在基于转子磁场定向的无速度传感器矢量控制系统中,利用电机稳态电压方程推导出同步角速度来获取电机磁场位置信息既简单又可节约成本。针对瞬态过程该计算不够准确的缺点,本文提出一种通过电流注入来获取磁场角度实际值与估算值之间误... 在基于转子磁场定向的无速度传感器矢量控制系统中,利用电机稳态电压方程推导出同步角速度来获取电机磁场位置信息既简单又可节约成本。针对瞬态过程该计算不够准确的缺点,本文提出一种通过电流注入来获取磁场角度实际值与估算值之间误差的方法。向估算磁场方向注入一定频率与幅值的正弦电流,当磁场角度估算值偏离实际值时,根据电机的机械特性及电磁关系,电机的反电动势信号中含有一个与角度误差有关的分量,提取该分量并设计一种磁场跟踪控制器来有效地对该误差进行补偿使得估算磁场位置能够快速地跟踪电机实际磁场。将该方法用于无速度传感器矢量控制系统中进行低速仿真实验,结果表明有比较好的控制效果,有一定的应用前景。 展开更多

The control platform of the induction motor (IM) with low costs is developed by using DSP MC56F8013 with a good performance/price rtaio. The control algorithm for the speed sensorless IM is studied based on the stator flux orientation (SFO). The algorithm structure is simple to be implemented and cannot be influenced by motor parameters, The improved stator flux estimation is used to compensate errors caused by the low pass filter (LPF). A new speed regulator is designed to ensure the system working with the maximal torque in the transient state. The system simulation and the prototype experiment are made. Magnetorheological (MR) fluid is a kind of smart material whose rheological properties can be rapidly varied in magnetic field. To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double ended, shear combined and valve typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 kN while the maximum power required is less than 50 W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi active vibration control of civil infrastructures. 展开更多

A novel double extended state observers(ESOs)-based field-oriented control(FOC)strategy is developed for three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive systems without any phase current sensor.In principle,two current sensors are essential parts of the drive system for implementation of the feedback to achieve high accuracy control.For this purpose,the double ESOs are created to provide feedback stator currents instead of actual current sensors.The first one of the double ESOs is designed to estimate the benchmark value of q-axis stator current,which is a primary premise;While the second is designed to estimate real-time stator currents of d-axis and q-axis simultaneously.The resultant double ESOs can rapidly and accurately give estimation of the actual currents of a-axis,b-axis and c-axis,and the synthesized double ESOs-based FOC strategy for PMSM drive system without any current sensors has satisfactory control performance and strong robustness.Numerical experiments validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

The authors consider also the direct torque control (DTC) as an alternative to conventional methods of control by pulse width modulation (PWM) and by Field oriented control (FOC), so the application of the DTC based on artificial intelligence can show more advantages and simplified control algorithms with high performance. For this reason, the objectives of this paper can be divided into two parts, the first part is to apply neural networks and fuzzy logic techniques to the DTC control in the presence of a loop speed control comparing to the conventional regulators (as PI) to show the feasibility of these approaches, the second part is to further improve the performance of the neural network by using a neural-fuzzy regulator which combine the advantages of two techniques. Multiphase induction machine is normally controlled using rotor field oriented vector control. Under phase(s) loss, the machine currents can be optimally controlled to satisfy certain optimization criteria. In this paper, a vector control scheme to a five-phase induction machine is introduced to ensure equal phase currents and minimum torque ripples under a phase open circuit. The controller idea can be extended to any number of phases with any number of open phases. The fundamental dq components of the stator voltage are obtained using only two PI controllers for the fundamental sequence plane, as in conventional vector control of three-phase machines. Based on steady state model, a simple expression is derived to estimate the required dq voltage components of other sequence planes to ensure equal stator phase currents and minimum torque ripple. A five-phase machine is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink to ensure controller validity. 展开更多

Broadband PLC (power line communication) technology is a main factor of the development of digital convergence in the indoor network. It uses the already existing power cable infrastructure for communication purposes. The EM (electromagnetic) field radiating from the cable could, however, disturb other communication systems, and thus should be evaluated. The MoM (method of moment) and the FEM (finite element method) have been studied to estimate the EVI field emitted from the power cable. However, the M oM is difficult to treat the dielectric material of the cable and the FEM is time consuming. This paperpresents a new approach to estimate the radiated EM fields caused by PLC sy stems from the CM current along the cable, based on the transmission line theory. The proposed model has the advantage of using the measured primary parameters of the cable. An experimental analysis of the EM radiation distribution is also presented. A comparison showed that the model results agree quite well with the measurements performed in this study. 展开更多
