from the two-dimensional quantum dot plane and two electrons in the dot plane bound by the ion, is investigated at arbitrary strength of magnetic field by making use of the method of few-body physics. Discontinuous ground-state energy transitions induced by the magnetic field are reported. The dependence of the binding energy of the D<SUP>-</SUP> ground state on the quantum dot radius is obtained. A considerable enhancement of the binding is found for the D<SUP>-</SUP> ground state, which results from the confinement of electrons and electron-phonon coupling. 展开更多

In this unified model,we introduce the electron-phonon coupling time(tie) and laser pulse width(tp).For long pulses,it can substitute for the traditional thermal conduction model;while for ultrashort pulses,it can substitute for the standard two-temperature model.As an example of the gold target,we get the dependence of the electron and ion temperature evolvement on the time and position by solving the thermal conduction equation using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method.It is in good agreement with experimental data.We obtain the critical temperature of the onset of ablation using the Saha equation and then obtain the theoretical value of the laser ablation threshold when the laser pulse width ranges from nano-second to femtosecond timescale,which consists well with the experimental data. 展开更多
